Great place, hosts are amazing. We stayed in a studio and wish we would have gone for one with a stove. But this place is great for dogs.

There are many good things to say about the LTM but mostly the people who run it (Dan and his wife Jeannie) are just wonderful people.

It did have more than necessary/expected with a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, stove, large fridge but no tea or coffee), living area with cable TV, and cute "boutique" decor. As for the nitty gritty, while everything was decent looking, it was showing its use. Bedside USB charger plugs didn't work. WiFi spotty; though we were avoid devices to enjoy our time anyway. Walls were paper thin with neighbors hearing our conversations and them ours, in addition to bathroom noise. So much so that I felt bad showering in the evening. The bathroom towels were so thin that they just got soaked immediately. Upon walking in, the entire place had an odd, strong scent that I couldn't put my finger on what it was. However, it was something that stuck in my sinuses. The employee said that there are no artificial scents used, but that it could be a lemon floor cleaner. While it didn't smell like lemon, them must have douced the floor in a cleaning solution of some sort. Getting over that fact, the place was quaint and had a comfy bed is crucial. It is steps from the beach and public fireplaces, arcade and a coffee shop on property. Solid 3.5 stars.

Beachwood Resort - The stuffed animal found in the bed...Yuck!

However - I suggest booking straight through their site, as I had some issues with Booking - the staff at Beachwood was super kind and helped me navigate those issues and corrected it on their end which was appreciated as well. This place is super cute. It's at Copalis Beach, about 10 minutes from downtown Ocean Shores area, and it's a great option if you're looking to come up for a day or two. Check-in was quick and easy and the woman working the front desk was super sweet. She got us checked-in and on our way with the Wifi password quickly. I was nervous based off of past reviews, but our bungalow was amazing! Such a cute, cozy accommodation. You open the front door into the full living room, off to the left is a kitchenette with a mini fridge and stovetop, as well as ample counter space. Then there's also a full bathroom and a nice sized bedroom as well. And the bed was pretty comfy, even! On top of that there's also a cute patio space as well if you're in the mood to watch the sunset/sunrise. On top of being the perfect spot, it was really clean as well. Felt safe considering being in a pandemic. Highly recommend Beachwood Resorts - also really appreciate that you're able to book one night stays here! I know Quinault is still making you book a minimum of 2 nights so it was great to have this option that worked with our timeline.

Would have questions about laying my head on their beddingThey claim it's "Oceanside" when you are at least a quarter of a mile away from the beach!! You drive in past the trees to find what looks like a trailer park, to walk into an office that smells like a VERY OLD GOODWILL thrift store!! We took one look at the room & RAN not walked away from this place. Only 7miles away is Ocean Shores with many pet friendly options right on the beach for a lovely stay!! I had to give it a Star.. honestly it deserves No STARS!!

This RV park is likely 15-20 years past its prime; we stayed over Labor Day weekend this year and…read moreit was pretty packed in this year of RV's. Couple minutes walk to the beach which was pretty convenient. I stayed here for the proximity - not the amenities. If your site doesn't have a table or fire ring you have to ask the staff. They were quick and nice about finding them for us. The roof looks like it is caving in for the clubhouse. There is grass growing through the holes in the wall of the clam cleaning room and there are no trees/foliage between RV sites for privacy. Don't forget the mosquito repellent; they are in the grassy areas. We picked a "deluxe" RV spot over the "premium" at a $10 increase per day. This area seems to be tucked off to the side and you get a little more space between sites. I wouldn't necessarily plan to come back to this location unless I had a reason to be in the area- there's really not a whole lot in Copalis.

Coming to this particular RV park for YEARS and was incredibly let down. Initially my family and I…read morewere going to stay down their for the weekend, as it was supposed to be beautiful down their which it was, however our cabin wasn't as such. Our cabin, number 78 (family/pet friendly) was a travesty with wonky doors and abhorrent beds. The atmosphere looked cheap. All of the older campers, who gave the campsite spirit have long gone or moved on. Going around the RV parked which wasn't empty by any means seemed so antisocial, no one was socializing, which is kind of the point of camping right? Only one dumpster to put your garbage/recyclables in, when they're we're two the year prior. A clam/fish cleaning station in desperate need of repair, and not to mention bathrooms and showers that have seen much better days. I'm sorry to say but this is the end of my family's camping at this particular RV resort. Thank you for the memories, but I can see the rapid decline of this resort not only in people but in the overall camping spirit.
