I was very specific in what I wanted and Ksenia had a similar vision to furnish the 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom condo two bath condo with mid century modern furnishings. She was a very good consultant. She guided me in the things I needed to do to prepare the space for staging. I only asked for a few things like bar stools for the counter and a patio bistro table and chair with an outdoor rug. Other than that she had full artistic freedom. I was truly impressed with how the placed looked after she was done. She recommended having the house professionally photographed as well by Open Homes Photography who was also very quick and easy to work with. Once the house was professionally cleaned, painted and staged the house went on the market for above asking price and sold within 3 days.
