One of the younger staff members was very sweet, I don't know his name but he was a young white male and he called the owner right away. They agreed that they were gonna get my tire fixed. The staff jacked up my car, took off the bad tire and everything was going smoothly. I asked him if I was the first customer this ever happened to? He told me "No" it's happened a few times and that the machine is a little messed up and it used to have a cover on a specific part but it came off . Overall I'm not the first customer who's had their tire popped. which is why I could understand that they fix my tire and did not charge me for it . After about 45 minutes of standing around and sitting in my car, I went back up to the car wash and Peeped my head in to get the staff members attention. There was a young black male staff who looked at me, then looked to his other coworker and said " Your little homegirl wants you" I felt that that was very rude. I first talked to the other staff member and he said that the owner would be there shortly so I said OK. Then I addressed the other staff member and let him know that I'm not his "coworkers homegirl" I'm just one of your customers and I should be treated like one. He began to over talk me and say yeah .. yeah clearly he did not hear what I had to say . so I walked away. When the owner got there he got out of his car, took the tire set it by my car and never said anything to me. He never asked if I was the car owner NOTHING. so I walked up to him introduce myself and I thanked him for replacing my tire and I began to tell him about his staff members ... the good and the bad and he just went off on me in this rant talking about it was my fault, I should be grateful that he fixed it and paid for it and I was probably on my phone which is why my tire popped.

This I know isn't true because I been coming there since it opened and noted the quality if the wash decline and so has the service of the staff. I am delighted that we are getting more washers in town. With friendly and courteous staff. As I was told by the staff person there he really didn't care if I come back or not. My choice. Well my choice is quality and courteous staff.

Now let me mention Keunda was very kind and informative (as far a I could decipher via messenger) regarding the products they provided and what would suit our family for this particular function...we decided on a 27ft blue red and yellow water slide for half the price (which her husband Damien was not happy about) from that point I referred all future calls and dealings to my Aunt the matriarch of the family. She begin having conversations with Damien and she was very impressed with his professionalism and pure integrity regarding what ended up being misquote on the price...he said he would honor it. Now fast forward to the week of event..Damien called my Aunt TWICE to verify the ETA for the inflatable which was agreed to be 8am on Thursday July 4th...this is where I RE ENTER the story.. I was given the task to meet "Damien" at the location at 8am for setup...I arrived at 7:30am...8am no inflatable no call no text...9am no inflatable no call no text...10am no inflatable no call no text....I messaged Keunda..no response right away...I then found the # in my messenger called "Damien" and was told they were running behind schedule...which I guess could not warrant a call to waiting clients...and that they should arrive in one hour...around 11:30a...well that time came and went with the same problem no inflatable no call no text..my Aunt was able to contact him by phone in which she gave him a tactful what for⁉...he apologized profusely and said they would be on the way from Henderson (we were at Elderville Community Ctr which is on the way HENDERSON)...needless to say they pass us by bc the GPS rerouted them and they ended up on Eastman Road...meanwhile my family was arriving with children super excited to see and play on this amazing water slide...well they finally pulled in around 3pm...YES AN 8am appt that I waited around for almost 8 hours‼...well ur not gonna believe this Damien was not among the setup team..it consisted of a 10yr old boy and 3 men of various ages not including the driver Jonathan...after rolling out the inflatable I immediately noticed THIS IS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED‼...so the driver pulls out his receipt book and points this what I have down and also they dnt carry a 27ft slide..blah blah blah...he calls Damien and of course he doesn't answer....what a surprise...So he called Damien's Mom..yes his Mom...smh...who authorized a $50 off discount or just cancel and move on...well my Aunt had an earlier text FROM DAMIEN that said she could pay upon PICKUP...well they said NOPE CANT DO THAT...even though she had the text confirming what was said between them...so instead of an actual WATER SLIDE they were offering a sort of inflatable SLIP N SLIDE...we asked where is the yellow red & blue one..."oh that was delivered this morning"...how convenient...smh...the kids are disappointed but it's this or nothing...so we decided to keep it after going back and forth for what seemed like forever...upon pickup there was a different driver..the 10 yr old and 2 other guys who practically needed help to roll the inflatable onto the truck...my cousin had to get his boys out the truck to help them load it..they somehow managed before they could...my opinion is bc his wife gave such a generous discount on that red yellow & blue 24ft (turns out they never had a 27ft at all) he placed it with someone that would actually pay full price and throw us a bone bc of her mistake...the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS A FARCE and felt like something out of a sitcom....would I recommend 903 SERVICES?....ABSOLUTELY NOT!....completely unprofessional...it's true u get what u pay for but we NEVER asked for a deal...she offered it and we paid dearly for it! When I went to my truck in the morning I noticed a big oil puddle underneath my truck. And therefore I checked underneath my truck and found the problem, which wasn't hard to find. The oil filter underneath the truck wasn't even tightened. I could easily turn it with my hand. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I travel a lot for work and my motor could have blown if I didn't notice the oil spill underneath my truck. An oil change business that can't do a proper oil change, that's pathetic. Waste of $200. Me and my daughter went a few hours later thinking it just ran hot. I checked the oil it was bone dry. I instantly stopped by Valvoline to talk to the manger explained everything he seemed very generous and concerned in the beginning. He told me he would go to my son car with tools and oil. which was weird when I told him the motor was blown. so with him calling me the next day on a recorded line with valvoline customer service stating he could'not get under the car because it was pushed into the grass you darn right it was. I didn't want it to get hit. but then he turned around and said but the drain plug was tight. hmmm I'm sure it was after you tighten it when you got there. I trusted him to be truthful we are all humans and make mistakes. But they are refusing to take care of my son motor being blown and is blaming it on his car being a 2013 with a loose oil cap. and remind you I had just left my son car and checked the oil I just didn't tighten the cap back up. I've dealt with them for years. I'm very disappointed and furious never again will I spend my money there. We are stuck with a $2.919.04 bill to get it fixed while my son is stuck still having to pay a car note and also pay to catch a ride to work.
