Being a local for my entire life and Ryan has been my bartender for over a decade now. Every single time without fail he makes it feel incredibly special. Last night was another perfect example of why this place and Ryan keep me coming back again and again. The vibe here is unbeatable. Massive overhead TVs were blasting the Golden Knights game in stunning detail during a power play. The sports bar energy is just right lively but never overwhelming and the gaming machines are right there if you want to spin while you eat and drink. It is the ultimate neighborhood hangout done right. Ryan and Parker were absolute rockstars behind the bar. Ryan knocked out multiple rounds of perfectly balanced margaritas and an Old Fashioned that was one of the best I have ever had. Smooth not too sweet with that ideal bourbon bite. Parker matched the energy with top tier service and great conversation. Together they made the whole night feel like hanging out with friends who just happen to pour world class drinks. Ryan and Parker you two are the heart of this place. Thank you for another unforgettable evening! The food was straight up incredible and way better than you would expect at a 24 7 sports bar gaming lounge. I devoured the hearty house soup rich flavorful broth loaded with tender meat rice and perfect seasoning exactly what you crave and the penne pasta with grilled chicken mushrooms creamy sauce fresh herbs and a mountain of shredded cheese on top served with crispy toasted garlic bread. Huge portions hot fresh and restaurant quality all the way. Every bite was perfection. Never again. So I sit down at the bar and there are 3 or 4 employees huddled together, seem to be having a meeting and ignoring me. Mind you there are maybe 10 people in the whole place. 1 guy breaks away from the huddle walks toward me makes eye contact and proceeds to wash glasses. Eventually a female bartender approaches me and asks if the guy got my order. When she found out he did not, no apology was offered. Really sorry to put them out. I ordered a to go meal. Greasy fried fish. Time for the check. When she gave it to me, again no apology was offered nor a thank you for your business or enjoy your meal. Then if someone didn't tip they're the asshole, right? But I tipped over 20% and vowed to never darken their door again. No wonder their was only 10 people in there (prime time). The staff is nice but what makes the lodge so fun is the bartenders especially Bobby, he has built a good relationship with me and my boyfriend and I feel like no other bartender has tried to get to know us or even given us their name when we have went there when Bobby was not. Kevin is also a great bartender. the lodge is a local bar and a lot of regulars are there I'm sure and Kevin and Bobby have made every time special for us. and that's exactly what locals are looking for. We love the lodge overall but from experience if it's not Bobby or Kevin the staff does the bare minimum and barely introduces themselves. I work in the industry and guest experience is my number 1 priority as it should be for everywhere else and Bobby and Kevin exceed those expectations! read more

Hubby and I went here for an early dinner on a Monday. Two entrances, one bar/gaming and the other restaurant. We went into the dining entrance which was empty except for a worker sitting at a booth. He left to get the waitress and she was very friendly. We ordered potato skin appetizer, lobster roll and lemonade. The food was reasonably priced and delicious, but the 'lemonade' is actually a lemon flavored drink which was awful. Waitress should have stated they didn't have real lemonade. Service was quick because again we were the only customers in the dining area for the hour we were there. We took leftovers home in to go containers. Nice place and hope business picks up. read more

BEWARE. You'll probably get robbed!!! My husband went for a casual drink. Throughout the time there, the bartender kept pouring the wrong drink/ shelf instead of what was asked, and gave attitude. Eventually after checking out, he didn't get tipped. After a few days, the total amount reflected on the credit card was $300 more than what it was!!! Assuming the bartender had to have tipped himself $300, as the decimal amounts were still the same!!! The Lodge was no help at the dispute. I can already see that this place does not care about their customers or customer service. I got real sick 2 days ago and I came back and explained the situation to my waitress. She did not care. She said sorry. I even gave her an amazing tip last time. You would think they would care about their customers. But that was not the case here. I will not come back here again. I am so disappointed. The food was not made as I asked. My waitress blamed the cook. But it was her responsibility to make sure my food was correct. If you have a food allergy do not come here. You may not make it out. Went for dinner on a Monday night, ordered the wings for two people which came with 8wings for 17$ dollars. Perfectly cooked and crispy just how we asked for them. The Cajun dry rub was the best option the flavor was all there. Nina was our server and it was a little busy for the VGK game so she seemed a little stressed, but took good care of us! I have been moody upon leaving here every time, anticipating poor service. For as long as this olace has been open. Besides the chefs and food, I wouldn't want to be here. I have frequented this place several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I read all the negative reviews, and I disagree. This place is very underrated. Most of the bar food is really good. Probably the best wings around town with the crinkle fries. The service is always on spot and consistent. It is never that busy here. Nice easy listening music selection. My neighbor rants and raves about this place, but I can't say the same. Placed an order through Grubhub, paid the price for tots, and received no tots. When I called, some disrespectful excuse for a human answered the phone and insisted that she wasnt going to do anything. Passed the blame to everyone else and showed zero empathy or resolution for the problem. She then went on to lie to me about the conversation she had with my wife about the tots. A conversation I was present for. Instead of seeking a resolution, this rubbish restaurant decided losing my business was worth the attitude they gave me. Even the manager thought defending her rude employee was acceptable and offered no support. The food was covered in salt to the extent that it was barely edible. Highly disappointed with their burgers here. I don't normally write bad reviews and hate doing it cuz I don't want this type of place to go out of business since it's 5-7 minutes away from my house.. But I must to let other customers know when they want to order burgers. I have been here several times before, they must have changed their chef or the chef must have been sleeping on the job. It was lunch time and I was too lazy to make lunch at home and I felt like eating some bad food, so I called the lodge and ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers with French fries and sweet potato fries, 1 kid burger meal with sweet potato fries and 10 pieces of chicken wings with sweet potato fries $50 (and some change) plus tips. Bacon cheese burgers were way too salty and the French fries and sweet potato fries were also too salty and saggy. My husband was so hungry that he ended up eating his bacon cheese burger but was complaining the whole time the he's gonna be swollen today after eating it...LoL, I had a quarter of burger and couldn't eat it anymore. So I called and complained about our burgers. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that the manager told her that we can bring the food back and they will give us refund. Okay, first of all I have 2 small kids, a 3 years old and a 14 month old. Do you really expect me to drive and return my burgers? My husband works from home so I can't ask him to watch the kids why I'm returning the very salty burgers, French and sweet potato fries? Really? Why can't you just refund us the 1 or the 2 burgers? I can't really go back and get something else after that salty food you served us, and it's hard for me to get out of the house without the kids screaming and you are gonna make me drive down there and replace the food I ordered or return the salty food? Before all this Covid-19 silliness I went in for an early supper with my father. We went into the restaurant section. No other customers were in there. We waited and waited for the server. When I am too lazy to cook, this is my go to place. I have also been here for happy hour with a coworker many times. I like the option of sitting in the bar which is loud and smoky or in the dining room which is much more quiet and non smoking. The wait staff seems to be overwhelmed most of my visits, but they handle it with ease and the orders are taken and brought to the table within a reasonable amount of time. There are plenty of TVs to keep you entertained. The menu has a variety of comfort foods such as soups, salads, hamburgers, sandwiches, sides, alcohol, and desserts.
