Very happy with this daycare/preschool! My daughter is very clingy and everybody at this location has been wonderful in regards to her adjusting to being at daycare. Ms Melissa is my daughters teacher and she is great! She always greets my daughter and reassures her that I am coming back to pick her up. I always feel confident that she is safe and in caring hands when I leave. I love the TLE app that gives me updates of what is going on and pictures of my daughter. Its nice to get that throughout the day I can see what shes up to! I do have to say that Ms. Aish (owner) and Ms. Kamille (director) are very dedicated to this place. I see them in the early morning when I drop off, and when i come to pick up my daughter in the evening.They are literally, always there!! I appreciate that a lot because it just shows the commitment they have to the kids, parents, and employees. It means alot when you see that because this place is open 12 hrs a day and they also have families and kids that they are probably sacrificing their time with, to be with kids that are not their own. I'm so thankful for this place! I found this place through Yelp and decided to check it out after seeing all the reviews. I called and was able to schedule a tour on the same day. Ms Aish and Ms. Kamille are both super nice and helpful. This was the 2nd daycare I checked out and compared to the other one, this one is cleaner and more legit because they have strict rules there in terms of cleanliness. My daughter has been going there since she was 2 month old and I credit this place for giving her the structure she needs and she's been a lot more content and happy since going there! Ms. Stacey, Ms. Kim and Ms. Caitlyn are her teachers and they are all really good with her. Love this place and I highly recommend! read more

The learning experience has truly been the best experience for my son. We started our son at the school in 2020, shortly before the pandemic. When you are already nervous about leaving your child and then have the threat of a pandemic....one can only imagine the anxiety we felt as parents. This school eased our fears and took care of our son. He has thrived while attending TLE. He loves school and it is all because of the positive experience TLE provided him. The program is more than curriculum, it is about raising good humans. Our son has walked away ready for Kindergarten. He has been given the tools and skills to focus in class, keep a routine and respect all. The staff is OUTSTANDING! I cannot emphasize enough how much we love this school. I went to go tour this school a couple months ago and absolutely fell in love with it. The curriculum, colors of the school, and the staff were excellent. I would of loved to enroll my 2 children here but unfortunately we live a bit far away. If I lived closer I would definitely enroll my kids here. I would recommend checking them out! read more

Our family love The Learning EXperience in Riverside! Our Four year old and two year old have been very happy since they were sent to TLE. Facility is super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Teachers are the best. Ms. Sonya and Ms. Yvette is our boys teachers. Ms. Yvette put so much time in her work. She knows what food each kid likes. She decorates the classroom very well it has all kind of information a toddler should learn and it's beautiful. You can tell she really loves kid and this job. We LOVE TLE! Our one year old son has been enrolled for 4 months. The teachers are intentional, the curriculum is robust, and they fully utilize technology to keep is updated! We receive pictures and updates throughout the day. It is so fun to see how much he is learning through his experience at TLE. Not to mention, it is affordable compared to most other daycares. My daughter has been attending The Learning experience since February of 2019. The quality of care, love and educational opportunities that my daughter has received is what keeps us with TLE. When my daughter was 1 had to switch to another daycare for a few weeks after I unenrolling her for summer, and it broke my heart dropping her off knowing she wasn't happy there like she was at TLE. When we got the call that they had availability at TLE we jumped on the opportunity ! All of the teachers have been exceptional! Mrs. Kim in the infant class was so nurturing and attentive to my daughter that it helped me feel comfortable going back to work because I knew she would be well taken care of. Ms. Sarah, in the 1 year old class, helped my daughter communicate using sign language. Ms. Brittny, in Preppers, has been amazing and really helped my daughter learn so much. They provide pictures and updates throughout the day using their app. The security features on the building, their check in/out policy and cleanliness is fantastic too. My 4 yr old and 1.5 yr old started here about a month ago and I could not be more pleased with the level of care and service The Learning Experience provides! Not only are all the staff super friendly, welcoming and helpful but they have this nifty app that allows me to receive updates on what my babies are doing throughout the day. Ms. Sonya (4 yr old teacher) has helped my daughter grow SO much. She is coming home with new things she learns each day. Ms. Christine is who welcomes my 1.5 yr old in the morning and he absolutely loves her. I was at a point where I felt like giving up since I couldn't find a daycare I would feel comfortable leaving my 18 month old at with the hours I needed (early and late care). Then I found The Learning Experience at Riverside. I called and spoke with Aish and instantly she was able to ease my worries. I went for a tour and I was impressed at how beautiful this place is inside. I can definitely see how children thrive in here! They have age appropriate activities that really help them grow. The teachers are amazing to say the least! My daughter is now 2.5 yrs old and she loves this place. She looks forward to going to school and seeing her friends. She is very independent, potty trained, speaks in full sentences, sings songs and overall has grown so much while coming here. As a working mom, I am constantly worried how she is throughout the day but the updates and pics I get through their app are very reassuring. Thank you TLE! We signed our son up for this school and showed up on the first day with a horrible experience. I was not going to write this review but I think it's important other parents hear of our experience. We will not be sending our son to school here. Just to clarify why we made this decision, we showed up on our first day without a teacher for my sons classroom, and they failed to inform me of this upon arrival(telling me the teacher was just running late when in fact she had quit days before). we were not upset that a teacher had quit. People quit all the time! It's an unfortunate thing to happen, but as long as a plan is set in motion and explained to the parents as soon as possible, it would not have presented a problem. I repeatedly asked where the teacher was and waited around when the director knew that she would not be arriving. I'm assuming they were hoping I'd leave so they could figure out what to do, but theres no way I would leave my child without knowing who he was in the care of. I was told by the director "she planned on writing a letter to the parents" but that would be AFTER I left my child in their care without knowing this information. That is not the way to handle important information to the parents. It should have been presented to me upon arrival the second I walked through those doors that morning. They were withholding information from me as to who would be caring for my child. Instead of explaining and finding a resolution to the situation, they all simply chose to lie about what was going on. (Ie. she will be here soon, when In fact she was not coming and everyone was well aware) it took a full hour for someone to tell me the truth. The owner blamed this situation as "being a new business and trying to figure stuff out still" .... however, That is NOT something that's a wrinkle in opening a new business. That is a character flaw that they chose to withhold this information from the parents instead of being honest. It broke my trust in their business which is why we will not be coming back. Parents deserve to know EVERYTHING about who will be caring for their child and should never, ever be lied to about anything. If they couldn't handle such a simple thing, I had absolutely no confidence that they would be able to handle any other situation. I hope you all have learned from this, that communication is the most important thing to gain a parents trust. read more

My daughter currently attends this location in the infant class. Being a first time mother I was terrified to leave her anywhere, but they take such great care of her and all the kids in her class. Miss Stacey and Ms Kim are simply fantastic. So caring and gentle, interactive and encouraging to your little one as she grows and develops. The Learning Experience has definitely been an experience for us! The owners and staff are awesome and super helpful. They are always quick to reply to my emails. I love the fact that there is a parent app that is updated throughout the day with picture and captioned descriptions of your child's activities. So far my little one has been there for a month and she loves it! I always have a hard time getting her to go home at pick up. At first I didn't think she was learning much but I've caught her discussing her daily activities with her toys.(Spanish, Egypt, Sign language) I appreciate this school the most because they really try to get the parents involved with their child and the classroom. They even have other activities for the parents to participate in like the father daughter dance, or bake sales. I toured a few different places for a month before visiting The Learning Experience so I already had a mental check, and Q&A list. Before having to ask Aish covered majority of my questions. If you are looking for child-care or preschool I strongly recommend taking a list of questions you may have, and a check list of what you are looking for. (The tours can be overwhelming sometimes) So far this school has been great for my munchkin and I definitely recommend any parent looking for a educational, fun filled, structured facility to come by and tour! read more

This is my update after almost 7 months & I still have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. My daughter has since moved into another classroom for her age & she is thriving, almost weekly she comes home doing new things that she has learned at school. My 19 month old has moved into Ms. Sherry's classroom & the transition was seamless, she is so happy to see her teachers at every drop off. Ms. Sherry is SO patient & loving, she does an amazing job with the littles. Ms. Sherry is exactly the kind of teacher you want with your babies, she knows how to speak, so they listen, she knows how to direct, so they know right from wrong. My daughter does things at home that I know for a fact she has learned since joining her new class less than 2 months ago. My daughter is more comfortable with Ms. Sherry than she is with most of her family members (lol) it truly amazes me how children pick up on energy & Sherry is truly a beautiful spirit. Having a classroom full of 18-24 month olds is not easy, but these teachers make it look like a breeze! Miss Iridian, Miss Belen, & Miss Cynthia are also amazing with my baby girl. She is so comfortable with these ladies & I truly appreciate you all for making this the most amazing experience for her , myself & her dad. We have never had to worry if she is being treated well or unhappy, you all play a huge roll in her development & happiness. We could also never ever ever ever forget Miss Mariana! She was one of the first people to interact with my baby when she was 13 months old & being dropped off for school for the very first time. My baby was sad & scared & did not know what to expect from this new experience. Miss Mariana swooped in comforted & loved her when she needed it the most. When you are a first time mom & going through sad & scared emotions right along with you child, Mariana is the person you need. To this day, when my daughter sees her, she smiles & hugs her. I can tell that she has a special place in my daughters heart & mine as well! Aish & Arun are always available to answer questions, truly the face of this facility & some of the hardest working owners I have ever came across. The best childcare/preschool in the area hands down. My daughter attended since their opening last July. Of course with any new business there were minor hiccups but the Admin team was transparent and up front about everything. Regarding the negative reviews, 1) they told families about the teacher that quit and 2) you can't be upset that they ran out of space when you didnt sign up?? Seriously people quit being so high strung! TLE has alwayssss had open communication with us about any and everything... especially when our daughter fell out on the playground and had to go to the hospital. There are cameras for families to watch & listen in on the classes. I was able to get pictures & updates throughout the day of my daughters well-being, meals, rest time, and just seeing that she was all around happy...you can't ask for more than that. She was always excited to attend school and learned so much during her time at TLE Riverside. The prices are VERY competitive to the other local centers. You get the most bang for your buck. There is no place like this center, as my daughter moves on to Kinder, I am thankful that The Learning Experience gave her an amazing foundation in early learning and prepping her to move on up. This location was a serious blessing! I had heard of the other location in Riverside and knew I had to act quickly before spaces filled up. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful TLE truly has been for my child. He loves coming to school and gets so upset when I pick him up early :D. That's honestly how you know that your child is truly thriving. You really need to give this place a shot, take a tour and see it for yourself. Ms. Ash, Ms. Kamielle, Ms. Sonya and the other wonderful ladies have been so great with my boy. He has learned so much from being here which will certainly prepare him for elementary school. My child has been enrolled at The Learning Experience for a couple of months now and I couldn't be happier. I had to go back to work shortly after he was born and it was so difficult deciding where to place him. I'm happy to say that I don't think I could have chosen a better place. This place is very clean, professional and puts your child's safety first. He has grown attached to his teacher, Ms. Christine, who is so sweet, patient and loving. The staff are kind, respectful and really create an atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed. There are many enriching activities, even for children under a year old! My son he is a toddler and has been attending this daycare for about 2 months. This daycare has been more than amazing to my son and my family. They are great with communicating and notifying us right away. My son loves the teachers. Every morning he runs to his teacher and gives her the biggest hug. He loves it here! At our previous daycare they didn't communicate anything to us and he cried every time we dropped him off or picked him up. This facility TLE RIVERSIDE is always very clean and they send updates through out the day which comforts me. When my communication app wasn't working they emailed me and sent pictures all through out the day to keep me updated. I did read the reviews that are giving one star but I was informed of the same info the morning that happen. They ensured me My son was fine and in good hands and literally told me in detail what was going on. I mean when your child starts school and the teacher is out sick and a sub comes in you don't know who the sub is. I trust and ensure that TLE know what they're doing and do a background on every person they hire. I love this daycare and the staff who work here. I am a grandma that does some grandma duties when visiting my daughter. One of my duties is taking and picking up my lovely granddaughter from The Learning Experience- Riverside. I don't get to see her much because I live out of state, so when I come for a visit we need to Re-connect and that takes time however when I ask her if she wants to go to school she gets the BIGGEST smile on her little face. I wish I could own that moment but truly she loves her school and all the amazing staff. This fine learning center is outstanding. From dropping off, to creative daily workshops, story time, naps, daily report cards and daily activity pictures.... and when I pick up, she's always smiling. This little granddaughter LOVES her school. It's a great peace of mind when you know your granddaughter is in good hands!! From the first moment, we took a tour at The Learning Experience Riverside and met Aish the owner, we knew we had found the right daycare for our son. That feeling is reconfirmed every day we walk through the doors. All the staff are very nice and professional and know our son by name and always take the time to interact with him. As a parent, it just warms my heart to see that my son is in a warm and welcoming environment. Our son has been attending The Learning Experience Riverside for over a month now, and we couldn't be happier. I'm almost at a loss for words that accurately describe how happy we are with everyone and everything about TLE Riverside. Ms. Stacey, Ms. Kim and Ms. Mariana are so wonderful and our son is thriving and reaching all his milestones at an impressive rate, and I give so much credit to these ladies. Working parents can probably relate being away from your child all day can be tough, but we feel connected to our son all day long because we get constant updates through the TLE Parent app. We don't only get updates about feedings, diapers changes and naps, but we also get to see his precious face. We get a daily snap shot of all the activities he's done during the day, and we get to see how TLE Riverside is laying the developmental and educational building blocks that will prepare our son for the future.
