Between filling up at the gas station and getting back to the rental dock the gas gage had gone from full to 3/4. The kid checking me in called up to his manager who told him they said they could charge me (extra inflated marina prices for 1/4 of the tank) or I could fill it myself back at the gas dock. So I went back, spending almost 45 minutes to "fill" for less than two gallons of gas. I will never rent from them again.

The unit that was previously allocated for the rental had been sold, and the staff graciously upgraded our unit to the next level of SxS up. We chose a trail side drop off option where they trailered the unit to and from the shop, which makes it super convenient. Definitely recommended. After signing waivers, getting fitted for helmets and goggles, and going over some general safety guidelines we had an amazing experience all provided by the MotorToys crew. We rented the party barge for 4 hours of fun on the Columbia River, departing from Crescent Bar (which was beautiful!) The party barge was spacious and provided (optional) shade (it was during the July record heatwave of 2021). We packed a lunch and had a great time. The boat was clean and easy to drive. Plenty of speed when needed. We pulled off at the sand bar and had lunch, which was a nice break. Rich & his wife were so helpful and had such a great attitude. They were patient and got us all outfitted with the right size life jackets. He probably wouldn't want me to share this, but as he was helping us tie up the boat at the dock at the end of our time, I think we kept him on his toes and he ended up in the river. He climbed back up on the dock with a big smile on his face. It made our day. He was such a happy guy. I totally recommend Columbia Jetskis. Thanks for everything, Rich!

We rented two jetski for the day(4 hour rental) and a facilitator to help us(Osbourne, definitely…read morerecommend him). Because a few incident happened and he was super helpful on them. At first we got there a little late due to traffic, but Osbourne greeted us nicely and helped unload the jetski into the water and such. After we met up with our group at the beach, our first group got on and that's where the incident happened. They got too excited and turned the engine on where it was too shallow, and to no surprise it caught rocks into the propeller of the jetski, which caused that jetski to be unusable. Because of that, we could only use one jetski, but Osbourne was kind enough to contact his company to send out another jetski so our group don't have to be waiting on only one, also there was no extra charge at that point(tho I don't think that could always be the case depending on the damage on the jetski each have caused). But all in all, I'll definitely recommend paying the extra cost for a facilitator, also highly recommend Ohana Kai Watersport for rentals. Aside from the incident, we all had a good time and very much enjoyed the experience. Thank you Osbourne and Ohana Kai Watersports :)

I recently rented a home with All Seasons Vacation Rentals via VRBO. The reason I chose a rental…read moreunit with this company was because the unit's rental page advertised free cancellation. Unfortunately, we ultimately had to cancel our vacation due to covid, and when I went to cancel our reservation, it cost me $75. The company says it was listed "clearly" in the contract but it's not. I showed the contract to my parents (who are judges) and they agreed its not stated clearly. If booking with this company please be aware that the cancellation policy is not flexible. I would advise booking with another agency that allows you full flexibility, especially while trying to make travel plans during a pandemic.
