Edgar had given my son multiple hair cuts. The first one was great. It was long and just a trim. Then every cut afterwards was terrible! Way too short, changed his hair style, and completely ignored my wish pics. Every time I would tell Edgar please just a trim and then he would have a completely different hair style and bags. Finally I had to tell him I'm not coming back because he doesn't listen to what we ask for, he offered a free haircut for the next one but I refuse to go back. I hate to leave a bad review, because I honestly feel bad for the person who botched my hair. I called for an appointment and stated I have short hair and need a cute pixie. I was recommended to a certain stylist saying she's great with pixie cuts so I was obviously excited to book with her. #1 I should have noticed that not all the pictures online are even their salon. Pics are from Pinterest and show a very lux looking salon. In reality it's a very small, tight environment with people stepping over each other in the washing area. I was reluctant to let the stylist put my legs up during my wash saying I don't want to block anyone...her answer was...we step over each other all the time. #2 I was expecting a seasoned stylist who knew how to cut short hair but instead got someone who seemed terrified to even start the haircut. Fumbled around her station seemed to not know where her tools were and then apologizing constantly. Even asking if I was ok to put product in my hair. I stayed positive to try to encourage her, but when asked to see the back of my hair, that's when I found out I had been turned into Moe from the 3 Stooges. #3 Somehow a cute "pixie" became a very distinct bowl cut starting 2 inches above my ears and continuing the same length around to the back. No fading, no blending, just a harsh line. I'll chalk this one up to someone just maybe having a not great day, but no offer to find a solution or even bring another stylist in for advice. Regardless, I still paid the full price and tipped because I'm not an A$$hole and she did provide a service. But 1.5hrs to botch a "pixie" and leave embarrassed to be in public was not an ideal situation. read more

I've been going to the same person for five years, and she always does my hair perfectly! The biggest reason why I keep returning back to her is that she has such a pleasant, bubbly, and lively demeanor that is enjoyable to be around! I am a really shy person, but being around her lets me come out of my shell! I like how she's chatty and how we don't have to talk the entire appointment!! I've never ONCE gone to her and way disappointed with how my hair has come out. She nails the vision everytime, I highly recommend visiting her if you try out the salon!
