We rented two jetski for the day(4 hour rental) and a facilitator to help us(Osbourne, definitely recommend him). Because a few incident happened and he was super helpful on them. At first we got there a little late due to traffic, but Osbourne greeted us nicely and helped unload the jetski into the water and such. After we met up with our group at the beach, our first group got on and that's where the incident happened. They got too excited and turned the engine on where it was too shallow, and to no surprise it caught rocks into the propeller of the jetski, which caused that jetski to be unusable. Because of that, we could only use one jetski, but Osbourne was kind enough to contact his company to send out another jetski so our group don't have to be waiting on only one, also there was no extra charge at that point(tho I don't think that could always be the case depending on the damage on the jetski each have caused). But all in all, I'll definitely recommend paying the extra cost for a facilitator, also highly recommend Ohana Kai Watersport for rentals. The kid delivers the jet ski and gives a price for gas and inspects jet skies. i returned them and was released with no damages and apx price for gas. the next day, charges came thru with damages and more gas than was used. The owner and worker did not give me a bill and refused to correct the overcharges. BEWARE OF THIS CROOK. I talked to other renters and they said this business did the same UPCHARGES to them. !!!SCAM COMPANY!!! My friends and I were very happy to rent jet skis and spend the day on the lake. We rented two jet skis, and let me tell you that an inexperienced person would hardly be able to understand how a jet ski should actually ride. Apparently one of the jet skis was initially broken. I rode on a normal one and my friend on the broken one, she was going very slowly from the beginning, not more than 25 miles per hour, I thought she was just scared, but after I sat on her jet ski after 2 hours, I realized that something was wrong with it, it was indeed going very slowly and shaking, I immediately text to the company and said that something is wrong with the jet ski. They said to bring it back and they would refund part of the money. I considered it fair and we returned one jet ski. Two hours later, we returned the second one and they told us that WE had broken the first jet ski, to which I told them that it was broken initially. They kept us for 2 hours, trying to prove that it was our fault, even though from the moment we got on the water, the first jet ski was not riding as it should. They said that a stone hit the turbine and we were responsible for this breakdown. Of course, I took all the videos/photos before landing them on the water, but no one told me that I also had to crawl under the jet ski and take pictures of its turbines. They could not provide us with photos of the turbine before we rented them, to which they told us that "their employees check them every time after return." And I asked them to show me proof that we broke it. Honestly I didn't know that I needed to bring a mechanic with me to inspect and check the turbines and other parts before we got on the water. Not everyone knows how a jet ski should actually ride, but a knowledgeable person would immediately report a problem. Everyone who rode the broken jet ski from the moment of rental talked about some problems with that specific jet ski. And now this company is demanding payment from us for the breakdown, even though they gave us a broken jet ski in the first place. I highly advise against renting anything from these people, but if you have already done so, make sure to check your jet skis from below and take photos of the turbines. If it's riding slowly and shaking, return it immediately; otherwise, they will blame the breakdown on you and you will have to pay for something you didn't do. As it turns out, this is a common scheme for such businesses - they blame the renters for the breakdowns and make them pay for it. Unfair world we live in UPDATE (AS THEY RESPONDED TO REVIEW BELOW) We would admit our fault if the jet ski wasn't broken from the beginning. However, since they gave us a faulty jet ski and are now extorting money from us to fix it, we just want to warn people that this business is engaged in extortion so that no one else encounters such a situation. I am very sad to say this was a very terrible experience from beginning to the end. First I would like to start with me and my family are relocating to another state. There have been a little confusion on when my household items will be picked up over the weekend. So I scheduled the appointment for the JetSki's on a Monday feeling that we will be free for one last family outing. The moving company contacted me and said that they needed a 48 hour time period that may include Monday. They ended up coming on Sunday so I was relieved to be able to keep our outing. As well was having my vehicle shipped and the vehicle Transporter did not come to my home until Monday morning. I expected him Monday evening to pick up my vehicle leaving me and my family scrambling for a ride to get to lake Tapps. I called and let them know we are having some car issues and we will be on our way as soon as we could. Please keep in mind we PREpaid $960 for two Jet-skis and two boards. Brandon Was told that I would be coming as soon as I could he literally called and text me 6 to 7 times in unison with his father repeated phone calls asking how much longer before we arrived. Soooooo annoying!! Especially when I paid in full and was wasting my own money. And was in a middle of a catastrophe! I let them know if they would like they can refund my money, and we would just cancel. They of course said it's not a problem. it is though everything was fine and they will continue to wait for our arrival. When I arrive there is a smart Alec attitude from Brandon the young man who is giving us information on how to operate the Jet Ski. From the very beginning he told us that one of the Jetski's had a check engine light that will not go off!! This is because they are unable to clear that code due to doing their own maintenance on their Jetske's and that will require them taking it in to a dealer. We are three hours late for a 2.5 hrs late for our scheduled arrival so we only have about three hours or so to participate in water activities. We ride an hour before the one that had the check engine light on dies with my cousin and 11 year old daughter. My husband and I just happened to be over that way And noticed them stranded. We had to take my daughter back to shore and go back out if my cousin. Tried our best to tow a broken down jet but it took us 35 to 40 minutes to get it into sure because we cannot go over 3 miles without flipping it over. When Brandon came back we let him know the problem and again he was very rude. All he said was, where I cannot see where you're talking about! Where are they, and I had to explain to him that it was clear they're out of your scope of vision currently. They were far off shore. To make a longer story short I asked to be compensated for the issue and was told the first they had to figure out why it was broken. That this may take 48 hours and they would get back in contact with me. I was very unsatisfied with their response, was out celebrating my 40th birthday with my family before I relocated and got married. I asked for a partial refund due to only one machine working. I was even told that first their equipment had to be checked to make sure our party did not damage it. When it was quite clear there was an issue with the machine from the beginning because the check engine light had been on. Why should I have to wait for a resolution with a already broken machine when I spent $960 upfront. I was told that he did not feel comfortable having a discussion with me at that time and when I turned to walk away, UNSATISFIED with the response. I was told "yeah so bye." By the self identified owner of the business. Brandon's father. As he shooed me away my husband approached in his whole attitude changed.He became apologetic and appear to be sincere about providing a resolution within 24 hours because prior to us leaving they found that the battery was unconnected. With that being determined, my party was ruled out as the cause I thought I would get a resolution that was fair. But. again I was told they had to discuss it with the rest of the family because it was a family owned business. I received an email the day given me $66 off for my gas usage. BEWARE!! The family probably wrote the first 2 reviews they are not professional in their policy or attitude! I will be contacting the better business bureau next!! read more

Brandon is so helpful. We Had planned to rent from him, in order to prepare for buying a used PWC. However, we ended up buying a used Pwc Earlier than expected. As it turned out, we were test driving this used Pwc when we saw Brandon pull in to deliver Jetske's to other customers. We were really struggling with the sellers of the Pwc, who could not figure out how to turn it on. We asked him if he could help us and give us some advice, which he graciously offered. He walked over and spent some time with usDespite the fact we were not paying customers.
