I barely do a review but this one I cannot let it pass. First, it's really hard to get a hold of them. I kept on calling to say I was running few minutes late and if they can't accommodate me, I would like to reschedule. I found out I don't have an appointment on that day, their Groupon scheduling is not accurate with theirs even though I got an a confirmation. Next my appointment was scheduled, great! And I had to change the time coz of my work schedule. So she did, and I asked for a confirmation about the time change. I waited a day, no response! So I said I hope you have a better customer service. This is what she told me, and my voucher was used! I have been getting extensions from Zoha for almost a year. Her salon is clean, comfortable and convenient. Her hours are very flexible, including Sundays! I have a very busy schedule and she seems to always find a way to accommodate me. I enjoy her calm, quiet demeanor and can either chat during appointments or doze off. I bought a Groupon to try this place out. The number listed is a Google number which I called 3x and left a message. No one ever called me back. I had to contact Groupon for a refund. I was looking forward to getting the lash extensions. The only reason I rated 1 star is so I can post this review. I really can't give it a real rating because I never experienced the service. However I wouldn't recommend dealing with anyone who won't return calls or with a Google or 3rd party number. If you run a business at least have a secondary phone for clients especially if you don't want people calling on your main number. read more

I had to change my lash artist whom I loved so much because she stopped working due to the the pandemic . First the positive. The price is reasonable and affordable so it gets a star for that. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about this place. Cleanness- the lash artist Zohan rents a room/space in a salon of a mall in Lincolnwood. Although she changes the small sheet on the headrest, the bed cover/blanket doesn't look like it's been washed for awhile. It looks like an old blanket. Sometimes, I've seen strands of hair. Quality--- the lashes felt cheaper than what I was used to. They were a little irritated sometimes but overall manageable. I've been getting my lashes done here for a few months now (since Nov 2020) and the work was honestly a hit or miss. Sometimes one side was fuller than the other side. Sometimes the lashes fell off the next day. In addition, I noticed that my lashes aren't as healthy as they used to be. My previous lash artist took really good care of my lashes and they were very healthy before I got my lashes done by here. However, since I couldn't be too picky for the price I paid, I decided to keep coming back and giving this place a chance. Service- zohan is quiet and pleasantly nice for the most part. However, she's very unprofessional. Firstly, she was late a lot. I always had to wait at least 10-15 min. Secondly, there was a time when she charged me $10 lash bath that I didn't request but I let it slide. Third. I usually get my lashes refill every 3 weeks from my previous artist with no problems. However after a few times of 3-week refills, she told me I needed to come back every 2 weeks or else I would get charged the full set. I let that go too. The last strike- I usually book on a Sunday and usually book my next 2 week appointment on the day that I see her. When my next appointment was on Easter, I asked her if she was sure she was available, she said yes so I booked my appointment. However on Easter last Sunday, 1-2 hours prior to my appointment, she called me and said the mall was closed because of Easter and asked to reschedule. I said I was only free the following Sunday at noon but she didn't have the appointment available. She also said she would waived the cancellation fee but when I followed up a few days regarding my deposit, she's refusing to give back my $30 deposit because I'm not rescheduling when it wasn't me who canceled the appointment. She said she already took responsibility by offering me to reschedule and it was my fault that I couldn't. It was inconvenient for me because I live in surburbs and I had already come into the city that day. She should have at least try to move her other appt to accommodate me. Not only is it unprofessional, it's also unethical of her. Although the price is reasonable, the work isn't amazing, the lashes are okay quality and the artist is so unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else. Zohan is unprofessional (eg always late) and unethical (eg charging a service that I never asked for or got; saying she would waive my fee but the refusing to refund my deposit because she couldn't accommodate me on the date that could come in). I can't do business with someone like this. Also my lashes need a break because since I had them done here, they're not as healthy as before. read more

Zoha truly is one of a kind. There is no one the can do lashes like her. I had a bad prior experience with another technician before her. This made me very weary to get my lashes done again. Thank God I did because she truly is the best. There is no one that can be as detailed yet caring as her. Doesn't damage your natural lashes and is extremely communicative with questions.
