Then when I called him on it after I was finally able to change lanes. He knew that he had messed up and lied saying that I had called him an N-word while he was yelling racial slurs for white people at me out of the window of his truck after he flipped me off numerous times while yelling out of the window for me to get out of the car and fight him in the middle of the intersection...then as if that wasnt bad enought, he proceeded to make a gun sign with his fingers, pointing them at me and mock shooting at me. Im not racist, I have never used the n-word and never will. This company and its drivers are unsafe. If i were you, I would definitely choose a different company to hall your junk away. This company is not safe.

I had called Zerorez this time to give them a try and when the technician got here he gave me a price more than $100 higher than what the website said, and then argued with me about it. My beloved gold bangle was in need of polishing and regroving of the lines etched in. 3. I wanted a custom made Cross & bead gold bracelet that I had I my mind. Nobody makes them. Lastly I had a bag of gold rings to sell. I wanted to say that EVERY EMPLOYEE was beyond polite and professional. They listened to every one of my 'ask's' and immediately said yes. They told me to give them a couple of days on the design for the new bracelet for my approval. When I received their ideas, it was exactly what I wanted. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. I went to pay and they didn't charge me. Now THAT's customer service!! We will be back. Thank you all for your assistance
