These are my thoughts and observations. - The waiting room is inviting and comfortable. - I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. - I tend to see the same hygienist everytime. - The employees are friendly and engaging. The hygienists talk to you while they work. - One of the front desk ladies is abrasive. It was off putting after my pleasant experience. - I've had issues with my insurance in the past and they helped me work around the problem. - Don't call during lunch hours; nobody's there to answer your call. Overall, I haven't had a bad experience yet and I'd highly recommend their services.

When it came time for the exam and I explained that I was interested in the in-office whitening, the dentist was very negative about it with not wanting to set a date for an appointment because they would have to schedule it when they had sufficient office staff and that wouldn't be possible for several weeks. I think they are going through a merge/buy out situation??? it is all very weird. I have never dealt with a company that advertises that they offer something then don't want to schedule it.

She is clearly very thorough…read moreand detailed in her work, and did a great job of explaining everything that was going on with my teeth. She took her time with me as opposed to other dentists who just pop in for five minutes at the end of your appointment. Her assistant Gabby, was also really friendly and polite and tried to make the x-rays as easy as possible. Lynn at the front desk went out of her way to get me on the schedule and call my insurance to see what would be covered and when since I am on a recently purchased insurance plan. I had a really questionable dentist back in CA and avoided going to the dentist for a while when I moved out here. I guess you can say Dr. Schtakleff has restored my faith in dentistry :P. She didn't pressure me into fancy dental gadgets/procedures but told me affordable ways to manage my teeth and stop any issues before they get worse. She even did my cleaning herself! Another major plus is that the entire practice was crystal clean! Everything from the bathrooms to the sanitized tools, to the fact that both Gabby and Dr. Schtakleff are decked out in surgical scrubs! You had me at "hygiene."

They had not seen the dentist for any work. I went in because my tooth was killing me. I could not tell which tooth was hurting me because I was in so much pain. They did $345 of X-rays and the dentist looked in my mouth, NEVER TOUCHED ANY OF MY TEETH TO FIGURE OUT WHICH TOOTH IT WAS, she looked only at the X-ray and said it's two of my teeth. Sent me to an oral surgeon to have them removed. Well, they were not the teeth hurting me but now I don't have two teeth. She then would not send a referral over for the actual tooth that was killing me. I went to a new dentist and they said yeah that tooth has to be removed that it can't be saved. So now three teeth gone instead of one. I should have had the choice to remove the two teeth that were not hurting me. The oral surgeon is a whole other story. I told him no one had touched my tooth and before I spent $1000 to have them remove is he sure those are the ones hurting me. Well, as we know he made a mistake too. Total failure on them. A dentist and an oral surgeon should actually touch your teeth before removing them and do a cold test or tap test or something. I don't understand how none of this was done. I was in so much pain I was relying on a dentist knowing what they were doing.

Visited Inspire Dental - Apex in August 2025. My family member does not speak English, so we had to…read moreaccompany them for communication. The initial exam was extremely brief, with no clear explanation, no X-rays shown, and no introductions -- we didn't know who was the dentist or assistant. During the deep cleaning, a hygienist/assistant administered anesthesia and did the entire procedure without the dentist present or supervising. The dentist only appeared afterward, did not introduce herself, and gave no post-procedure guidance. I had to ask basic questions about care and eating afterward. Later, we were told additional fillings were required, which were never mentioned during the visit. Billing seemed excessive. When we raised concerns, the dentist adamantly insisted everything was done correctly, dismissed our questions, and offered no apology or acknowledgment. The receptionist was also unprofessional and dismissive when asked about billing. The clinic later refused to continue care rather than address the issues. Overall, this experience demonstrated arrogance, lack of transparency, and disregard for patient communication and rights.

Although I never considered my teeth yellow but only dull, the treatment has proven me wrong. The whiteness is nearly unbelievable and so satisfying. This place is an hour drive from me but I'll gladly take that drive! The front desk staff are so warm and welcoming and the same on the phone when I call. The dental hygienist was so sweet and talkative I felt like asking for her number to have coffee sometime lol. She was so kind and genuine. The dentist Dr. Ghai was equally personable and so down to earth. I did have to come back for a small cavity and my second visit was just as welcoming as the first. Dr. Ghai was very thorough in explaining each step of the process. She seems to really care for her patients as well as her employees. I'm so happy to have found this place!

She stated that I'd have to ask the Doctor yet was refusing to let me see the Doctor until I paid... We drive an hour for this dentist but it is twice a year and FV is a really cute area. We have a few requirements. *Very small office. Preferably one or two dentists. * Place that could see our whole family Place that is good with people with anxiety as I have extreme anxiety and PTSD Now because I have anxiety my Husband went first and 'checked' it out. He was pleased and said it would be a good fit for us. So I got an appt. Then we decided to make an appt for my son and he got in faster then my appt as I assume there was a cancellation and we got lucky making the appt. My son went in and liked it a lot and the hygienist (I think Alex?) was great and so was the dentist. My appt was today and it was a breeze and everyone was very nice and I was happy with everything. If you struggle with anxiety you should go here. They didn't make me feel bad about anything. And thankfully all 3 of us are cavity free.
