I left with a "Have a good one!". Will probably come here again if he's still there. P.S. My child bought an item that we discovered was opened and used immediately after we departed the store and they would not return it. I understand store policies, however, sometimes certain rules require exceptions when the circumstances are extenuating for good honest people and not dirtbags trying to get over. Based on other reviews regarding poor customer service experiences and hopefully this one, people will reserve their patronage of this establishment so it closes like a casket in the cemetery of mall stores, and their money is best served for a ride on a mobile animal in the mall or a stationary pony one. Giddy up!

Rafiq, and I believe his son, whose name I can not recall right now, are the owners. They have great customer service and are very engaging with their customers. The other thing that I thought was a plus plus, especially around this time of the year, is the fact that they have a variety of buying options and a wonderful array of merchandise that is appealing to all children(young and mature). As a matter of fact, they are currently offering a super great financing option with a low as $25 dollars down and a reasonable monthly rate. This was perfect timing for me with the upcoming holidays and gift buying for my youngest family member. Do yourselves a favor and Run, don't walk here if you are looking for these rare gifts for the little ones. In this market, you can't beat their reasonable prices. Trust me, I price compare everything before I buy to make sure I am getting the best option for my money. You're welcome in advance for sharing this little nugget of great finds.

Very rude when we chose this store to shop over others around town. Prices are not that great that warrant this lack of customer service. I could absolutely go elsewhere or AMAZON to get the same or similar merch. Please keep this in mind, brick & mortars- it is very important to keep a good relationship with your community. Certainly a great variety of merch! Crafts, furniture, toys, gift wrap, baking, seasonal, paints & wood selections, garden & even good snacks! I do love this store. I do not like the lack of "thank you for shopping with us".

Walk in & it seems like there are no customers. Odd, they are inside, absolutely. This specific store could have used some straightening up, but overall clean & organized. SO QUIET- like, literally I could hear my own thoughts. I passed a kind associate helping an older man find a book & had a pretty good conversation about if his 18 yr old son would enjoy a specific book- she engaged & it was refreshing to overhear. I found a great card- they have a LARGE selection, paper to match, fun matching candles & even an extra gift I wasn't expecting to buy. Target definitely has a great team of buyers. They think about what matches what, instead of Walmart that buys nice things but hard to put a whole package together- if that makes sense. Always a fun seasonal section too! For a card, 2 candles, wrapping paper & a cute extra gift- $42.00. I guess I am re-hooked?!
