Very frustrating. Finally, after the locksmith got there, after doing work on the lock that they quoted for $100, they tried charging me $250 for the job despite the fact that the scope of the work hadn't changed. Even more frustrating. The actual locksmith that came out was nice enough, and he managed to get my bike lock off after about 20 minutes of work, but overall I probably would recommend looking elsewhere for lock working service

I called him later to fix one our locks that wasn't working. Great service and prices. Tom himself is great too.
