I'm pissed. I have curly hair and I like to straighten it every now and then but I needed to get a cut because my ends were dead. The stylist cut my hair straight across even when I asked her not to because it will look terrible when I want my hair curly, yet she did it anyway. I'm 20 years old and I honestly cried after she cut it because it looks horrible, never coming here again. This salon may be perfect for you if you have straight hair, but if you have textured hair, go somewhere else. read more

Saw Danielle who was sweet enough to book me on her day off, she was amazing! My hair was SO grown out it was terrible. I had recently moved from Oceanside and in between working and my kids and my move and life being insane I never found the time to get my darn hair done! I have a pixie cut that over time became a mullet. So gross! Anyway she got up in there and cut it EXACTLY how I like it, and was super sweet and very personable. I truly enjoyed my experience, and the head massage at the shampoo bowl was a definite plus. I was practically drooling. I can't wait to come back for my color soon! Definitely come here! read more

My mom and I both see Gayle. We have been clients of hers for almost two years. She is SO very wonderful and talented. We always leave her chair feeling like a million bucks. Having had hair down past my chest, and now a pixie cut, Gayle has always taken so much time to make sure we are happy and is incredibly detailed and skilled with both cut and color. I am never fearful of trying out a new look with her as my stylist. She will really make you feel beautiful. The salon and the staff are also very refreshing, super friendly and welcoming! read more

I had an ok experience. Erlinda was the stylist who helped me. She was very cool and did a good job in coloring my roots but didn't lighten my ends since they were a little dry. I'm glad she was looking out for the health of my hair but I really wanted an ombré look, instead I just came out with my roots done and no lighter tips. Plus they overcharged for it. It was a nice place and they gave you wine but the people at the front desk did not make you feel welcome. So they could improve on their customer service. So overall it wasn't a terrible experience but I'm not going back. read more

Thankful for eczema help on scalp from Sue Ann Tiger referring the Eufora Urgent Repair & Eufora Pure Cleanse product line. Highly recommend if you suffer any skin issue! At least it has worked wonders on us! My husband & I as well as our 3 kids go to Sue Ann Tiger here at The Loft Salon. Several of us have bad allergies, eczema ect causing bad dandruff ect. She recommended a product line that has been amazing for us! Its called, Eufora. Her technique is excellent as well, my son & husband are picky and she does great with their cuts. She put in amazing extentions for me that had all my friends jealous! She is always so nice too! Highly recommend her here at The Loft Salon. Lovely service as soon as you walk through the doors!! read more

This is probably, the first hair salon I have ever given 5 stars to. When I first walked in, the receptionist greeted me and asked me if needed anything to drink. My stylist, Brooke, was ready exactly on time for appointment and she not only was nice to talk to and professional; she listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair. I have brown hair, but being out in the sun so much it lightened up and I wanted to go dark again, with subtle highlights and Brooke did everything that I wanted and more. She showed me which colors she was thinking about using and it came out better than I could have ever imagined. She also cut my hair, but didn't cut off too much! I am definitely coming back to The Loft Salon. Thanks so much! read more

You are treated like Royalty right from the moment you step one foot in the door. Everyone is extremely welcoming, I have never been to a place where you feel so welcomed, and just taken care of. Everyone here really loves what they do at heart. If you are going anywhere else, you are definitely missing out. You get what you pay for. This is a first class Salon, here in Temecula. Rachel is my girl!!!! Thank you for saving my hair and giving me a super cute cut!! With traveling for work and 2 little ones, I don't make any time for me. Well, I had enough of my hair and needed help!! Rachel not only listened to me but really made sure I loved my hair. I don't live in the area but when I'm back for work, I know where I can go to look fabulous!!! Thank you Rachel!!!! read more

Tina did a full weave and cut my hair before Christmas. She had her work cut out for her being that my hair was such a mess. Serious neglect of my hair resulted in breakage, split ends and serious re growth. Tina spent about 3 hrs. working her magic. I really like the fact she didn't cook me under a dryer to set my color, as most stylists do. Once done my hair felt and looked amazing. I really like the fact that it looked natural as well. I'm so grateful to have found her :) I would highly recommend her! read more

The Loft Salon manages to offer the class and style of a high end salon, without the high end prices or aloofness. Everyone is friendly and down to earth, so you can feel relaxed and comfortable. Rachel Bueno is as talented with cut as she is with color, which is hard to find. She makes her clients feel pampered and relaxed, especially with the wonderful scalp massage that comes with the shampoo. I always walk away from Rachel feeling amazing about my hair from color, to cut, to final style. Speaking of amazing, let me not forget the nail technician Laura, who is wildly artistic and creative with nails, yet manages to always keep the health of the nails top of mind. Her prices are also extremely reasonable as well. Thank goodness the Loft Salon is close by me, but even if it was not, I would make the drive to visit these ladies! read more

Gayle Welsh is the sweetest, most talented hairstylist I have found in a long, long time. She's the stylist you've been searching for!! Cut, color, style. I do not trust anyone else with my baby fine hair. Love her read more

This review is for Laura Aldana, the manicurist at The Loft. Laura is THE BEST because she knows what she is doing and she invests time and attention in me, as a client. She took the time to teach me how to take care of my nails, she helps me pick the right color/s for my skin tone, and has given me the most beautiful, lasting mani's and pedi's. I was tired of wasting my money at other nail salons. I'm so glad I found her. She's a very caring, fun person person, too, and I enjoy our chats. :D read more

I found Danielle Torrez through a Groupon almost 10 months ago and I'm so glad I did. Danielle is so knowledgeable and talented and she has done an amazing job on my hair. I am one of those types of clients that is never sure what I should do with my hair. The only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted to have a hip hair style that was also suitable for a woman in her mid-fifties. I think that not being able to articulate what you would like puts a lot of pressure on a stylist. Danielle took her time with me, asking me questions about myself and what I did and didn't like about past hairstyles. Then she suggested some things to do with my hair color and style and I let her have at it. When she was finished my hair looked amazing! The color flattered my age and skin tone and the cut was fantastic! It's only gotten better from there! In addition to her professionalism and talent, Danielle is also a wonderful person. She is soft spoken and kind. I don't think there is a mean or hostile bone in her body. She always asks after my family and remembers the things I have told her. She is easy to talk to and you can tell her interest is genuine. When I came down with pneumonia and was hospitalized, she continued to text me to see how I was doing. She even offered to come to my home to style my hair if need be. There was a month when I was experiencing some financial issues and she offered to work with me so that I wouldn't have to miss my touch up! I'm also very impressed with the salon. The owners are very nice and do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Even though I am Danielle's client, the other stylists are also very interested in making sure I am comfortable when I'm there. I guess you must know by know that I highly recommend Danielle and The Loft Salon. You won't be sorry! :-) (One last thing, while I hesitate to draw attention to ugliness, I feel compelled to say that the one negative review is, in my opinion, ludicrous. The behavior described fits neither Danielle nor the salon. Haters have to hate I suppose, but the overwhelming positive reviews are accurate. It's quite illuminating to read the profile of an angry reviewer to see if their reviews are balanced. Check for yourself. Enough said!) Sincerely, Stephanie Rollins Winchester, CA read more

Tiffany is the best hair stylist I've ever had. She listens to what I want but advises me when it will cause damage. It's never a no, just a not in one visit! Loved how my hair was done By Victoria! I Definitely recommend her.Never had highlights done before but I am sold! Thanks again.

I have been looking for a hair dresser I could trust in the Temecula area since we moved here over a year ago and I finally found her...Tina! She is fantastic. She was easy to talk to and totally understood what I wanted and did a great job on my hair I had a cut and highlights that turned out wonderful. I posted a picture for proof lol. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars was because my highlights aren't as far down to the root as I like. Tina did my hair just over a week ago and there is like a half inch gap in the highlight to my head and its noticeable in the front so ill have to have it touched up early. But other that that it was great ill be going there again for sure. Ill just have to have her go extra close to my scalp with the color next time. Tina does a beautiful cut and a super relaxing shampoo....defiantly ask for her! read more

I received an AWESOME cut today. I called last minute and was in the chair within 2 hours. Brooke is absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I had to say. She was quick yet very thorough. I am VERY happy with my hair. I was going to purchase an online coupon deal, but I totally forgot. Brooke honored the online coupon price. So not only did I leave with a smile on my face... I still had cash in my pocket. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was offered coffee, water or wine. The chairs and shampoo bowls/chairs are comfy, and the decor is modern (but not annoyingly so) I highly recommend Brooke at The Loft. You will not be disappointed. read more

Okay so this is our first time here. The place is really nice inside and everyone seems friendly. They offer water or wine. But the reason we come here is because of Erlinda Jones. Erlinda has been doing my hair and my wife's hair for 2 years now. We do not live in the area anymore but we still drive back just to see her. My wife has mixed course hair (black/white) so it is hard to find someone who knows how to do her hair. Erlinda is great!! My hair is curly and I am picky about who messes with my curls... but she is FANTASTIC! If you have difficult hair or curly hair, Erlinda is your girl! read more

OMG my husband called this a blackmail haircut as in I should take a photo and send it to the salon and tell them they need to pay me not to post a picture of it on the internet. I have long thick wavy hair. It is not frizzy and from what I have been told by all of my stylists is that it is a dream to cut and style. I just moved here from out of state and I was looking for a good salon. This may be a good salon but Gayle should not be cutting hair anymore. My hair looks like a 5 year old cut it. I side part my hair and one side of my hair has no layers the other side has one layer by the face and the hair closest to my face is longer than the hair next to it so it looks like someone took a bite out of my hair. I have no layers anywhere else and I asked for layers in the back and sides for when I do not want to blow dry my hair so the waves will come out when I air dry my hair. My hair just looks messy when I do this even with a good curl cream in it. My ends look AWFUL and nothing is symmetrical if I want to curl it I have to curl it in so many pieces, as none of my ends match and they fall out of the curling iron. It has been two months since I got the cut and many days of ponytail hair, it has grown out enough for me to get another haircut. I will not recommend this salon to anyone! read more

I've been going to The Loft salon for the last few years have always had excellent service. I have been going to the Loft Salon now for four years. The owners are amazing and super nice! All the stylists are professional and well trained. I see Denise she works her magic and makes my hair look wonderful every time! Funny story... When I moved here, I asked around looking for a good stylist. No one would give their stylist name out. It's like finding a good babysitter and you don't want to share that information because you fear you will lose the good babysitter to someone else. I'm a working Mom and if I can help someone find a good stylist save them time, money and not being frustrated I will! Anyway, I'm glad I found Loft Salon. I would highly recommend Denise for color/cut. She's an expert on coloring you won't be disappointment!! read more

Erlinda gave me exactly what I asked for which was more volume to my very dull hair. I was completely satisfied with the end result! Thanks so much! SueAnn is easy to talk to and gives the best head massage when she is washing your hair. I highly recommend SueAnn for all of your hair needs :) read more

Cool atmosphere. Maybe not the best place when trying to go ashy-frosty-blonde. Friendly staff. Good prices.

Brooke is the BEST! After moving to the Temecula area from Oceanside I was still making the commute to Vista for hair appointments because I was apprehensive about finding a new stylist. I came upon The Loft Salon on Yelp, where I found several RECENT pictures posted by Brooke. Ever since I chose to go blonde (my hair is naturally dark brown) I have NEVER had such an amazing color job. The blonde looks so natural, and blends beautifully with my hair. Brooke also did a great job with my cut. The Salon is large, bright, clean and modern. Brooke was a total professional! She listened to all of my concerns, and presented me pictures of "HER" work showing different shades and styles to make sure that we were both on the same page. The product they use smells AMAZING and made my hair feel like magic....yes I said magic! I have now found a new stylist and will rave about Brooke....I had 3 compliments within 2 hours of leaving the salon! read more

I decided to try out The Loft Salon after my previous hair stylist wasn't able to deliver the type of results I wanted. I was given an appointment with Mary and within a few minutes, she was in contact with me. We had an educational conversation where she explained every detail and possible outcome of the color I wanted. Before I had even met her, it was very clear that she values her clients. Since I was going from a dark brown color to a blonde balayage for the first time in my life, I was understandably nervous. However Mary is very knowledgable about her craft and her confidence in the desired outcome helped ease my nerves. As she had reassured me all along, the final result was an absolute replica of the reference picture I showed her and I couldn't love it more! Definitely coming back soon, thanks Mary!! read more

Victoria was awesome! I called super last minute (literally the day of) to try to get in for a wedding I was attending. I came in with little idea of what I wanted (just curls & a few braids) and she did an awesome job. Totally understood what I was going for with the boho/small braids/loose curls looks. If you're looking for prom/wedding hair, go see Victoria!! read more

I found Danielle Torrez at the Loft through a groupon deal. Danielle is very open to your requests and offers her opinions which are very sound. She cut, colored and highlighted my hair and I loved it. She wants to hear comments made by my friends on my hair and so far, I have recommended two ladies who went to Danielle and came out very happy with their hair. I like talking with her and the salon is very pleasant and they offer you coffee, cookies or water and it's a nice atmosphere. I love Danielle! Lucy Ceretto read more

Initially on my quest for a new hair cut, I was a bit skeptical about buying a Groupon for a salon that I've never been to, but I'm glad I did. The Loft was able to work with my schedule and everyone I spoke to was very nice . It's a very clean salon. It's evident that the ladies that style there work hard to maintain a clean and good looking environment. And it's always nice to be offered complimentary bottle of water or a glass of wine. I recently had my hair done here a few days ago with Tina. I am in love with my hair. I didn't really know what I wanted when I came in, just a change. I walked away with a awesome hair cut that works with my hair when I leave it naturally curly and when I straighten it. if you're looking for something different and maybe a little edgy, I highly recommend Tina. The whole staff is professional, friendly, and educated. I would go back. read more

I loved my experience here! I went in with a groupon voucher for a partial highlight, cut and style (& added lowlights to it). Michelle was my stylist and she is WONDERFUL! Michelle also recommended a serum that I think will become a staple in my hair care product collection. I rebooked & certainly look forward to returning! read more
