I don't know what the point of this clinic is, they can't actually do anything here. They can't do health checks, they can't evaluate you, they can't do any tests, they don't take any insurance so you have to pay for cash for whatever. They don't have any doctors on staff. read more

Worst clinic In town scam went in for an allergy shot. Dr Mariah checked my blood pressure claiming it's too high for the shot recheck it again. It was good enough but refused to give me the shot and then says to come back on another day just so I can get charged another hundred dollars. Not recommend read more

Just a little put off. Had an appointment scheduled and I was not feeling well. I fell asleep and ended up checking in 5 mins late. By the time the lady at the desk called me up it was 10mins past my appointment time and told me that I'm now 10 mins late and she was going to push my time out to a later time. I get it, I was late by 5 mins. There was already a wait time by the time I got there, which means even being 5 mins late wouldn't have mattered. She pushed my appointment time to an hour and 15 mins later. A little upsetting. At them and myself. Sorry for not feeling well. read more

They could have the best doctors in the world, buy I will never know. I booked an appointment for my handicapped brother to have his ears cleaned out. The booking system changed my appointment to another location with any notification, the women at the desk says it happens all the time and rebooked the appointment for me. The next day I got a notification for my appointment with a time change of 6 hours, so I rebooked the appointment again. Arrived at the clinic tonight and there was a sign on the check.in computer that the location closed at 130pm. The one person I found in a room said they were short staffed and she assumed they changed the appointments. So please, please, eae fix your systems and if you can't staff a location closed the damn location. I will never useyour service ever and and will discourage anyone who asks. read more

I have never heard of the The Little Clinic until recently and am so glad that I did! I'm not a frequent Fry's shopper so I was surprised that this clinic was located inside. Fry's literally has everything. I was in need of a flu shot, but did not want to pay the co-pay at my physician's office and heard that TLC covers them. I signed in and waited about 30 or so minutes as there was 2-3 patients before me and there was just one Nurse Practitioner. I signed some papers and was administered my flu shot. The Nurse Practitioner was friendly, informative and was very safe while administering the shot and was sure to assess for any allergies or past medical history. The whole process was easy, though not very quick (understandable) and it was completely covered by my insurance! No co-pay, what a relief. Definitely worth checking out for shots or minor medical issues! read more

Friendly, caring staff, the perfect sized operation for those things in life that need medical attention but don't warrant a visit to the ER or that should wait for days or more to get into a primary care doc. read more

A pleasant experience and professional staff Great service, I went to FastMed Urgent Care with for a rash on my arm. I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait, we all know how busy urgent care can be. I signed in and filled out the required paperwork. The waiting room had a few people however I was called back very quickly. After taking my vitals I went into a patient room and the doctor arrived a few minutes later. After speaking with the doctor I was given my prescription and discharge instructions and was out the door faster then I imagined, not a bad deal for urgent care. The staff is friendly and helpful and doctors can address any concerns you have. When your primary care physician isn't available this is the place to go. If you ever find yourself in need of medical care and want great service from professional health care providers who are dedicated to your wellness, look no further. read more

I went to this Little Clinic for the first time earlier today to get antibiotics for my UTI to only get ripped off. I was a walk in patient so I did expect a wait time, my wait time was estimated at 30 mins. I ended up waiting an hour and a half to be seen, triple the estimated wait time. Normally, I wouldn't mind waiting an hour an a half if I knew in advance, that way I can do other things or go somewhere else. After waiting and being seen, THEN I was prescribed $50 antibiotics when I normally pay $12. I would recommend going to urgent care instead for future patients, where you can get better care at a shorter wait time, with reasonably priced medicine, at practically the same price when compared with copay. read more

The PA's really listen and do their best to take care of their patients. I've only ever had a long wait once or twice and have been coming here for at least 5 years. They always take my insurance (I've changed at least 3 times since I started coming here) and they handle my whole family. My husband works nights so it is difficult for him to get in at his Doctor...but he can always be seen here. read more

Walked in at 5 o'clock, no one was waiting all patient rooms were open and empty. Estimated wait time was 0 minutes according to the screen but there was a sign over it that said they had already scheduled too many appointments. The nurse was on the phone not sure if the call was work related but she ignored me nonetheless. After she got off the phone I asked if they were for sure not taking anyone since there was no one there. At his pint it was 5:12 and the 5:00 appointment had yet show up and the 530 appointment was also not there. I pointed his out and the doctor came out and said they had appointments so they had to honor those, EVEN THOUGH NO ONE WAS THERE!!! I asked what was the point of being a walk in clinic if you could walk in to which he replied they were changing their policy and would no longer be accepting walk ins. The nurse then told me I should have made an appointment (I had called to find out the wait in my way and no one answered). I called the customer complaint number, they confirmed I should not have been turned away. read more

RIPPED OFF .. I just moved here a month ago I don't have the extra money to give them $100 for the doctor to tell me that oh my daughter may have hurt her eye .... Well obviously that's why I brought her.... they know she's two because it's on her chart....and I had to tell the lady three times it was not the eye and ear it was the eye and maybe the nose sinus, because the nose and eye are side by side and a 2 year old can't tell you exactly what it is wrong. Although I did tell the doctor she is saying her eye hurts but she's kind of rubbing the side of her nose too hence me bringing her in here. Wasn't a little cry this was a shriek of pain a few times today I tried to ride it out before I brought her anywhere. Then I was told they can't do the test on her cuz she's too little and even if they wanted to the dye was expired and he's waiting for more. Why was this not told to me before I paid $100. Instead I was told I should go to another clinic and pay more money..when right on the website it says cornea abrasion etc that's why I picked this place. If they don't do certain services on children I should have been told that. BEFORE I PAID MONEY I REALLY DONT HAVE .... AND WHEN I MADE THIS COMPLAINT / CONCERN TO THE DOCTOR NOTHING WAS SAID BUT OH WELL I GUESS SHE (the nurse?) COULD HAVE ASKED ME....LIKE WTF. I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK... I was able to get an appointment very easily, I was able to check in at home and show up 15 minutes before my appointment, the wait was not a problem it is flu season. What I was very unsatisfied with was the front desk lady. She was the furthest thing from friendly, the entire time she was taking my vitals she was complaining about how much she doesn't like her job. She was in a hurry to get off work and went on and on. The doctor we saw was very nice, and took in account all I had to say. A little bit of front desk mannerisms would be encouraged, especially when helping people that are sick, that's the last thing they want to hear. read more

Dropped in for an exam and to have a prescription re-filled. The clinic got busy and suggested an appointment later. Got there on time went right into the waiting room and was seen by Sue, FNP who was professional, courteous (I'm OLD), efficient, and pleasant. I doubt they treated me any differently than any other patient. read more

I am so impressed with this place .I never imagined I would be leaving a positive review for a quick clinic . I held a spot in line online on a Saturday afternoon, and waited no more than 20 minutes!!! Amazing and unheard of at CVS minute clinics. The staff was caring and very knowledgeable and the place was clean. They even called me two days later to see how I was doing after my visit. This place was a Godsend for me - I only have catastrophic insurance, and was looking for a place to deal with an ear problem - this location inside Fry's was perfect - Natalie at the counter was friendly and efficient, and Shannon who solved my problem in a matter of minutes, really knew her stuff and took care of me with professional kindness and confidence. Denied medical services for my daughter because I didn't want them to scan my Driver's license. I allowed them to look at it all they want, but with all the ID theft I don't want a duplicate ID out there for hackers to sell. Little Clinc would not see my daughter without scanning my ID. I gave them insurance card so I could clearly pay. No reason to demand creating a duplicate ID over provideing medical services. read more

Visited this clinic after they closed the one close to where I live. I had a great experience at the Cactus and 43rd Ave location so I thought the great experience would continue. Unfortunately that was not the case. The provider Sue absolutely would not listen to me and what I knew would work for my symptoms. I occasionally get bronchitis and need an antibiotic. Sue instead prescribed a medication I told her I would not take because of the side effects. She said we could do something else but ended up prescribing it anyway. I realize it was almost closing time but dang listen to the patient. I was not looking for a controlled substance for Pete's sake. So if you're looking for a provider that will listen and work with you DO NOT go there. read more

I walked into this clinic with a severe migraine. NP, Joshua and RN, Mary were so attentive. I'm talking the old-fashioned type. Joshua gave me an injection for the migraine and allowed me to lay in a quiet room with the lights off. Mary covered me with a jacket to keep me warm while waiting for the injection to kick in. They both checked on me several times with sincerity. By far, this is the very best treatment I've had in a long time! What a fantastic team they are! read more

I told them I would pay up front for the visit and was told they can't because I have Insurance :/, I said "wait so your telling me your refusing to see me because I have insurance yet I am will to to pay upfront."
