For reference I had 4 teeth on the left side of my mouth that was all fillings, then crowned and then root canaled, then 2 were implants and then one was losing bone (canine) and no one could figure it out. I was temporarily living in Delray and went to Spodak for a cleaning. It was super modern and had every speciality under one roof. (I can't find that anywhere else.) You want a dentist that is comprehensive even if you want cosmetic too. Anyone can do cosmetic. You need someone who cares about how your teeth function. Functionality is the key to dental health. Dr Spodak came in (the patriarch) he was very warm and comforting. Terrific bedside manner and he said to me.. "you don't have bad teeth, you probably do your dental work all at once and they offer to do the left side and then the right side" I nodded and finally felt seen for the first time in a dental chair. While wide eyed I managed to say "uh huh" he said "well they ended all that work on your right side, filed it up so much so your bite is off and of course you lost your left side. If you start with me today I can save your teeth. If you don't you will lose the other side. I didn't have the money at that point. I asked can I just get a bite guard. He said no that won't work. (This is how much integrity they have, knowing it was all I could afford they didn't try to bring me in and make me pay $500 for something that wasn't going to work. In all my years, I haven't found a dentist like that) I ended up moving to Arizona and when I did have the money, I could not find one dentist who could help me or listen to me. They all offered bite guards and acted like I didn't brush or floss my teeth enough. I am not joking I have seen everyone in this state and it doesn't matter how much I brush and floss it is my bite. Dr. Spodak wanted to truly save my teeth out of 43 dentists. I've seen he was the only one to offer suggestions on how to save them. Unfortunately other dentists don't want to prevent they only want to fix. If I could go back I would have stayed in Delray and kept going to Dr Spodak. I don't know if he is still practicing but I am seriously thinking of flying out there just for a visit.

I searched for dentists open on Sundays and found Delray Beach Smiles Design, open 7 days a week. They got me in for a same-day appointment within an hour, which was such a relief. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful, pristine office. Dr. Dadaciu's practice is equipped with advanced dental technology, and she even took the time to show me the room where she has her 3D printing equipment to make crowns and other dental materials right on-site. I needed a root canal and was incredibly nervous since it was my first one, but Dr. Dadaciu's kindness and calm demeanor put me right at ease. I decided to complete the entire procedure in one visit, including getting the permanent crown. I was there for almost six hours, but they kept me comfortable, even letting me watch Netflix while waiting for my crown to be made. I went elsewhere to start with a new dentist (and get a 2nd opinion on the other cabities)...nope, no cavities, not even little "shadows" like Staller said. Now I have to have the filling--that Staller did--removed and replaced which will be a nightmare. Additionally, Staller's exams are a joke: she puts zero effort into inspecting teeth, gums, and she doesn't do oral cancer checks.
