Had Three corse special! Staff were fantastic very helpful impressed. Food was tangy and delicious.

    ...the remains.

The service is always solid... the kitchen usually good. Tonight - Lodge Nachos, add ground beef. Holy crap. SO GOOD. We've had it 3 or so times over the last decade. Tonight - that was a build to be proud of. Well done indeed.

Been here a few times. Came today and Parker is a wonderful bartender! She was so nice and so attentive!!! Will be back with this kind of service !!!! 10/10

Teresa as always is amazing, Customer service is always outstanding. My omelette was made to perfect perfection, I usually never have a bad meal or food at the Lodge. And of course, the ambience and now that it's decorated for Halloween is amazing and so cool. You definitely want to be there for Halloween evening.

Hubby and I went here for an early dinner on a Monday. Two entrances, one bar/gaming and the other restaurant. We went into the dining entrance which was empty except for a worker sitting at a booth. He left to get the waitress and she was very friendly. We ordered potato skin appetizer, lobster roll and lemonade. The food was reasonably priced and delicious, but the 'lemonade' is actually a lemon flavored drink which was awful. Waitress should have stated they didn't have real lemonade. Service was quick because again we were the only customers in the dining area for the hour we were there. We took leftovers home in to go containers. Nice place and hope business picks up.

Went for dinner on a Monday night, ordered the wings for two people which came with 8wings for 17$ dollars. Perfectly cooked and crispy just how we asked for them. The Cajun dry rub was the best option the flavor was all there. Nina was our server and it was a little busy for the VGK game so she seemed a little stressed, but took good care of us! Bar overall is a typical locals spot. There's gaming, darts and pool. Smoking allowed which is not my favorites but super close to my house and spot we attend now and then

Karla and Enjoli on 5/8/24 @9am were quite the duo! I've been having a streak of months on end with poor bartenders and servers at so many locations valley wide.b they were so attentive. I have been moody upon leaving here every time, anticipating poor service. For as long as this olace has been open. Besides the chefs and food, I wouldn't want to be here. These ladies changed my mind. Please recognize, give them a pay raise, paid time off, and give them the shifts they want. They are making your business great. The ambiance and vibe have always been so chill because of the layout, lighting, and decor, but the ambiance is also set by the staffs' good energy.

Teresa is totally rude the bartender! I played 20 dollars on the poker machine got me a red wine and she said I owed over 15 dollars unbelievable!!!! On my wine???? Did NOT order anything else??? Never going back to this smoke filled bar??

We were taken care of by Kim and Cierra, and although I didn't catch his name, there was also an African American gentleman with clear glasses who was equally attentive and kind. My husband had the ribeye with jumbo shrimp, and we also ordered the crab rice. Everything was absolutely amazing. Cierra even took photos for us when I asked, which made our date night feel extra special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot. The Mac & Cheese was a perfect consistency and the flavor was out of this world. I would recommend the ribeye or the miso cod. The drinks are reasonably priced and were excellent. The staff went above and beyond with making sure that our experience was everything. For a local this was a great Friday night and as a tourist this would've been the highlight of my stay! I will definitely be coming back.

But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!

When we were ready to leave, I placed $20 on the bar assuming it would cover the drinks based on the happy hour menu we were given. Shortly after that, the manager came over with the bill, which was around $36. When I asked about the price, the manager explained that the happy hour menu only applies to the restaurant side and not the bar area. To be fair, when he pointed it out, there is small print on the menu mentioning that. That said, since we were clearly new customers sitting directly at the bar and ordering from that same menu, it would have been very easy for the bartender to simply say something like, "Just so you know, that happy hour pricing only applies in the restaurant area." That clarification never happened. Another thing that stood out is that in Las Vegas it's a well-known industry standard that gamblers are typically comped their drinks while playing. My wife had been actively gambling for close to an hour and spent about $30 of her own money, so it was surprising that the drinks were neither comped nor adjusted after the misunderstanding. As a fellow small business owner here in Southern Highlands, I know that situations like this are opportunities to build goodwill with customers. At our business we make it a priority to treat people with integrity and respect. Tourists are important, but locals are the heart of the community, and we never want anyone leaving our establishment feeling frustrated if we can help it. I'm sharing this as honest feedback. I did notice that several other reviews don't appear to receive responses, so I'm not necessarily expecting one here either. Still, hopefully the feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
