I have followed Eliza through 2 other locations closing. Not the closest lash place to me but I would not change. Eliza is super friendly, adorable, attentive and does a great job. She makes sure you are very comfortable and her station is immaculate. Important to me as I am not so comfortable with the expense of lash extensions (anywhere) but if I am paying this much I need to be happy. She is a master level, but the remaining locations do not charge more depending. I have to add also that the receptionist, Alyssa (who was there from the Livingston location) is an absolute doll to work with on the phone and in person. Bottom line up front: Do not book here/support this establishment. I inadvertently booked a same-day appointment via the online portal and didn't realize it until about an hour later when I got a phone call/text from their team saying that I'd been charged the full amount for not showing up. I immediately called them back to explain the error: that I'd intended to book for the following day at that time and would be happy to visit the same technician on another day so that the technician wouldn't lose out on their commission. Their receptionist assured me that I could reschedule without incurring the "no-show" penalty charge, so I rebooked for the day I'd originally intended. (I made the initial appointment on Thursday at about 3 PM for what I thought was 4:30 Friday, they called at 4:40 on Thursday and charged my card at 4:45. I realized the scheduling error, and returned their call to sort out the issue at 5:00.) The next day, and a few hours before the rescheduled appointment, I got a text message from their receptionist that they would, in fact, be charging for the "no-show" even though she'd told me differently the day before when we spoke over the phone. She also said I'd be charged in full for that afternoon's services. I called them immediately to address the sudden change; she escalated the issue to the owner who offered a 50% discount on that day's services but wouldn't refund the no-show/cancellation charge. (Essentially, I'd have paid them a total of $78 = the $53 no-show fee and $25 for that day's appointment.) I realize the original error on my part, however, I made a genuine good-faith effort to correct it within the hour and *before that day's COB* and was told that I *wouldn't* incur this fee if I rebooked, so I did. I would not have rebooked otherwise. By notifying me only a few hours in advance, I felt like I was being coerced into accepting a resolution that, in essence, amounted to an extortion attempt: because the rescheduled appointment was taking place in a few hours, I would have incurred ANOTHER "no-show/cancellation" fee of $53 for "canceling within 24 hours" had I declined to accept the owner's new offer and instead opted to cancel everything right then and there. Super inflexible booking policy, poor customer relationship management, and shady practices charging my credit card almost immediately w/out giving much time for me to respond/get in touch. read more

I had the pleasure of speaking with Inder, the owner, who went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute appointment request. Despite the slim chance of getting booked, Inder worked tirelessly to fit me into their schedule and even called me twice to ensure I received his messages. Really think twice before getting a lash lift here. These photos are about a month after my lift, and I have mascara on the top lashes only. My bottom lashes actually look longer (without mascara!) You can see clearly that my top lashes look frizzled, dry and over curled. Even my husband noticed that there was something wrong with my lashes - he didn't know I had anything done, and the guy hardly noticed when I get my hair cut. I could give less than a star, I would. I got a lash lift, figured it was a fairly harmless first step. Unfortunately I was wrong. My lashes are so curled that if I put on mascara they almost entirely spiral backwards, leaving me with terrible little stumps for lashes. I'm mortified. I'm the type who never leaves the house without mascara. FULLY REGRET THIS DECISION. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Shady business practices. My credit card was charged today without my knowledge for a membership I had cancelled months prior (after the eyelashes fell off after one week). When I spoke to the manager, he said my membership was entered in the system as suspended and not cancelled. Instead of providing good customer service and acknowledging a staff error, I was dismissed. Horrible experience and horrible customer service, would never recommend this place. I just texted Lash Lounge to let them know I was running a few minutes late--a courtesy text if you will. Julie from the front desk called me seconds later and was the absolute RUDEST human I've ever spoken with. She said there was going to be no time for my service--it's a 45 min service that they block an hour for, so there would have been time--and that due to the late notice, she'd be charging me the $50 deposit required to make the appointment. Her tone was simultaneously aggressive and dismissive. She then put me on hold for 5 minutes and returned to say I could come in the following day, but they'd still be charging me a "cancellation fee." I have gone to this salon for years and spends hundreds of dollars there. Never again. read more

I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews and I should have listened. First, the primer that was used burned my eyes and when I spoke up, I was told that she didn't put anything on my lashes yet when clearly, something was causing the irritation. I decided to suck it up and breath through the discomfort. As I'm already uncomfortable, my technician talked non-stop and I made it clear from the beginning that I had a headache. Then I have to listen to the staff complain about their boss for 1/2 hour. The next day (no, I did not get my lashes wet), the lashes on the right eye all fell off. I went to this place twice and both times I was disappointed. The lashes irritated my eyes and started falling out the next day.

Unfortunately my lash application wasn't as good as my brow tinting :( the extensions aren't at the base of the lash, so they look extremely clunky and weird. There are a couple that look nice so I'm not sure if the application just wasn't the same quality for each lash. It's just disappointing when you spend a lot of money for something that you ultimately want to get rid of immediately. read more

I understand a policy but they charged me the full amount, I was understanding about having to pay a charge but the full amount was unacceptable. She was rude, unprofessional, unsympathic. I got the classic natural full set and I couldn't be happier. This was the first place I went to where I didn't feel discomfort or burning from time to time because of lash extensions. Sabrina was the girl who did mine and she was incredible! It took longer than I thought but she's very precise and careful so it was worth it.
