Susan is the best therapeutic massage professional we've experienced…read more My family has visited therapists in several parts of this country and even in Puerto Rico-- in offices, on beaches, by pools--but Susan's massages are the best, bar none. She has a strong yet refined touch and does an amazing job reading peoples aches and energies--replacing negative energy with positive and restoring life to weary bodies. Susan focuses on especially achy muscles when asked. She talks during massage if you want to converse but also keeps quiet if you'd rather just enjoy the therapeutic relaxation of the process and listen to the quiet. She has schooling in traditional therapeutic massage, eastern medicine, and nursing, making her extremely qualified in this field. I went in for a bit of relaxation in advance of my brothers' wedding, and also because I have heard that lymphatic massage can have a de-puffing effect, I was hoping to look good in my dress! The experience from start to finish was very relaxing. I booked with Lena, who met with me briefly before my appointment to understand any concerns. She was thoughtful, thorough and made it a very relaxing experience. I honestly did notice a difference in my appearance for the days following! I will be back before my next event!

I found my massage place in Saint Paul! The outside store sign just says "Massage", btw. It opened…read morerecently, and I hope it does well because the customer service is great! The interior and beds are simple and clean too. Ashley, who was my massage therapist, was excellent. I asked for a deep tissue massage. She asked where I wanted her to focus the massage on, and she really listened. She could also tell where I had a lot of knots and asked me if I'd like her to focus on that area. I started with a 60 min massage, and then changed it to 90 mins so that she could get rid of the tightness in my shoulders/upper back and also have extra time to work on the rest of my body. I will say Ashley can do a relaxing light massage, but she's really good at giving a practical knot-and-tightness-removing one. I went in with discomfort and came out feeling so much better and lighter. A hot stone massage also came with it! I highly recommend giving this place a try and especially having Ashley as your therapist. She's very mindful of the body and knows what she's doing. FYI, Bring cash to avoid a small credit card fee.
