It was at this point I realized the system was down all day, and instead of informing us so we could transfer the prescription they covered the issue up. Had they divulged the real situation we could have transferred the prescription. The pharmacy tech told us the best she could do was tomorrow morning...for a sleep med. There was exactly ZERO concern, empathy, or effort to solve this problem on her part. When I called the next morning we were told try to again in the afternoon (system obviously still down). PS: The only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1, is I don't take 1 star reviews seriously. I can see why Rite-Aid Corporation had to file bankruptcy.
