Columbia does not have many noteworthy spa locations so my fingers and toes were crossed for OCCO and they did not disappoint. All the staff I interacted with was really lovely. Butt strip takes less than 5 minutes to do and it's included in the Brazilian wax. Allyssa you and your manager must have been having a bad day that day. I always tipped you well and purchased products from your store for support bc the products are awful. This place is money hungry and the reviews are untrustworthy because it's mainly from people they know. Do not go to this place. They make you do a $30 deposit as well which is ridiculous for a wax. I found a better wax person, no deposit required and they are super clean
