I've been coming here for several months. Everyone is so friendly and on time. The lashes are great and I rarely have yo wear makeup now!

Absolutely horrible customer service . The lady that did my lashes told me she had to remove my old lashes and in doing so cut my bottom natural lashes and took the majority of my top then proceed to add what looks like 10 lashes to each side. First time lash extension customer here! I'm heading on a trip to Mexico and to Florida so I wanted to try lashes for my trip. I'm middle aged Asian and I didn't want anything that looked too dramatic or too obvious. Katelyn my stylist was wonderful- She consulted not only on my eye shape but the type of lashes and how I could open up my eye more. It does take a long time for a full set a little over two hours but I would rather her be detailed. The beds you lay on are super comfortable....Honestly it's nice to take a nap and relax while they do your lashes in the middle of the day. I could not be more pleased with the look it was exactly what I was expecting ...natural with a little bit of lift I chose the mink upgrade and it was worth every penny! I'm will hold my breath and hope they last two weeks ...will post an update. read more

This was the worst experience I endured for lash extensions. I should have noticed that they only had 2 people at most at any one time which signifies that their service is below par. There is nothing I can say that is good about this place but I will say the worst was the lack of proper policy communication. Do not sign up for any monthly program!! I was informed that if I did not come in for the month that I would not be charged. Wrong! You are charged and they make no effort to touch base with you via email. They noted one call in 3 months was made to me regarding my account and as I result I still had to pay $477 of which I was charged for the following month. Seriously?!! Also, I'd take a good look at the plenty of other poor reviews of this place. A service orientated business should not have this many poor reviews. I had my first appointment with Antheia this past Saturday. I have been to numerous lash salons- from super fancy spas to the down right dirty nail salons. I have not found a tech that I have loved. Looking around on Yelp Friday evening and saw the Lash Lounge had a promo going on and offered memberships. I submitted my info and within 15 minutes I had a call from the lounge. I believe her name was Ericka, she was incredibly thorough with me. Explained the memberships, the cancellation policy, stated that my card would be charged the $30 to book but is used towards your services. Very detailed. I asked for ASAP appointment and she booked me the next day. Came in for my appointment and was immediately greeted. The place is super clean and adorable. I had some first time paperwork to fill out and by the time I was done- Antheia was ready for me. She asked my likes and dislikes and what I was ultimately going for, etc. Now here is what got me to want to come on and review initially, I have been to multiple lash places. I mean easily over 10 places trying to find a good place, and for the 1st time, I was explained on how to properly clean your lashes! She went step by step with me the entire process. She was sooo gentle. I am very twitchy and I know this and I have sensitive eyes. I barely even watered. (Yes, I did inform her prior to starting) but I didn't feel a thing and actually dozed off there for a bit. I was checked out by Hannah I believe and she went into more detail of the memberships and sold me. She was super nice too! Now here is the even better thing- I got a message today personally just asking how my lashes were and how the cleaning of them was going. Amazing! I am so so thrilled! I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS: The amount of lashes that you get for the outrageous-prices are ridiculous! I pad $30 for a few lashes fill in each eye, 2 weeks later, I decided to get back and get a 3 week fill, thinking I will get more lashes LOL !! and walked away with about the same amount of lashes from before with the difference that this time I paid $75 + gratuity ... I tried to let them know before I left, how unhappy I was but did not see the intention of offering more lashes or something to retain me as a client, I got a ton of referrals that for sure this place will never get... way over priced , never heard of a place that charges ridiculous prices per lash... read more

So I normally never write reviews but apparently this place doesn't care about their long term customers so I think everyone deserves a fair warning when going here. I was going here for the last 2-3 years, I originally went to the Del Mar location but I ended up moving and Encinitas is way closer so I ended up switching. They do a great job on lashes so I'm giving them one star but the management is absolutely awful and this is coming from someone that works in customer service and gets yelled at all day by customers. First off, DO NOT whatever you do, please do not sign up for their membership program because you will regret it. As you can see from the rest of the comments on this page. I honestly am still completely confused how this place is still open and how the manager Hannah still has a job after the way she treats customers. Long story short I asked them to put my membership on hold due to me loosing hours at work due to Covid-19 and I would call them and personally let them know when I would like to lift the hold, they told me not a problem and that they completely understood. I checked my bank account one day and noticed that not just one charge but two charges had come thorough. I was annoyed but I understand sometimes stuff happens so I give them a call and left a message, I didn't hear back all day so I assumed they were avoiding my call. So that's when I call my bank to dispute the charges. Luckily my bank took my side because Lash Lounge did NOT. Hannah finally called me back late that afternoon saying that I had called and asked for my hold to be lifted by a certain date. while I understand this could have been someone else with a similar name, she didn't let go of the fact that "I had done this " even after I explained that I hadn't done so. I explained to her that I already handled it since they weren't responding and she told me that was due to a covid outbreak. When she asked me what I ment by handling it I told her I already filed a dispute with my bank and she then yelled at me saying that I couldn't get my credits back since I had disputed the charges and I should have tried to work with them better. I don't understand how any business treats loyal customers like this and I especially don't understand why the owner hasn't fired the manager here after all the awful comments this page has and for her bad attitude. Guess they don't like loyal customers here and don't really care about having any sort of retention at all. ‍ Also don't get your eyebrows done here they did the worst job at it. read more

I got my lashes done with Karla and she was great! She did Doll Eye Volume lashes for me and they came out perfect and exactly what I wanted! I came in, took a nice nap it's so calm, and quiet inside and I woke up with beautiful lashes! My fill is coming up this week and I can't wait! I barely had any fall out they are lasting so strong. Cannot recommend this business or my experience at the Lash Lounge. This was my first time getting my lashes done. I engaged the front dest receptionists (2) upon arrival to determine the type of lashes I should get. They said my technician would provide a consult. The front desk staff was not welcoming or helpful. I felt like I was interrupting something else they'd rather have been doing. There was no consult! No communication regarding the process or result. I felt rushed to lie down and highly uncomfortable. I can say that Sunny was kind and probably could have given me exactly what I wanted if someone had actually asked me. The end result....longer curled lashes primarily in the center of my almond shaped eyes...they do nothing to enhance my eyes...every friend and both daughters agree. Upon a recommendation and reading the yelp reviews I was expecting a professional experience. I drove from Bonsall to Encinitas for this experience. I won't be returning. read more

This is a great place to get you eyelashes done, especially if you do refills often. There is always someone available with the same skills. I have had trouble in the past working with individuals who's schedule fills up and I can't see them as often as I'd like. Here, there are plenty of experts available where you can choose one person specifically or choose anyone according to your schedule. Prices are okay. read more

They also showcase products you can buy with samples of just about everything, that you can try there in the salon. I've had various stylists work on my lashes and each time they come out amazing. I got my lashes done here due to a wonderful FB ad they were running and it was right before my birthday. I started with Mirabel and then had Sunny as my go to gal! I was nervous at first and felt my first set were a little thin as I didn't know how much difference volume can make~! Sunny made me a volume believer! So disappointed in the customer service from this business. I was charged $150 for missed appointment, I woke up incredibly sick on the morning of my appointment. I knew that the $30 deposit I was charged when making my appointment would not be refunded, but I was shocked when I saw my credit card was charged an additional $120 for my full appointment cost. I tried to call the salon and explain the situation and was met with zero empathy. I would have even been totally fine with a credit to use for my next appointment, but no I was told flatly that this was policy and there was nothing that could be done. This is not a reflection on the stylists who work hard, but this policy is AWFUL!! I'm not sure how they run a repeat customer business, because I would never give them another cent! Beware of booking at this place, because they have no care for the actual people their business serves. read more

This location does not care about their customer service. I can never get the same Stylist or appointments when you want them, if you do they cancel or reschedule your appointment when it's not convenient for you but for them. Stylist were going to show me products but never did, ok. They ask you to reschedule for someone else but won't for you. The company makes blanket decisions before even talking to the customer. So I came to this place to get a full volume set. I showed a photo of the first lashes, and the second is what I got. I called right when I got home and I got in the next day to add some more "longer ones". Over the past couple days I have been finding some lashes that are the single ones you can buy at cvs for $5. I paid $189 for a full set with the lash cleaner which I tried to return and they said they do not take returns. I'm really upset with the outcome of this place for the money I've spent here. The lady who did my extra ones the next day was extremely sweet but overall not happy with the quality of lashes that I paid for. In total I paid about $200 as they asked for a tip the second day I came back to get them to add more lashes on. read more

I've been going here to get my eyelashes done since November 2018. I haven't really had a bad experience with anyone here. I usually go to Zera, but I have gone to Maribel and Susie and have been just as satisfied with them. I like that I can change people and still get quality work. As long as I'm vocal on what I want or if something doesn't feel right or if I don't like something, they always fix it or help me fix it. The front desk receptionists are always kind to me when I come it and always make sure I have everything I need. I book online typically and their online website is pretty easy to navigate.
