Dorrice designed a remodel for our property in Albany from commercial to residential, near Solano,…read moreand she guided us through the processes for zoning and building permit approvals. Her design was excellent, timely and cost-effective. Dorrice thoroughly explained, and in writing, how she charges for her services, and the job was accomplished exactly as expected. Dorrice was also sensitive to our personal preferences and, after the initial design, included some minor touches that reflected our views. It was a very successful collaboration, and we're now looking forward to being Dorrice's neighbors in Albany as well as her clients. Randall

We've come out of that whole project (now two years on) and I can only see myself working with Dorrice going forward for our design needs. Attention to detail, follow up and follow through are the most critical aspects of people I work with for my home projects. Also critical to my "bathroom remodel" was her suggestion that instead of remodeling our bathroom, that we go with two smaller ones. Godsend brilliance! One for us and one for the kids! Highly recommended and will definitely use in the future!

She put us to work to sort and go through things, and in real time reorganized and rearranged furniture, books, and aesthetic. We went from apparent chaos to which we'd become accustomed to several new rooms, and a new found appreciation of what we already had. She can work wonders, and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

This is a long overdue review for Jill and her team. When I decided to list my Oakland house for…read moresale, I asked the realtors I was interviewing who I should use for staging. Jill's name kept coming up. After viewing their website, I was impressed with their use of color, art and materials. The team did an amazing job for my house. The look was bright, airy, stylish and quite appealing to a broad range of prospective buyers. My house sold with multiple offers for almost 20% over asking. I believe the staging greatly contributed to the sale price. When we moved into our new home in San Francisco, Jill and Lauren did an incredible job with both our interior and outdoor space. They even have a great app that creates a mockup of what the furniture will look like for you to compare prior to making any buy decisions. So I've had the pleasure to work with them on home staging for sale as well as interior design for our personal residence. I highly recommend Visual Jill with no reservations!
