We opted to parking in another lot nearby [It was paid parking, but I believe it is free for 1 or 2 hours..] There is a good amount of seats in the cafe area and outdoor seating. Lots of people were working. The place was pretty quiet, not too noisy. I ordered a matcha latte [I forgot how much it costed], but it was pretty decent matcha in Houston. I might come back next time for their coffee! Final verdict: this place is worth visiting if you want to walk around and explore cute things while also grabbing a quick coffee or matcha :)
