TOTAL bait and switch. Went there today to look at a live/work unit listed on Craigslist for $2050…read more Got there to find out that, no, the place is actually $3600. I was told the CL listing must be fake. Um... that ad has been up for awhile now and NOBODY else has seen the unit or called in enquire? PLUS, I contacted these people THROUGH the ad they said was fake! Also, if this ad WAS in fact fake, why did the person not want to speak with me, and only through their maintenance person? Very skeevy. Avoid this place. And finally, when I looked in the dishwasher, it looked like somebody had put a baby's dirty diaper inside and switched it on. Gross! The sink spigot was taped together, all while the ad says the maintenance crew are really good. I don't get how they thought this would work. Just stay away, you can find better live/work spaces put out there by decent, honest people.

If there was a way to put 0 stars I would do. My sister…read morewhich is a pastor went down to have a talk to the owner of the building, getting there the owner started to make questions about the legal status of my sister and brother-in-law, my sister very patiently started to explain to him her case and he insisted saying that he could not trust them because they are immigrants it was a Terrible experience to us. She insisted to explain that she had bank statements to prove that they could afford the price and that the place would be rented to be a church he said that he did not cared which kind of shit business they have and that churches are only used for money laundering, me personally I'm a immigrant and a law student in the university of SF state I told my sister that we could sue him because he was racist to them and we recorded all the conversation. At the end he told her leave his office and called them immigrant scammers. At the end she left and said God bless you.

Great location. But kind of pointless co-work space. They…read morerelentlessly police any sort of noise in the co-working space, or in their lobby. So if you pay for the virtual office package, they expect you to work in complete silence in the co-working area. That's just not how business works. You can rent offices by the hour, but it's cost-prohibitive. Maybe this could work if you're in accounting or some other sort of work where you don't speak to clients.. No client-facing professional should pay for the virtual office package though. Overall, the value is not there.

Joining Office Evolution is one of the best business decisions I've ever made…read more I'd gone through several different set ups through the years. Recently, I'd had trouble finding a space that fit my needs. I had an office in another town. Very convenient to my clients but for a couple other reasons I almost dreaded going there. And prior to that I had what was in some ways an absolutely ideal office space. But it was located in a place that was tough for clients to get to. I started researching office space and stumbled on Office Evolution. I really wasn't sure if the shared space thing would work for me. I visited. I visited again. I visited yet again. As far as first impressions, Sandra, who works the front end (and does much more that I'm sure we don't know about) is wonderful. And I have to say she was a huge factor in signing on. I knew that it would always be a pleasure to see her. I've also met one of the owners, who seems great. Bottom line, is that they they are very tuned in to what people need and how to deliver it. They have several different levels of service here. I've got the plan that includes mail, 24/7 access to the building, a drop-in work room (which I've recently started using - there are usually only one or two other people here, if that), and a few hours of booking one of the personal offices or conference rooms to meet clients. Clients love the building. Who wouldn't? Beautiful and right on the Richardson Bay. In the end, this is the happiest I've been with my office situation in ages.
