Regarding the price, you have to keep a few things in mind: you're eating lobster in the heart of Miami Beach, and there is a mandatory 20% service charge plus tax added to the bill. While the portions aren't huge, the flavor of the rolls is excellent: we had the Cajun Lobster Rolls. While the food is not bad you self serve everything yourself. The only thing they do is drop off your food. There are no refills, no one to check food quality or anything at all. They hide that they charge a gratuity and you don't find out until after you leave an additional tip. 40% tip for no service at all is disgraceful. read more

As a girlie from Baltimore, seafood is on my top two of favorites. And it's hard to find good steamed crab legs. No seafood boil bag just good steamed old bay legs. I was pleasantly surprised that they have old bay as an option on the menu so I was sold. The crab legs were pretty good. Major disappointment, I just want some amazing seafood, it shouldn't be that hard to find when you are a stone's throw away from the ocean. Pay attention to the other reviews, it is a tourist trap. They automatically charge a 20% "service fee" on your entire bill which translates to crappie service. How about just charge a normal price for food and earn your tip. Our waitress came back once to check on us in the 45 minutes while we were eating our crab legs. The snow crab legs were ok, nothing special, but my side of lobster bisque had one piece of lobster in it. I think it was very overpriced for seafood a mile from the ocean, when I can get the same meal at home in the Midwest at Red Lobster for far less money. Red Lobster would also come with bread and a salad when you order dinner.
