A pleasant experience and professional staff…read more Great service, I went to FastMed Urgent Care with for a rash on my arm. I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait, we all know how busy urgent care can be. I signed in and filled out the required paperwork. The waiting room had a few people however I was called back very quickly. After taking my vitals I went into a patient room and the doctor arrived a few minutes later. After speaking with the doctor I was given my prescription and discharge instructions and was out the door faster then I imagined, not a bad deal for urgent care. The staff is friendly and helpful and doctors can address any concerns you have. When your primary care physician isn't available this is the place to go. If you ever find yourself in need of medical care and want great service from professional health care providers who are dedicated to your wellness, look no further.

Run from this clinic at all costs. I was seen a few months prior no issues paid the $99 fee and got…read morea RX that helped so much. Flash forward to now, I have similar things I having all before, "upper respiratory" and they said they don't do anything here for that. Uhm, huh? She said that would be a dr's visit, not us. So beware I have no idea who is "treating" people at this location but apparently it isn't a Doctor. Haha good to know.

Very unhappy with my experience at this Atlas facility. First, my ride home (not a family member)…read morewas allowed into post-op without my consent, a violation of Banner Health policy. I believe that his presence served to distract my attending nurse. Second, the nurse seemed to be relying on me to inform her when I felt ready to be discharged even though I was disoriented from the general anesthetic. I think the decision to discharge a patient should be made by medical staff, not the patient, and an experienced nurse would have been able to better assess my readiness for being discharged. Third (and I don't know why this happened), the nurse allowed me to dress myself while lying in bed. Despite my being careful, twice I felt a popping sensation in the area of the incision while dressing. I spoke to my surgeon about this and he seemed concerned. I think a more experienced nurse would have assisted me in dressing or at least positioned me (like sitting up) so as to avoid any strain on the surgical site that might risk compromising the surgical outcome.
