I was left with uneven toenails, dead skin still on my feet, and a cut on my middle toe after the technician's hand slipped while trimming my cuticles. The cut continues to sting in water and burns when I apply moisturizer. I contacted the salon hoping for a correction and an apology, but I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously.
