Today was the first of many visits. The studio is beautiful, and welcoming. I loved the vibe, and the staff is super friendly. Kim was my lash expert. Let me preface my next statement by saying, I've tried quite a few places here in the metroplex. Kim took the time to talk with me, before she got started, listened to what look I wanted, made suggestions, then made it happen! She's not only incredible, she had me in & out in 2 hrs. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I went in for classic lashes with Angie. We discussed that I wanted different lengths in a cat eye style. Basically a 9 to start on inside and fan out to a 10 length. I even showed her a picture before to confirm that we could do this. 2 hours later she shows me her work and she did all lashes one length. I asked her why she did not communicate with me that she wasn't going to do shorter to longer like we discussed and she couldnt tell me. Awkward experience in the end and won't be returning. read more

I got a text asking for feedback. I let them know I lost about 20 lashes in the first 24 hours and that my tech didn't wash my lashes to prep before beginning the service. I wasn't mad, I wasn't asking for anything, I was just letting them know. They offered a complimentary service, but I let them know I would not be able to get back in until the end of the week. I received a long message back explaining that I was probably not a good candidate for lashes that essentially denied responsibility for the problem. They gave me dates and comments from prior visits stating that I was having retention issues. None of the techs ever communicated these retentions issues to me so there was never any attempt to figure out what was causing them. I have never complained about retention issues before because I have never had so much fallout in a single day. I did receive one complimentary service before due to major fallout on the first day, but even that time I was calling to schedule a refill a couple days later and they offered the service complimentary (again I didn't ask this is was their idea). The person I spoke with refused to acknowledge the fact that no one addressed any longstanding retention issues prior or tried to give me and solutions as the experts to help resolve these issues. I was not even aware there was a problem and had never once complained. Now after one complaint I'm suddenly not a good candidate for lashes? When I suggested that the loss of lashes was due my lashes not being washed/prepped, they once again denied responsibility by reminding me I was 8 minute late to my appointment. If you're willing to take someone late, communicate with the person and let them know they might not get as many lashes placed, but don't skip an important step in the process that is important for infection control and retention. The person I was talking to was more interested in being right than acknowledging the poor service I had received. Even now I'm sure they will read this and think I'm upset about the lash fallout, which is not the issue at all. read more

Save your money & DONT have your lashes done here, especially not by Sidra. I have been getting eyelash extensions for months now, and I go in every 3 weeks to get a refill. I decided to try Sidra at this location and within 7 days half of my eyelashes are completely gone. Every time i brush them at least 3 fall out. I called and spoke to Ashley to see if they could fix my lashes and she decided to tell me 4 times that I should be coming in every 2 weeks. I have never needed to come in every 2 weeks and I dont plan on starting now. Ill find a lash company who cares about their customers and owns up when they have done something wrong. Lash lounge has lost my business. read more

I tried rescheduling my appointment last minute because a work meeting came up and I couldn't get out of it. I called 10 min before my appointment (I know it was late, but that's when my last min meeting got scheduled) to see if I can be 30 min late and no answer so I left a message. Well I finally got a hold of someone 10 min after my appt time and they basically said no they could take me 30 min late and they would be charging me $50. I think it's shitty to not be a little more understanding. Things come up for work unexpectedly and I didn't mean to miss my appointment. Unfortunately they didn't care and still charged me. So many horror stories here within a span of 6 months. First lady I went to to get my brows threaded was on her phone with her boyfriend most of the time, and wasn't focused on me as the client. Decided to try another lady, who chopped off half my eyebrows on both sides - might as well just take the whole brow off at that point. Third lady I went to took out 3 eyelashes when threading, and fourth lady didn't let me hold my skin taut, resulting in cuts all over. Moral of the story - if you're coming here for a brow threading, don't even bother. There's way better places around here that charge less, take less time, and do a WAY better job. read more

Don't do it! I tried giving this place few chances, but I can't go back. Done I've been getting lash extensions for almost a year and decided to switch over to Lash Lounge to save money. Well you get what you pay for. I asked for volume and they aren't even close to what I am used to getting. I would hate to see what classic looks like. Ladies don't wear face masks (Yes, I smelled their breathe) Ladies are in training(this was never told to me, I figured it out I overheard them talking) I get a different person the 3 times I went I pay $99 membership plus an extra $36 for volume. These aren't volume lashes even though they kept trying to convince me. Tell it to someone who has never had lash extensions. My daughter got a tint and lift. She had to curl her lashes when she got home. When I told them she wasn't happy I got, "our product isn't strong enough, she needs to come in a few times" but she paid for lift and wasn't told it was a process. I call bs. You couldn't even tell they were tinted. Waste of money read more

Booking was easy, the salon was so nice and the lash artist was sweet however I'm not impressed by the product. Just a few days into a classic full set and I'm already loosing extensions (my natural lash isn't attached) also not sure that it was a 1-1 lash application. I had a horrible experience. The first time, I was waiting for 30 min then the second appointment I was late and they charged me 45 dls for being late. Horrible place. Especially did not like the manager. Her attitude when helping a customer is not polite. I will never recommend this place. They want to take only your money and take advantage of the customers. Also, I booked for the classic and they put hybrid instead so I can pay more. I went to the place talked to the manager and she told me, she will wave for this time the fee, but after a few minutes I have a charge in my credit card. Today was my first visit to the lash lounge. I was expecting great things the atmosphere was relaxing, clean with nice staff. However my lash service was horrible. I've never had a lash service that took 3 hours to complete until now. That's how long it took!!!! when I saw my lashes it was like I didn't have any on. I spent almost 200 dollars on lashes that would've probably looked better if I used my 20 dollar mascara at home. I'm very disappointed!!! Please keep your money and go somewhere else. read more

My lashes looked great when I left, but they did not even make it to the first fill I scheduled for 11 days after my initial appointment. Literally so many fell off they would have had to do a new full set according to their policy. I have no interest in investing two hours to try again. I followed the care instructions and did not do anything unusual that should have caused them to fall off so quickly. My past experiences with lashes from other establishments were way more successful. read more

It was my first time getting lash extensions & I did the $25 model deal. It was very relaxing, I had Lorena as my stylist. She was super nice and welcoming! I loved her bubbly personality and her being excited to do my lashes! It was relaxing however it did take four hours and I had no idea it was going to take that long. It was hard to lay there for four hours lol. Eventually she was finished and my lashes looked great! I didn't really know what to expect since it was my first time. I'm going to be honest, I thought they didn't look that great AT FIRST! I wasn't used to the look of having super long lashes and some of my lashes on my left eye looked a bit clumped. I brushed them out that night and they looked a little better but I still wasn't used to it. The next day I brushed out my lashes and they started to look more fanned, I was definitely starting to love them! However, when I woke up that morning I noticed that the bottom half of my right eye was red and slightly hurt when I tried to put my contacts on and I decided to wait it out to see if it would go away. The next day (6/26/19) the redness was still there, but I loved my lashes so much they looked SUPER good! The redness wasn't going away so I decided to go back and let them know. Lorena was there and took a look and told me it was probably when my eye was watering on Monday when I was getting my lashes done and the watering from my eyes drew in stuff from the eye pad and irritated it. That made sense, my eye was watering a lot on Monday and if it were an allergic reaction to the glue it would have been my whole eye and eyelid. My mom had suggested getting them off, so I asked for them to be removed just in case anything else were to happen (risk, exposure). Lorena did an amazing job and I definitely recommend her! I'm sorry I had to take them off but I think it was for the best :( definitely going to try again in the future but with no eye pads! Thank you so much Lorena for your hard work and making my lashes look so beautiful! If she sees this, I got some eyedrops and the redness has reduced a bit. Thanks for your help read more

Multiple issues, booked appt. and returned for appt., nothing on the schedule. Had my children and rescheduled other events to accommodate their mistake. Was told I would get accommodations but had to justify when paying. Had multiple appts. Where lashes fell out after a couple of days. Had to listen to one of the technicians eating and smacking lips next to me while getting first refulPut my membership on hold and membership was reinstated without my permission, auto drafting which they will not credit. Ashlee stayed there is thirty days notice so I will be drafted a second time for reinstatement of membership I did not approve. A total of 200.00 for services not rendered. Ashlee was less than helpful and is the manager. Customer service and product are far below expectations. I would not recommend to anyone, spend your time and money elsewhere. I have an email to business owner and have yet to receive a response as I was told I can only contact business owner by email and not telephone. As of today 10/16 I am being charged another 99.00! I have been getting my lashes done consistently for at least 10 years now. I've tried several lash franchises. I started going to this location when they opened because the are close to where I live. I have been four times now and had a pleasant experience each time I went. I have been going to this salon for 5 months. It s a nice environment and the staff are all very friendly. Lash Artist, Raven, does a great job with my lashes. Unfortunately the front staff has made mistake after mistake! They have charged my card (they have it on file for auto draft) when they were not suppose to and I have had multiple appointments bumped/moved and cancelled (on the day of my appt) due to scheduling issues on their end. I even showed up for an appointment (that I booked 2 weeks prior) only to find my scheduled Lash Artist was out all week...I got a sitter for my kids, drove up there, waited and was then told she wasn't there that day and I needed to reschedule for the following week. But, the last straw was because I (auto draft) paid the membership fee for my refills - got a refill and my card (they have on file) was charged full price (and no - I didn't authorize or sign anything for them to charge my card). Thankfully Ashley (manager) was helpful and quick in getting my refund. I have been forgiving for the multiple errors but enough is enough! read more

This lash lounge is frustrating. They seem to run behind at appointments and the stylists are taking on their phones while treating you. Most recently I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and drove 40 minutes only for them to tell me when I showed up my stylist was not there and they were not able to keep my appointment. They did nothing to make up for the lost time and all the driving. I won't be coming back. It is frustrating to have your time wasted for a lack of professionalism and a lack of customer service recovery. read more

Went in on Tuesday 6/25 for the $25 model deal. I was told upfront that the appt would be up to 4 hours, which I was fine with. After laying there for 4 hours with my eyes taped shut, my lashes are far far far from a classic set. Maybe have 15 lashes on each eye. Assumed that before scheduling appointments that the stylist would be able to put on a classic set in 4 hours. To top it off, I was given no care instructions, was not given a brush to brush lashes out, nothing. Super disappointed, I was excited when I saw that Prosper was getting a Lash Lounge. Included in the $25 model deal is a fill, considering cancelling that appt, I really need a fill now, thats how few lashes I have on. My natural lashes with mascara look better then the extensions. read more
