I went to a consult with Patty who said she could get me the red color I wanted my hair to be. Yesterday I went in for the hair appointment and Patty was very professional. She was always asking if I was okay and comfortable. She offered me a drink. She talked to me the whole time I was there (about three hours since my hair needed bleached and two red dyes). So the time was great. For all that we did, I thought it was going to take longer. I have never been so happy with my hair ever in my life. Patty did literally a PERFECT job on my hair! Not only did she get me to the red I wanted, but she gave me a haircut that was even better than I thought it would look like. I am obsessed with my hair and get compliments all the time on it. The owner introduced herself and the stylists, they showed us to a dedicated space for everyone to wait between services, and get dressed. Once we were settled in we moved back upstairs to the salon for hair. I was paired with the owner, Misty. I have a pixie with a shaved undercut so not too much to work with, but Misty did a great job. She gave me plenty of volume and the perfect "updo". Once my hair was gone I was shuttled downstairs for makeup. I was paired with Gabby, who did a quick consultation and jumped right in. I had full glam with lashes applied. When in doubt always go full glam. We had a great experience. The staff was professional and did a fabulous job! Everyone was happy with their hair and makeup.
