From the moment I met them, they were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very straightforward. It was immediately clear they have extensive experience and take real pride in their work. They delivered the equipment within about four days and performed an exceptionally clean and well-organized installation. Everything was done neatly, there were no leaks, and all piping and connections were well thought out. Eli took the time to thoroughly train me on how the system operates, what to expect, and how to maintain it going forward. No pressure, no gimmicks, and no hidden surprises. The system is performing exactly as promised, and the improvement in water quality is noticeable. Overall, this was a smooth, transparent, and professional transaction from start to finish. I highly recommend Aqua Wise Water Solutions to anyone considering a home water filtration and softening system.

I had both a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed, and the difference in the water quality is night and day. Water Solutions of Florida did an excellent job with our whole house softener & filtration and my…read moreR.O filtration in my Kitchen. We were in a time crunch around the holidays and Joe came out on Thanksgiving morning to give us a quote as we wanted a new water treatment system before our new Washer was set to be installed which was delivering right before Christmas, so we could start with great water with our new appliance. Joe was very knowledgeable and provided extremely thorough explanations, patiently answered questions both when he came out and in follow-up when I called with additional questions, and didn't try to upsell or push me to items that weren't needed. He provided options on placement of the unit and combinations of filtration options to best suite my family's needs at a really reasonable and fair price. Jeremiah came to install our system and was fantastic! He installed our unit quickly and again answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond by helping us clear the French drain that ran between our house and our neighbor, which had been buried by overgrown grass tufts and was clogged with grass that had grown in the drain head. This allowed us to have the softener unit drain the water out into that drain instead of having to run the line back to other side of our house. We ordered a new 3-in-1 RO faucet that was delayed in delivery, and he patiently came back out at a later date once it delivered, to complete our install of the RO system in our Kitchen. He also identified a leak and broken seal on the draining side of our Kitchen sink. I kept seeing moisture in the couple weeks prior but was not sure if or where there was a leak. He provided what part we needed and showed my husband how easy it was to replace. My husband went and got the part and replaced it the same day. Our water quality and softness is just right not overly soapy/silky feeling (which I was concerned about feeling like I couldn't rinse the soap off) but it is just the right softness and we felt the difference immediately and have been very happy with the unit. We are just starting to use the RO today and so far its great! I'm really happy to cut down on bottled water for cooking, drinking etc. There were no hidden fees or charges, and WSF had the best service. We did our due diligence and compared a couple other quotes we received from "top rated" companies, and also look into rental options like Culligan. We went with WSF because of their knowledge, transparency, and ability to meet all our needs at a great price with great customer service, from the 1st call and along every step of the way. The provided a much better investment than renting, and they left us feeling very confident in their knowledge and skill. I even recommended them to my parents who also have a softener and filter but are thinking about adding RO in the kitchen in the future. This has been nothing less than a positive experience with a job very well done! I highly recommend to anyone to come here to meet any water solution needs with expert service!

Wouldn't really recommend Greg's MTBW for your water system/softener needs…read more We asked Greg's to take a look at our water softener when we were having issues with brown, high iron water. He recommended we change out the digital meter and switch to an analog one. We weren't sure how that would fix our water problem but for $200, we did it. Greg and his employees assured us he has 30 years of experience in the business so he knows. Turns out he didn't really know because it didn't much fix our water. The softener is less than 5 years old. We continued to have brown water and then cloudy. After asking Greg's to come back out and assess our cloudy water, he suggested we either buy a new system from him for $1800 or replace the minerals in it for $400. We were told those were our only options. We also opted to have Greg and his company handle our salt replenishment since we figured he would also take care of our system too. That's if he could get the schedule right to show up to fill the salt. We never knew when he was showing up and if the salt was actually being replenished. We live on a property with multiple other homes he also services. Instead of refilling our salt along with all the other homes, we were left without salt in our system for at least a couple weeks. When we called and asked, we were told they were behind and could get to us in 3 days. Not grouping multiple houses on the same property together for service just shows lack of common sense. In the end, we dropped the service, which was really just a convenience and I can refill my own salt. He didn't really fix our system or maintain it. He just tried to sell us stuff and up-charged on salt. You can take your chances but they will likely try to sell you things you may not need and the salt replenishment is a hit or miss.
