Who eats more than one omelette?? The dessert table was a help yourself, precut, low quality pie selection! Why can you get a piece of pie but can't offer a buffet? Salad bar was served by waiter behind plexiglass...so we had all realms of service...buffet but not buffet, salad bar but not help yourself and dessert bar help yourself....made NO sense! German sausage was undercooked, rolls were hard as a rock, pie looked like it was sitting out for a week! Sorry to say but we will never return and the service wasn't worth the 15% we left.

Links were good hash browns were definitely not crispy but were still good. The cinnamon rolls were quite tasty but definitely need a cup of coffee or milk because it was pretty sweet. A stout red-headed adolescent checks her phone as her frown deepens with each passing minute…read morestanding in front of the Waffle Wagon. Eventually she is handed a waffle, though it's all she can do to stifle her frustration when she reads the name on the ticket, realizes she was accidentally handed someone else's order, and finds the proper recipient. Her father, after done perusing the other food trucks in the vicinity, stops by to make sure everything is okay. With utter disdain, she reveals she's been waiting for nearly Ten. Whole. Minutes. Nothing is made of it, and she is soon provided with her waffle. It is then I understand why "It's worth the wait!" is written among other encouraging statements in glass marker around the window of the man taking orders. Taking the cardinal rule of doing one thing and doing it really well, Waffle Wagon offers Belgian Liège waffles and nothing else. Fortunately, this is a novelty worth tracking down: this version of the popular breakfast food is turned into a confection by increasing the sugar content, culminating in tiny bits of pearl sugar that caramelize and provide an incredibly crispy exterior while the interior stays fluffy. It's a waffle that has the syrup built in. It was so sweet it gave me a stomachache after I powered through the whole thing. Waffle Wagon blurs the lines between food truck and carnival concession stand: it has no social media presence and given their extremely limited menu it's hard to imagine them finding an audience outside of tagging along with one of the other established food trucks, but they provide an opportunity to try something you're not otherwise going to find in Wichita, and they do it very well. It really is worth the wait.

Everything was seasoned right, not heavy and just down right hearty. Coffee is warm and right temp, and the complimentary monkey bread.. come on! They paired so well. Crab Benedict - eggs poach to perfection! Asparagus salted right. Everything covered in that nice unbroken hollandaise sauce. The only comment I have is maybe a slice of lemon for additional acid for the customer. I ordered their Triple D (all four). To grab a taste of what breakfast is all about. Biscuit and gravy, delicious.. homemade fluffy biscuit and that gravy, so savory... this dish can fill up a giant itself. Banana bread - so soft and moist. Not too sweat, and remind me of a sticky toffee pudding. Just right out great. Crispy cornhash - great cook in the cornhash, good season, great easy egg to combine them together.. mix mix mix, bite bite bite, all gone.. Lastly timi benedict - again, perfect eggs... great cook on the maple bacon, had enough pepper and sweat to bring a unique spin to a classic. Even though they were busy, they gave everybody the warm and fuzzy.. just comforting! Food came out fast and warm! If youre in town, definitely put this place as a spot. Highly recommend

I ate "The Usual" which is my go to when eating at a new breakfast place. Eggs bacon potatoes and bread of choice. I got the English muffin. The Usual was fantastic. Eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon was crispy and the potatoes/English muffins were fantastic. My only complaint is the coffee was slightly bitter. Not horrible, but not my favorite cafe coffee. I added some cream to knock the bitterness and boom, it was good. My waitress was very attentive so I never needed anything or waited for anything. It was quiet, quick, and everyone was very friendly. The place was clean, neat, and tidy. I would 100% eat here again and recommend it. With that said, I'm still confused as to why they weren't very busy...maybe it's because they aren't in the "hip" area of Manhattan. If so, just drive out and eat there. It's pretty good. 5 star for a Cafe from me. Not sure it's considered a Cafe, but it checked the Cafe box for me. :-)

Good food and low prices. 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 5/30/25 The day crew was just thinning out and shift changing. I sat at the bar. Fair beer selection, and mixed drinks. Average bar seating, plenty of tables with a couple of pool tables, quick and friendly service. Everybody seemed friendly and willing to visit or leave you be. I was treated like a regular pretty quickly; I started a tab and the bartender called me by my name every time she refilled my glass. Wings Buffalo style were good. Hot from the fryer, crispy, sauce was Frank's based. No celery. Burger was served on thick sliced, grilled Italian-style bread and put properly together, not deconstructed. Patty appeared to be 1/4 lb and premade but pretty good; decent pickle, red onion, and hand sliced tomato. Better than average waffle fries, seasoned, and prepared by somebody who cared about the food. 7/10. TouchTunes jukebox. A few screens with ballsports on 'em. TV keno. Typical neighborhood spot with above-average service.
