TLE is incredible! The staff up front greets everyone with warmth and love, every child hears them excitedly call their name out as they enter the lobby. Teachers and care staff are not only friendly and informative, but observant and dutiful. My son's teachers update us daily at pickup and let us know about about any minor issues that may have come up throughout the day. When we talk to my son about his day, he tells us about all the wonderful and fun learning activities he engaged in that day. We enrolled our child during summer camp and it was quite the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed it and was eager to go back day after day. His vocabulary has exploded as well at 2.5 yrs old. The facilities are always creatively decorated and an inviting environment for learning. Facilities are well maintained, sanitized and clean. Outdoor equipment is also age appropriate with separate areas for younger and older children. I appreciate all the initiative the teachers and caretakers take. We thoroughly have enjoyed our experience with Ms. Alex, providing a fun, caring and safe environment for our child who has thrived under her care. She is always communicative and provides excellent recommendations that we use at home to ensure our child had a positive experience in and outside the classroom. Her energy and positivity engages her little ones and parents. Thank you for all that you do! We have just recently started the school year and have introduced more enrichment curriculum. Our son's vocabulary, spatial and fine motor skills have noticeably progressed. My son started at TLE right when he turned 2. We absolutely love the learning experience. The entire experience of this childcare center is amazing. The girls at the front desk are always smiling and welcoming, the talk to each child using their name and remembering their interests. The staff is very communicative to the parents about any little bump or scratch. The security (locking front door, key fob, and second locking door) makes me feel good about leaving my child at this facility. All the toys and furniture are brand new and it always smells nice and fresh (despite the amount of babies and diapers involved in child care). My sons teacher, Miss Lily has made a sweet connection to my child and has made me feel like she truly enjoys having him in her class. She is always friendly and warm, she seems to genuinely love her job (as do the other teachers!) While TLE is very pricey ($1200/month) there are many added perks- all snacks and meals are included, enrichment activities, and an app that lets you see pictures and activity descriptions of what your child is doing all day long. They even have an option to pay $10 per hour if you need to pick up your child later one day. (Maybe to go to the gym next door?) I highly recommend TLE. When our son turned 1 we had to make the decision to find the perfect daycare for him. Looked into at home and facility setting. I have a very hard time trusting people(let alone with my child) but once I toured this facility I knew it was a perfect fit. After being there for 14months my 2 year old has learned a handful of sign language and Spanish words, ABCs, counting 1-10, colors and shapes, as well as months and days of the week, amongst other things. Where do I begin? I am a first time mom and had to find a daycare for my 1 year old. This would have been hard enough, but having to do this during COVID made things exceptionally difficult. I did my research and luckily found TLE. It's been a little over a month and my daughter is doing great. I am extremely thankful of the staff and teachers who are taking care of our baby girl. They were patient during the transition from infant to toddler room, and now my daughter loves going to "school". She is now almost 14 months and we can see how much she is learning and growing. The Admin staff is amazing - Ms. Marie, Ms. Angelica and Ms. Belen. They are all so sweet and genuine. I have had a lot of questions and they have always been helpful and helped me feel comfortable. The owners Mr. Arun & Ms. Aish, are also great and hands-on. Ms. Veronica was so great at helping my daughter in the infant room and during the transition to the toddler room. Now, she is in the toddler room with Ms. Sarah, and we love all the activities she does. I am really appreciative of the app, as well. When my wife was pregnant, we had our eye on this school and it was open just in time! However, we wanted to look around first, just to be sure. We did a lot of research on TLE (the company) and the other child care center in our area. Our son was 11 months at the time and he can be a handful, so we wanted to make sure he was somewhere we would feel like he was enjoying himself and learning. The facility is very nice, the rooms are clean and they have specific and clear processes in place. This is why I prefer a daycare over a "family member", because I overall feel safer (policies people!). They have a double entry keyless system, which adds another layer of security most other daycares did not seem to have. They also have cameras w/audio in every room, for management to keep an eye on things, (parents are also welcome to drop by anytime and watch the cameras, very transparent!). We also like that the facility is large and are using the latest technology which can be exposed to our child as he grows. They even have a little pretend city, super cool! I wish they had this when I was in daycare! They offer splash days during the summer, which our son really enjoys! Anyway, our son has really taken to his teacher and she has been so patient and sweet to our son. The BEST PART is the photos and updates they send throughout the day, which I can view while at work, to see how my son is doing. It is comforting to know what he is doing that day. My only complaint if I had one, would be I would like MORE PHOTOS!! But I can imagine that can be a lot of work if you're watching a lot of kids. As a business owner myself, I pay close attention to certain things, such as organization, policies, technology, training, service, etc, and sometimes I'll linger around just to see a little bit of the behind the scenes. So far I have been very impressed with the attention to detail. Everyone I've come in contact with, the staff, management, everyone has been so friendly since we met. Our son has been there since the opening and is now 1 and is graduating to the toddler room. This place is great! It was built from the ground up this year, so everything is brand new! We searched around and visited various places but this one stood out the most to us. It actually is a learning center ...not just some daycare. I give credit to this center for my son walking, learning how to eat, becoming social with others, and also developing his motor skills beyond what we were able to accomplish at home. My son as been attending TLE since September 2022 and he loves it. We had a really hard time for the first week until he got adapted to the teachers and the center but now he loves it. The staff is very friendly, always greeting all parents and always greeting the kids by their name. I really like my teacher's son Mrs D, Mrs Sara Lee , Mrs Samira and Mrs Rosalinda. The front staff and manager are very nice and friendly. I love the daily updates with pictures and activities that I get on the app. Also, they have a great curriculum and what they are concentrating each month such as colors, shapes, numbers, and activities that one of their school characters is teaching the kids for that month. Each of their many characters has a specific learning objective such as fitness, healthy eating, manners, sign language, friendship and more. Halloween was a blast with the trunk or treat and was an awesome and safe way to do Halloween this year. It's definitely everything I was looking for in a daycare/preschool and I know by son will be ready for kinder next year. Earlier this school year, I was put in a position where I had to look for daycares for my 2.5 year old and 8 month old. Previously, they were watched by a nanny who was more like family to us, but she had to have an emergency procedure and was not able to continue to watch them. I had just started my new position as Assistant Principal at my middle school, and was in no way able to stay home. I was devastated, I couldn't imagine leaving them with anyone I did not know. I visited a few places and I did my research. The Learning Experience was the ONLY place I felt comfortable leaving my babies. I did my research, and they were at the top of my list based on their outstanding reviews. I thought the reviews were too good to be true, and was not expecting to feel as comfortable as I hoped I would feel. When I pulled up, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it looked. It looked like a fun place my kids would want to go in to. When I walked in the staff was very attentive and comforting. One thing that really stuck out to me was the front office staff (Owners and Admin) greeting all the children walking in by their first name AND saying goodbye to all the children leaving by their first name. This is something I truly love and admire about this school. As an assistant principal, I know how important it is to make students feel welcome and wanted at school, and I so appreciated seeing this. (Side note: My kids go here now and they are ALWAYS greeted by their names in the morning and told good bye, so it wasn't just a one day thing I saw, they do this with all their kids every day). After a tour with Aish I was sold. All the children were happy, staff was attentive, the place was immaculately clean, and everyone had smiles on their faces. Of course, like any parent I was still very anxious about them starting; however, after touring The Learning Experience, I knew I wouldn't be able to send them anywhere else. After the first week of leaving my kids there I felt so comfortable, thankful, and happy we chose this place. The updates through the app and the pictures we receive throughout the day, help me to get through my work day. It's so nice to be updated when their diapers are changed or when they eat and to receive pictures of their smiling faces. I helps put my mind at ease knowing everything that they are doing throughout the day, since I can't be there. My oldest son is in the Twaddlers class with Ms. Jasmine and there are not enough nice words I can say about her. The love and care she shows my son is more than any parent could ever want. The reason I wanted my kids with a close family friend previously, was because I wanted them to feel loved. Especially at such a young age, this is so important for their mental health. Ms. Jasmine goes above and beyond by showing how much she loves the kids. She gives constant hugs and she always tells them she loves them. This to me, makes my heart so happy and my son truly loves her so much. That is all I could ever want. He LOVES going to school and is SO much happier being here. He has learned SO much within the past 3 months of his attendance. When he first started, he said a few words, and now he is talking non stop. He knows all of his colors and is working on his numbers. The level of learning happening in a twaddler class is amazing. My youngest son is in the infant class with Ms. Stacey and Ms. Kim. They make it so easy to drop him off, even when he isn't the happiest to leave me. They distract him and play with him and he now willingly reaches for them at drop off. They always update the app with diaper changes and feedings and naps which helps to put my mind at ease. He has also learned so much here like holding his own bottle, feeding himself, peek a boo, dancing, clapping his hands, and more. He always has a huge smile in his pictures and when I pick him up. He is not the easiest baby, and their level of patience makes me know there are special people on earth that love and enjoy working with babies. :) All that being said, I would highly recommend this place and would not feel comfortable leaving my kids any where else. read more

I love this School, main reason is because of his Teacher Jasmin! When i first started bringing my son to his class i was nervouse like any mother would be. After a couple weeks I was so happy and lucky to have Jasmin as his teacher she is so caring and loves the children as her own, she comunicates so well with me about him everytime i to go to pick him up. She has put togeather pictures, drawings and every Holiday i have gotten something that involves my son with the year on it. She is always smiling and so amazing with the kids, i have sat in the class just to hang out for awhile and I dont know how she does it but it melts my heart. They also have a app where they post updates and pics of your child and that makes my day when im at work and i get those notifications. My husband was the one who found The Learning Experience (Riverside) through Yelp. It was a very difficult decision to make for me to send my daughter to daycare but we really had no choice, and now I'm so glad we did! The staff is overall very welcoming and warm. Also, a special shoutout to Miss Sarah. When my daughter started, she really had a hard time adjusting but Miss Sarah was really patient and would comfort her everytime she cries or fusses. She's really great with kids! My daughter has been attending for 8mos now and she has learned alot of things; like counting 1-10, reciting the whole ABCs and she can already tell which color is which! They teach them Spanish here too which is really nice. Definitely a place where children can grow at their own pace, interact with other kids and consider it their second home. We enrolled our daughter into this program back in July and since then I have nothing but great things to say whenever I get the chance. The staff at TLE are wonderful, its always very clean inside, and well organized. As a parent it was very hard to part with our child every morning, but the staff are very courteous and professional, and now our daughter runs to the teachers every morning. We appreciate the attention that has been paid to the security and well being of our child during drop off and pick up times, and love seeing the photos of our little girl having fun and working on new skills. From playing on the playground with other kids, to circle time, art, and social development classes each day we have really seen her thrive. They include updates for each activity your child participates in, what they ate (or in our case, was picky about), when they changed diapers, and will let you know even if they fell and got a bump or scrape playing on the playground. During the pandemic, I needed to change daycare locations as I had changed jobs. TLE was right down the street and in a perfect location. I scheduled a tour and was immediately sold on their curriculum and the activities my daughters would do. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to build a relationship with the teachers at the time as we weren't allowed to enter the premise during drop and pick ups; however, children have a way to telling you if they are comfortable in their environment. The amount of topics that TLE introduces to my children is unbelievable. My oldest daughter shares stories about the stars and moons and my youngest daughter picking up rapidly. The teachers genuinely care about the students and their development and that is very important to me, and in most cases, hard to find. I enjoy reviewing my daughters' workbooks to look at what they are covering in class, and it even includes a summary of things that your child needs to work on. This is my second childcare entity and I am pleased with them. read more

I'm really glad that we found the learning experience through a friend of ours. Our son has been going since he was almost 6 months old or so in the infant room and is now 1.5 years old transitioned into the toddler room. There are two toddler classes, max ratio of toddlers to teachers being 1:6. -i really appreciate the app they use to update everything about our kids, sometimes more than what I would care for, of what our kids eat for lunch and snacks, when they get diaper changed, how long their nap is, pictures from circle time, outdoor play, surprise visitor times (dentists to little mermaid). It's really helpful to see and feel reassured about our son while he's gone for almost 11 hours per day in daycare due to our jobs. I think the teachers and curriculum they use really exemplify care and teaching the kids as they have circle time everyday I think twice per day, always are doing interesting arts and crafts. I'm often seeing new toys or exciting stuff for the kids (one time they played bowling with a huge blow-up bowling ball and pins). They have things like super hero day (not sure exactly what they do but they look like they're having a lot of fun in the picture updates), and themes appropriate for various holidays. It's not like we were really looking for a daycare with great learning for a toddler, but it's a huge plus! It's especially nice when they bring home Mother's Day and Father's Day gifts or other art projects that are actually really cute and keepable. - i also really appreciate their hygiene, as they have very strict standards for washing/cleaning down the classrooms daily. They wash blankets for the infants every single day, and my son didn't get as sick much considering he went to daycare. Maybe just once a month during the winter? I think they've been doing a really good job during this covid pandemic as well as our son hasn't gotten sick at all once these past 3 months. When accidents do happen, (ie. another kid bites him or he falls badly), which happens to toddlers, they'll fill out a report form and call us as soon as it happens. -their open hours are really awesome too as we can drop off as early as 6:30am and pick up latest 6:30pm (extra fees) but those 30min are really helpful, as a lot of daycares close at 6pm. read more

My daughter has been going to The Learning Experience in Riverside for a little over a year now & I am truly so happy with this daycare. I guess I should technically say school, because my daughter has learned so much since she started attending here. After having a truly terrifying experience happen at an at home daycare that my daughter was going to from age 1-2, I needed to have a safe, secure, trusting location for my daughter. This location exceeds my expectations and gives me such peace of mind. My daughter is always happy to go to school & is so happy every day when I pick her up. She has made so many new friends and is almost fully potty trained and that is thanks to her teachers here at this daycare. This daycare has an app that I am so grateful for. I get updated multiple times a day, with photos included, so I know what my daughter is doing and get to see her, which brightens my day. Even on those tough mornings when my daughter is crying because she doesn't want me to leave her (usually happens after long weekends) I don't have any worries that she will remain sad, because the teachers are so loving and caring and she gets to hang out with all her friends first thing in the morning, and they truly do cheer her up and turn her mood around.
