Was greeted by a not so nice employee went I entered. She had a poor attitude and rolled her eyes at me. Lash Lounge asked me Via text to review my experience. When I said, the big girl who greeted me wasn't nice. I was told I could not return to the salon because I body shammed her. It was in NO WAY meant to body shame. Be aware that your going to up charge for every little thing, don't get the membership it's scam! You end up spending more money just getting a regular fill than it is for their scam membership. There's somehow always an added fee for this and that and there's never a real explanation and you're forced to pay it because they only tell you once you're done with the service never will tell you before you start getting a refill. Let me tell you what's going to be . If you want good service, nice work and clear consistent pricing go to rock salt spa in Pittstown. The staff is way better and the price it the same every time. Horrible. The new full set extensions fell off within days of application. The salon offered a new set at the refill price and to charge me less for a senior tech. No reputable salon would charge a client for their mistakes or issues. Go somewhere else. Make sure they delete you from their system and remove your credit card too. Re: the response from Lash Lounge. I advised them I didn't call sooner as I was away attending a wedding, which was 3 days after the extensions were applied. I'm certain folks at that event have photos showing the extensions falling out. More importantly, the offer from Lash Lounge to discount services was not acceptable to me because reputable salons do not charge clients for salon issues/errors. Further I don't believe in Lash Lounge abilities. I understand lash growth. I've gotten extensions many times over the last 20 years. Every one of those extension treatments lasted 3 weeks or more. I'm done 'reviewing' Lash Lounge. I can only hope my experience helps others. read more

Came here about three times for lash extensions, the first time the girl I had didn't do such a great job and my eyes got irritated from the glue. I called came in and got them removed by another stylist. About a week or so after I removed them I made another appointment with Kirsten who would put on my lashes with their sensitive lash glue which works great no irritation. I'm really glad that I got Kirsten as my lash stylist because she's sweet, kind and very talented. She listens to what you want and delivers great results! read more

Its a beautiful salon, extremely clean, and everyone is super friendly. From someone who used to get her lashes done in the city, this place wow'd me! I had a horrible experience. Manager tried to make it right on two separate occasions, almost all lashes fell out within 24 hours! However, it would be nice if the rest of the staff were as customer service oriented. They were Rude, not a warm environment at all! I was given wrong information about appt time, and when I told them, I was told a wrong date, I essentially just got oh sorry. I guess the universe is saving me from another bad experience! If you love perfect looking lashes with no fuss-- this is the place for you! My lashes came out fantastic and the staff was professional and knowledgeable! They didn't even make fun of me when I fell asleep. Lol. I went to the beach this week and it was awesome to look good without having to put on mascara and my lashes stayed in tact. Went to get my eyebrows threaded here and let me tell you WORST JOB EVER. They are definitely not experienced in threading. I even asked if they just started doing this service and girl at the desk said no they've been doing it for awhile. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded for years and since I moved and I'm to far from my normal salon I had to find somewhere new. Only place in the area I could find that does it so I gave it a try. First she used a tool to do the threading and I didn't feel a single hair being pulling with that. She only threaded for a second and the rest of the time she plucked my eyebrows. If I wanted my eyebrows plucked I could've done them myself. Then she tells me to look at them and see how they look and I still had so much hair left she didn't even touch. I had to keep telling her to clean up certain spots (which by the way after she did they still looked the same) eventually I just said it was fine so I can get out of there. She had no idea what she was doing.. AND $19 for that??? Crazy! I paid $8 at a real traditional threading salon. I'll never go back. Guess the hour drive is worth it! I've attached a picture.. I came all the way near PA and It was my 1st time driving to this place drove over 45mins to get here but left an hour from my house to get there on time, I got lost 3x and the 2nd one because i picked up their call saying I'm almost there and told her the name of the place I was nearby and I got distracted and went to a different turn plus the gps brought me to a different location at the back of tjmaxx which I followed the address from their website. When I got there I was just a minute late and turned me down right away. It was like, she just wants to just get rid of me. This upsets me because I drove so far, wasted my gas, wasted my time and money to be treated that way. This was suppose to be a gift for myself for my birthday and you crushed my excitement and happiness the moment I walked in, like you can't wait to tell me that I can no longer be accommodated.
