There's restrooms here that seem well cared for and a short trail that leads to a tiny marina. Lot's or boat trailer parking and picnic tables. Like I've said..it all looks brand new. It was a busy Friday afternoon in July, and while the shop was swamped with boats, Curt took the time to run the engine and check it over. While the specific issue we had encountered remained elusive, the boat ran perfectly the rest of our vacation up at Crescent Bar. Where to start - first the boats are crappy and over priced for the quality! They advertise their pontoon can tow a 3 person towable - the prop on our boat was missing chunks out of it, the boat itself was beat up and we could barely tow a single rider tube. To make it worse the people who operate this are RUDE! We asked for ski vests and were given orange life vests which are not as safe as actual vests for tubing. I called after leaving the dock realizing they didn't give us vests and was told 'sorry you can't always be fancy' and was hung up on - it wasn't about appearance - it was about safety! They never met us at the dock for the return and fueling - I had to call three times and we waited 30 minutes for someone to even show up to check the boat back in. Super rude people who don't give a crap about customers or safety !

We gave Joe a heads up and he met us early on the dock. All in all it was a well run operation that gave us a wonderful day on the water. It is important to call out that the boat was a little worn. There were a couple of holes in the seats and the stereo was a little challenging to get working. Joe and team would do better to have updated pictures on their site so everyone would have clear expectations as to the condition of the boat. That being said, the boat operated perfectly, the motor started with a quick turn of the key, and the bimini was is good operating condition.

We rented a ski boat and most recently a pontoon boat with a slide and we have had Great service from Joe, everything has been in working condition with the exception of a radio one time which was no big deal. We also rent 2 jet skis every year. There has been wear and tear on a couple but I alway send Joe a picture of the damage when we first get them. Are they brand spanking new in stellar condition NO thats because renters don't take care of the equipment, Joe does a great job of working with us and I have appreciated the relationship we have every year. My hubby called and talked with Marcos and in a couple days he had a beautiful Supreme boat at crescent bar ready for us to test drive!!! What great customer service we endured that we actually fell in love with the boat and traded our pontoon for the new Supreme!! They are the main go-to trustworthy business in the area for boat motor repairs and boat purchases. That being said, does tho owner know that some service manager is telling people they don't work on outboard motors other than Mercury's and Yamahas? Even for simple things like annual maintenanc? It's my understanding that even the very capable mechanics and service desk people didn't know that (new?) rule Until recently. Why would a business limit their service opportunities and miss out on revenue? Very disappointed in that business.
