The have a large menu board with salads and sandwiches and a soup of the day and several specials of the day sandwiches and a salad. The place is very clean. We placed our order at the counter and found a place to sit. A server brought out our food promptly. Our party ordered a Boss, a Rancher, a Cactus Club and the Dutton. All of them were generously piled with meat and cheese and accompaniments. We all throughly enjoyed them. Two of us opted for the veggie side instead of chips which consisted of baby carrots and sliced cucumbers which were nice and fresh. Beverages are in a fridge which you grab yourself and they offer The Lemonade Stand brand bottled drinks along with sodas. They do have a fresh brewed self serve tea which is a nice option to get refills yourself. But the best part was dessert! They have a nice display of fudge with quite a few flavors to choose from. We selected Root Beer, Peanut Butter and Amaretto. They are very rich and creamy without being overly sweet. What a great little shop in Florence! We will be back again to try the large salads and more sandwiches.

The area is cute and we were able to park out front. It's a old western style building, with outdoor seating and more seating inside and in the hallway. They have an extensive salad and sandwich menu that includes daily specials. I ordered the chille chicken sandwich on sourdough while Hubs did the chille chicken salad. Service was quick even with a lunch hour rush. The food was tasty. Hubs won out on the salad as the greens were fresh. Good vibes and quick and friendly service.

We took the drive from Tucson on the historic 79/80 just as the sun was setting, and the spectacular drive combined with this meal made for two huge highlights of our vacation. The service was top-notch from start to finish. The owner was super helpful in guiding us through the menu, and our server, Jess, was fantastic--both were nice, helpful, and fun. We definitely ordered way too much but were thrilled to have plenty of leftovers! We had the loaded baked potato, ribs, wings, and a salad. Seriously, I don't know why I even ordered the salad; I barely touched it after tasting the ribs. They were the definition of fall-off-the-bone and tasty deliciousness! You won't find much else in this town, but honestly, just coming here to eat was well worth the trip. If you love BBQ, you have to stop here!

Definitely coming back--recommend for anyone craving real-deal BBQ!"

You all handled the chaos like total pros. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the service was beyond what you'd expect on such a busy day, and the food completely blew me away. We ordered the smash burger with sautéed onions, a Reuben, chicken nuggets, and the cottage pie (which someone in line recommended and wow... they were right). Everything was made perfectly. The portions were very generous and the flavor was absolute perfection. I was so impressed. It honestly felt like a big warm hug in my stomach. The cottage pie was incredible, and this is coming from someone who has tried many shepherd's pies over the years and never found one I really loved. This one changed that. The smash burger was juicy and delicious, the nuggets were juicy and delicious (This coming from my nugget pro), but the moment I took a bite of the Reuben (one of my all time favorites) I almost regretted not ordering the corned beef and cabbage too. This was a limited menu for a super busy event day, which just makes me even more excited to come back and try more. Highly recommend. Thank you for such a great experience!

Everything was fresh, hearty, and full of flavor. Whether you are a local or just passing through Florence, this place is a gem. Great for brunch on the weekends, date night, or just grabbing a pint and some pub grub. We will be back soon. If you are looking for an authentic Irish experience in Arizona, look no further!

Thursday evening and place is crowded with lots of local folks. Place is clearly a local favorite. Server was helpful and decided to order the pollo fundido. It is like a chimichanga, except the pieces are cut and topped a spicy jalapeno cream cheese sauce. I opted for two pieces with rice and beans. Salsa and complimentary chips were tasty. Went through those in about 20 minutes. Hmm, where is the food? Thinking, hey they are busy and maybe they are cooking this from scratch. Food shows up. The pollo fundido was just as described. The spicy cream cheese sauce was great. Only finished one, the other hopefully for lunch. Left most of the rice and beans. Overall a good choice for dinner. Will skip the rice and beans. Front end service for me was good. They add a 3.5 percent surcharge if using a credit card. Couple of other restaurants still on my list when visiting Florence.

It was the cleanest restaurant (including the restrooms) I've ever experienced. There were booths, tables and a bar you could sit at. The ambience was country with background music playing. The service was excellent. The two servers worked as a team making sure all the customers were served. The chefs worked really hard to produce an excellent meal. So before I get into the food, I want to give a disclaimer. Everyone have different ideas about what the food should be. The few poor star reviews reflect this. I am not that particular as long as the meal uses fresh quality ingredients and is prepared with care. Florence Cafe fulfills my requirements. The western omelette with cheese was the classic type-no souflet or fluffy. The filling was fresh and hot. The biscuits and gravy was really delicious (gravy was not thick and gooey). The star of the meal was the house made salsa (slight upcharge) which was thick and delicious. The coffee was really good! I also tried a cinnamon roll and a slice of apple pie-really good! The cinnamon roll was not too sweet and not loaded with thick sugary syrup like so many others are. The restaurant had a lot of customers and I looked at some of the lunch items being ordered. Everything looked great! I liked this restaurant very much and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it if your in Florence, AZ.
