As a stylist customers are paying for the their haircut and should receive what they choose for haircut, not the stylist. When you do not listen to customers, you star losing customers. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. The pedicure was fine, but I was very disappointed with the gel manicure. Shortly after leaving, I noticed that the polish looked streaky, uneven, and patchy, with visible brush marks and inconsistent color throughout the nails. I went home hoping it might look better in different lighting, but the next morning it was clear that the manicure did not look like the sample color I had selected and the application appeared poorly done. I called the salon immediately and was asked to return. When I showed them my nails, I explained that my concern was the quality of the application, not simply the color itself. I was told that if I wanted my nails redone, I would need to choose a different color and pay an additional $15. What made this especially frustrating was that I had already received a pedicure in the original color. I did not want to change colors because then my fingernails and toenails would no longer match. I felt I was being asked to pay extra and compromise on the look I originally selected rather than having the original service corrected. Ultimately, I agreed to choose a different color because I did not want to walk around with a manicure I was unhappy with. The second manicure looked significantly better than the first, which confirmed for me that the original application was the issue. I appreciate that they fit me into their schedule the next day, but I do not believe customers should have to pay additional money to correct a manicure that was not properly done the first time. I have included before-and-after photos so others can decide for themselves. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I do not plan to return.

This is an amazing place to have your lashes done! It may look a bit on the pricey side at first glance, but you really get what you pay for, which is outstanding service and stunning results. Everyone in The Lash Lounge goes above and beyond, from the lady on the front desk, to the talented stylists in the back. The facility is spacious, spotless clean, the beds are modern and oh-so-comfy (including a pillow for under your knees, plus a blanket on request), and the ambiance is absolutely relaxing (I've dozed off several times on each appointment). Now on to my stylist, DJ. She's a Master Stylist for a reason: her work is PHENOMENAL. I have never had anyone treat my lashes with such care. DJ is a perfectionist, and she works lash by lash, steadily but without rushing, making sure the end result is nothing short of flawless, and to top it off, she does it with the most gentle of touches. I had my first appointment at Lash Lounge this week. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. My technician was Catie. She was very knowledgeable and it was a very personalized process. She explained to me the different styles that I could choose from. She examined my eyelashes and eyes and based on that information and what I wanted she chose the lashes. When i have gone to other places, I have found that wearing the plastic gel thing under my eyes during the process to be very uncomfortable. That was not the case when i went to Catie. Her placement of the eye gel pad was perfect- it was like i wasn't even wearing it! Also, she was very gentle with the application and the whole process. I nodded off a few times which was a first for me!! If you want a personalized, relaxing Lash experience, I would highly recommend the Lash Lounge and ask for Catie! read more

Mine was done long before hers so it was really nice that I could stay and chat in the big comfy chairs rather than sit alone on my phone at the front of the salon. They are pricier than I am used to at $30/pedicure, but still, they came out fantastic and everyone was extremely friendly! The salon didn't seat anyone in the chairs directly next to us and there were plastic panes between each chair, so we felt totally safe, able to social distance, and relaxed.
