Kristal!!! Thank you for always making our town at the Lodge memorable. Walked in to the Lodge on a Saturday evening with a group of 10 and Kristal was our server. She handled all of our wants and needs like a pro. We never had an empty drink and we wanted for nothing. Been stalking her shifts ever since. She also works behind the bar now so everyone go see her! My bf that lives in Cali always asks if she's working. The Lodge is my go to neighborhood bar. It's clean, great service, lots of TVs, 2 really nice pool tables and the food is good and reasonably priced. Big fan of their chicken wings and sweet potato fries. As I'm typing this, I'm planning on going tonite. See you guys soon.

Western Burger was to die for! Hit the spot!

Great service, great food! Came here late round 1030pm on a Monday evening. sat at the nonsmoking family dining section but easily caught the attention of the bartender-, our server Micah I believe, was very friendly and attentive. I think I just had the best burger in town I'm so serious! I had the Western Burger and it did not disappoint! Crispy bacon, large onion rings, pulled pork on top with bbq sauce topped in a brioche bun- it was delicious! Not to mention fast service! So glad its right across our neighborhood :)

The atmosphere is really nice. We ordered cheeseburgers and nachos. The cheeseburgers came with bacon and I didn't notice that on the menu. Nothing great, but not bad. Just "ok." The tater tots were super greasy, but I liked them. French fries were yum. The nachos were lacking in cheese. Where was the cheese??? Our server was a little slow, but very nice. I forgot to add ....an appetizer should come out BEFORE your meal, not with it. Huge pet peeve of mine.

Welp.... This used to be HIGH SCORES and they have since disappeared since Covid. Now they are a Lodge (one of the better local bars in Vegas). They've been a Lodge now for around 4 months and I'm very surprised that nobody has done a review on them. The atmosphere is great. They totally remodeled since the previous bar and it's very cool. A lot of tv's, great food menu, great drink/beer selection and Shannon along with Kylie is great! Come check this place out.... Whether you want to watch a game, gamble or just grabs some drinks/food. You won't be disappointed.

Pulled pork loaded nachos and a Tito's and cran.

We got the: -Tider Sliders; cooked medium: there were no onions, the patties were super dry and very well done, and 2 of them had no cheese and the one that did have cheese had this like sad, dried up slice of cheese on it. - Hangover Skillet; over medium eggs: there were no biscuits, the country fried steak was like finely chopped, the potatoes were glued together in one big glob of cheese. Like it was strange. And the eggs came scrambled. -Crab Cakes: came burnt to a black char, and served on this weird, somehow, both mushy and dry rice stuff. Like it wasn't a normal rice it was like a solid mush of rice that was like dried out. -Onion Rings: they didnt have an onion inside them. It was like a ring of onion flavored batter (??) and we didn't understand what was happening with that. -A sweet potato as a side: we were given sweet potato fries and not a sweet potato (there were also sweet potato fries on the menu but we didnt order the fries, we ordered the sweet potato. -French Onion Soup: missing completely - Macaroni Salad: it was orange?? And couldn't tell what it tasted like but it didn't taste good. -garlic bread: it was literally wet. Like wet. The sauce that came with the sweet potato fries was bomb and I am sad to not ever have that sauce again because we DEFINITELY wont ever get food from Flowing Tide Pub ever again.

They allow pets in the patio, so we brought our little Miniature Schnauzer. The Ambiance was pretty cool. Being in the patio I didn't take photos of inside the restaurant. Jordon was our server and he was great kept checking on us during our dinner. We always order more than we can eat so we can take food home to snack on later and have for leftovers. We ordered the large Margarita pizza which was half off. I have to say it was very good. They use imported flour for the crust and you can tell. We went with the onion rings and I have to tell you is the best deal in town. Two towering helping of rings which are hand made with two different kinds of sauces. One homemade ranch and a sweet chili sauce. The ranch has dill in it and made it special. The Caesar salad was a big helping with a great dressing. The nachos was a huge helping with a huge piece of chicken with homemade chips. They have a huge selection of beers and if you like any of the craft beers you can have a special can made for you to take home. We are going back to check out more of the menu because it looks so delicious.

Vibe: Sophisticated, Professional, and Energetic…read more For anyone looking to impress a client, close a deal, or celebrate a milestone with colleagues, finding the right venue for a business lunch can be a delicate balancing act. You need an environment that is sophisticated but not stuffy, lively but quiet enough for serious conversation, and supported by a culinary program that commands respect. The George Sportsmanship Lounge delivers on all of these fronts with remarkable grace, redefining what a modern business lunch can--and should--be. The Atmosphere: Polished Athletic Heritage Meets Executive Comfort Walking into George, you are immediately struck by how masterfully the design bridges the gap between a high-end club and a refined, modern lounge. The decor pays a tasteful, artistic homage to the spirit of "sportsmanship"--think rich leather banquettes, beautifully curated vintage sporting photography, warm walnut accents, and low, ambient lighting that feels incredibly exclusive. For a business lunch, the layout is exceptionally well-thought-out. The seating is spaced generously to offer genuine privacy for confidential conversations, and the acoustics are engineered beautifully; there is a vibrant hum of energy in the room, yet you never have to raise your voice to be heard across the table. It strikes the perfect balance of prestige and approachable comfort. The Food: A Masterclass in Contemporary American Cuisine While the ambiance sets the stage, the culinary execution is the true star of the show. The menu at George elevated our business lunch from a standard meeting into a memorable dining experience. We started with the Yellowtail Crudo, which was exceptionally fresh, accented with a vibrant citrus-yuzu vinaigrette and thinly sliced serrano peppers--a light, refreshing starter that perfectly primed the palate. For the mains, our table ordered the Dry-Aged Ribeye Frites and the Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass: The Ribeye: Cooked to a flawless medium-rare, the steak boasted an incredible crust and a rich, deeply savory flavor profile. Accompanied by truffle-infused hand-cut frites and a velvety chimichurri, it was a decadent but perfectly portioned lunch masterpiece. The Sea Bass: This dish was a revelation. Flaky, buttery, and resting on a bed of ginger-infused heirloom grains and baby bok choy, it was light enough for a midday meal while remaining deeply satisfying and complex in flavor. Even the non-alcoholic beverage program deserved applause; their mocktails, particularly the cucumber-basil press, were sophisticated and felt just as celebratory as a traditional cocktail. The Service: Impeccable, Swift, and Discreet Great food can easily be overshadowed by poor service, but at George, the staff understands the rhythm of a business lunch. From the moment we were greeted by the host, the service was seamless. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering precise recommendations and timing the courses beautifully. Crucially for a business meeting, the staff practiced "discreet hospitality"--they were highly attentive, ensuring water glasses were always filled and plates were cleared promptly, yet they never interrupted the flow of our conversation at critical moments. The entire meal was paced perfectly, wrapping up within a comfortable 75 minutes, leaving us plenty of time to return to the office without feeling rushed. The Verdict The George Sportsmanship Lounge successfully shatters the mold of the traditional, outdated steakhouse business lunch. By combining a stunningly curated, upscale atmosphere with world-class gastronomy and highly professional service, they have created the ultimate venue for the modern executive. It is a masterclass in hospitality, and it has easily secured its spot as my go-to recommendation for lunch meetings. Highly Recommended for: Client entertainment, executive team lunches, and power midday dining.

Tons of TVs, a beautiful space, indoor and outdoor seating, and a really good setup for catching a game over breakfast, brunch, or drinks. Being Vegas, the patio is still a little ambitious in early October, so we stayed inside and had a great time watching the game. Unfortunately, the food itself landed firmly in the "average" category for me, especially for the price. I ordered the avocado toast with lox and poached eggs. At roughly $23 for avocado toast, the details matter.(the eggs and salmon bring it from $16 to $23) First problem: the toast wasn't really toast. It was a nice, thick piece of whole wheat bread, but mine wasn't actually toasted. That immediately took away the texture you want from avocado toast. The avocado itself also tasted more like a prepared avocado spread than fresh avocado. I've seen what comes from restaurant vendors and suppliers out here and most certainly can say it comes from a plastic squeezable pouch). I obviously can't say what they're using in the kitchen, but the flavor was extremely muted. At this price point, I'd much rather see fresh avocado, even roughly smashed with some herbs and seasoning. The lox tasted good, but the presentation felt thrown together. The microgreens amounted to maybe 10-12 little sprigs, and I counted about three pieces of sun-dried tomato. Neither needs to overwhelm the dish, but there should be enough to actually experience those flavors throughout the meal. Then came the eggs. I specifically ordered them poached medium and asked for more of a jammy center. My server was great about it and assured me that wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, the first eggs arrived significantly undercooked. When I cut into them, the whites were still runny and essentially collapsed onto the plate. I sent them back, and the replacements were much better. Even the side of fruit missed the mark. It was basically red grapes and strawberries, and several of the grapes were already soft and past their prime. Again, individually these are small things. But when breakfast items are running roughly $16-$30, those small things become the difference between an average breakfast and one that justifies the price. Two of us walked out around $80 before tip for breakfast, and that's where I struggled with the experience. I'm perfectly willing to pay more for great food. But the ingredients, preparation, portions, and execution have to support the price. The George isn't a quick food-hall stop. It's a beautiful full-service restaurant inside Durango Resort, and the atmosphere absolutely feels like it. I just wish the breakfast coming out of the kitchen matched it. Great environment. Good menu ideas. Friendly service. But based on this visit, the actual food quality and execution were mid-tier at best. For me, that's a solid 3 stars. There's enough here that I'd give The George another shot, but next time I'm ordering something completely different.

The shrimp were cooked to perfection. The buttery Cajun sauce was amazing. The small loaf of bread, to soak ip the excess sauce, was soft and pillowy, perfect for its task. Originally a five star. I went back for a Friday lunch and once again ordered that fantastic shrimp dish. It wasn't quite the same. The shrimp were over cooked -- they were rubbery. The taste was there, but the shrimp were not good. The tails were on these shrimp (the first dish had the tails off), so were also a bit messier to eat. Now I give it a four star. I went in last night, another Saturday, and again ordered the IPA shrimp (when you find something great, you order again). I was again disappointed -- once again overcooked shrimp. I realize even a few seconds too long cooking will overcook shrimp. I want the original chef, who removed the tails and cooked the shrimp to perfection, to prepare my next meal. LOL The flavor was a five, the shrimp a three. I'll try it one more time and hopefully get the original dish.

There was a very long line to get beer from the bar though I found you could just go to the other side of the bar and order as well which was nice. It was pretty much standing room only unless you got a table and were eating and again, that was a very long wait. It could have just seemed extra crowded because about a third of this location was rented out for a private party but then again I could also see that being the case almost every game, though I could be wrong. I could be wrong but I feel like the drinks at this location, compared to their other locations around the valley, are more expensive. It makes sense, but it's also really stupid if that's the case. I had a few drinks and had a good time here with my friends but it was mostly just a watering hole before the game so we didn't have to pay stadium prices.
