We found Kristal online, reached out to her late on a Friday and she replied the following morning with options to do a meet and greet before we needed her services in the next following days. We met and instantly felt comfortable with her - she has such great energy. :) We've had Boo his whole life - 19 years - and he's never been left alone overnight before so we were nervous and anxious about leaving him. We had to be gone for four days and Kristal came in twice a day to check on him and texted us timely updates with videos and photos and I'm pleased to say the whole process was a complete success! Although our cat was very happy to see us when we returned, he did not seem overly stressed or anxious so we were really happy. We would not hesitate to recommend Kristal - she is excellent!

My previous sitter had moved, and my neighbor who was filling in had fallen very ill. Who would come at this short notice? By this point, I was getting just a bit frantic! But then I found Kristal's Paws and Cuddles! When I contacted Kristal, she immediately replied, set up a meet and greet for the next day, and suddenly, all was well once again! From the moment Kristal arrived, I felt a connection with this smiling, animal loving lady. As she met each of my cats, I could tell they would love her too. While I was gone, Kristal sent daily photos of my crew, gave them lots of TLC, and left detailed reports on each cat for me to read when I returned.I am so thankful I found Kristal, and that she agreed to become my new "Kitty Sitter!" Thanks, Kristal! In the words of the legendary Tina Turner... "You're simply the best...better than all the rest!"

So first there should be an option for ten star because Reaba deserves that. This was by and far…read morethe most amazing experience my dog Smokey and I have had. First, this happened to fall the weekend of Hurricane Michael when everyone lost power including Reaba. It was very last minute as my trip plans changed and I had to leave earlier than expected and could not reach the place originally scheduled for my dog. I quickly search engines somewhere and Reaba popped up and I called explained my situation and though slightly off her normal stipulations she agreed to help me. Of course none of us expected the storm at this point as it was Thursday. We left, and I am always super apprehensive leaving Smokey bc he was a rescue and I always worry he thinks I am abandoning him. Well storm hits and sure enough Reaba lost power the entire time I was gone as did everyone here in Saxapahaw. When we returned Sunday we weren't sure what we would return to at our house so Reaba was gracious enough to offer if we needed to pick him up the next day that was fine. Fortunately we did not. We picked up Smoky and I was expecting the usual, my dog to be anxiously waiting for me jumping up to see me , jumping in my car, jumping and running. What I got was similar to a mopey child being picked up by mom to early I seriously could not believe it. My dog did not want to leave!! My dog came home with more manners, quieter, more well trained than I sent him!!! I am still in disbelief!!! I cannot reccommend NO BARKING BACK enough!!!! Honestly!!! I feel like my dog has made friends with Rebea's kids and can't wait to visit again! Even if you live in G'boro or Mebane it's worth the distance for the complete TLC your dog will get from Reaba will give to your furry family member -kerri D

It's sad to see this happen because the folks who work there really are excellent! We boarded two dogs and when we picked them up it seems the rate has effectively doubled. That was unexpected. We boarded the same two dogs for the same period of time in April and it was $380. This time it was $794. To add insult to injury, the person at the desk billed us twice. Clerical errors happen, but it's how we respond to them that matter and in my case getting help in the form of a refund has been a colossal headache. They advised us not to worry as it would be refunded. It's now three days later and no refund. Our account has been overdrawn and we've been told to "just wait" for a refund. After being billed an extra $800 leading to an account overdraw, "just wait" is an unacceptable resolution. I run a small business. If we overcharged a customer to the tune of $800 and overdrawing their account, one of my guys would be in a truck heading to that person's house with a check and an apology. Been coming here for years - sadly will be taking business elsewhere going forward. To me it's quite telling that all the recent reviews are one star. Sad to see and it pains me to contribute to that.

Unfortunately, the receptionists don't treat the fur families as 'valued customers'. They're not at all pleasant, professional, or even customer service related. Seems like they don't even want to be there. The one vet tech I spoke to was helpful and nice. I just started going to this office and didn't get the impression that they cared about having us there. I have five cats, and was in the market for a new veterinary office. Sadly, this won't be it. Not to mention that they're slightly overpriced. They're the only vet in the area that I know of that does lion cuts for cats, and they did a TERRIBLE job. For a cost of $75, my cat should have looked like a professional groomer did it, not a beginner. No uniformity, and I can tell the job was rushed. I could see the lines of demarcation from each pass of the electric clippers. Her coat was completely uneven, and it looked like they changed the clipper depth several times. I asked ahead of time for them to take before and after pictures. I was assured that would happen, but it didn't. I barely got an apology for that. I walked in and the gals were on the phone. None of them bothered to look up and acknowledge my presence. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, before someone looked at me with a glare. Granted, you're on the phone, but a professional/polite smile acknowledging you're there is in order. Very disappointing experience. I'll be having my new vet call for a records transfer.
