The manager initially refused to split our checks but eventually agreed. Unfortunately, the totals were incorrect, creating even more confusion and frustration. What should have been a simple process turned into an unnecessary headache. My biggest issue wasn't the initial refusal, but how poorly the entire situation was handled. The dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and billing errors made an already frustrating experience worse. How can a restaurant get the food right but fail so miserably at customer service? Hospitality matters just as much as what's on the plate. Decent food means very little when customers are treated like an inconvenience. Overall, this experience was disappointing from a service standpoint. I would not recommend this establishment for business gatherings, and I certainly have no desire to return.
