It was really good and the review was amazing! The waiters and waitress was very friendly and was on point. I will be back.

A box of poly bags and the usual bucket are already on the table. Nice that they give you the box of poly. Other places tend to be stingy and only give you a set at a time. They are thin and rip easily, especially with sharp ends of the crab. Clearly states no refund on any food or drinks. Pick wisely. Carly is waiting on us today, she let us know that she's new here. The blue crab is $14/lb, they don't have any Dungeness crab today. I decided to make my own get your hands dirty with king crab legs and blue crab with corn only and extra broccoli ($3) on the side. We also ordered the hibachi chicken with veggies only. The Cajun sauce was tasty, they definitely use butter for their Cajun sauce. The blue crab was really hard for me to crack open. I ended up cutting through some 6-8 pairs of gloves with the king crab as it is. The sharp claws from the king crab was impossible not to cut into the poly. The king crab meat had plenty of big chunks of meat for me. The blue crab was dry and shredded into bits. The body of the blue crab had a tiny bit more meat, but it still wasn't worth the $14, my time or effort for the less than 1/2 ounce of meat in each full body. I threw in the towel after finishing the king crab legs. My hands and fingers were sufficiently cut up from the king crabs. They were worth the effort for the amount of meat in the legs. I would have told them to remove the blue crab, but I am well aware there's no refund at all. I didn't eat anything but 1/2 of a one before realizing it wasn't worth the effort. They do charge for club soda here, $2.50 a glass. I quite felt obliged to finish my club soda despite being stuffed to the gills. Once we had our food, once to drop off our bull, we didn't see Carly again for a while. The king crab was good. They definitely need to slice the legs completely down the middle to make it easier to eat and not cut up the hands so much. The blue crab was not worth a penny, let alone the additional $14. It's dry and hard and barely edible. Little to no meat. Skip it.

Great addition to downtown Farmington! They do "seafood in a bag" concept + some hibachi (not at the table). Liquor license! They offer individual by the pound options with limited add-ons (sausage, corn, potatoes) and a nice variety of combinations. Each comes with corn and potatoes (many of these types of places charge extra). We tried both (see pics). The combination was huge but $$ - a nice way to try a variety! Seasoning options are garlic butter, lemon pepper and Cajun (Krazy Bomb is all mixed); spice level ranges from none to spicy. Medium gives your throat a tickle. Our food was delicious! We started with the hush puppies app - spicy pups and dipping sauce. Yum! Cheap. They serve alcohol - draft and bottled beer plus full liquor line, including fun drinks. Parking: street parking but also a dedicated lot. Interior: looks great! COVID: all staff were wearing masks properly. They socially distanced all the patrons well.

Sharing to Friends except... 07/29/20021 at 05:14:48PM So, I'm hungry and excited to try this place. I order the snow crab legs that come with two sides (potatoes and corn on the cob) and an extra side of broccoli. Rushed home to dig in and was really disappointed. The snow crab legs were teeny-tiny little pieces and the broccoli was anemic and pulverized. I don't understand why they would serve it to a customer. I through it out. I won't be back. I don't mind paying, but when you're throwing it out, that's too expensive. (see photo)

This place is Krazy good! (see what I did there?) I tried Krazy Crab a few months back and was hooked from the first bite. My go to order is the 1 lb shrimp w/ no head and 1 lb snow crab boil with the Krazy bomb flavor and medium spice. The spices and heat level is so addicting, especially with the seafood , potatoes and corn. Since Covid I've tried to get carry out once a month to support when I can. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant has followed all Covid protocol. * My photo is not the greatest, but it's just so good I can't wait to dig in.

    Crawfish & Shrimp(No Head) Inedible

If you like your seafood overcooked you will like this place. Shrimp and crawfish so bad, chewy and rubbery only ate 2 of each me and my friend both agreed. The service was pretty bad but I didn't really care because I was just hoping for the food to compensate, honestly this place has to be money laundering or something because it's a Friday night and only 3 tables (including ours) was filled. Ended up only being able to eat the snow crab which was stringy and overcooked but at least edible. Veggies were good, can't complain on their flavor but paying 89$ for two potato's and one cob of corn and some snow crab is nuts because the crawfish and shrimp is inedible. Eating here I would compare to playing the lottery. High risk- low reward. They don't do refunds, even if you don't finish the food at all. The owner only gave us a 4.80$ discount. I've gotten better service from Coney Islands in downtown Detroit. I can't even mention the calamari imagine fish sticks with a slight squid flavor. They were literally shaped like fish sticks. Overall I look forward to Friday dinner with my friend and this ruined our week. We left hungry and are going to head to another restaurant so we can fill up our dinner.

The bar atmosphere is great and I look forward to summer when they can open up the doors and we can spread out a little bit more. From Retro Bliss to Corporate Miss - 1Up's New Management Hits Rock Bottom…read more.. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. 1Up Arcade Bar, once my go-to haven for arcade nostalgia and friendly vibes, has devolved into a shell of its former self. Under the new management, the experience has gone from retro joy to something resembling a garish corporate money pit. If you're looking to relive the good old days of arcade glory, consider this your neon-lit warning sign to stay far, far away. First off, the bartenders. Remember last year when 1Up's bartenders were warm, cheerful, and chatty, making you feel like you were part of the family? Well, those days are deader than my high score on Pac-Man. The new bartenders treat you with the exact enthusiasm you'd expect from someone waiting at the DMV. Ordering a drink here feels like you've personally interrupted their day--and heaven forbid you ask any questions about the menu. Smiles? Gone. Friendly banter? Vanished. You're left standing there with your overpriced, uninspired drink wondering if you've wandered into a soulless high-end cocktail bar by mistake. Ah, the drinks. Once playful and creative masterpieces that added to 1Up's charm, they've been replaced with pretentious, unimaginative concoctions that scream, "We're fancy now; please empty your wallet." No fun, no spirit (pun intended), just overpriced disappointments. At their current price point, I half expected the drink to come with complimentary resentment from the staff. And don't get me started on the arcade machines. Gone are the iconic retro classics that made me feel like I'd stepped back into the golden age of arcades. Instead, the place is now stuffed with bright, flashy, wallet-draining horrors you'd find at a Dave and Buster's. What happened to the charm? The authenticity? Now it's just a playground for toddlers with no attention spans and those who value flashing lights over actual gameplay. Speaking of, if you're a Gen Z-er armed with your parents' credit card and an inability to go three seconds without dopamine overload, this place might actually be a dream come true for you. The rest of us? Not so much. Look, 1Up Arcade Bar used to be a gem, but now it feels like a soulless cash grab. Don't come here hoping for a genuine arcade bar experience because you'll leave disappointed--and poorer. Save your time, save your money, and spare yourself the heartbreak of seeing what this place has become. RIP, old 1Up. You are sorely missed.

The music was actually so loud it was hard to catch up with my friend. I wasn't aware of how cozy the spot was. We weren't allowed to sit next to each other (understandably so, the seats are designed for two/four people to sit across from each other like normal) so that made it easiest to just quiet up and listen to the music. I have no problem with that, the singer was great! The waitress was kind for even checking with the manager to see if we could adjust the seating arrangement. I had to ask lol I had the fried salmon bites, very salty but good flavor. Oh, and one of the two bathroom stalls wouldn't close but luckily girl code helped us stay secure! This spot is a hidden gem especially for those who appreciate a very intimate live music performance, when they have it. I'd like to try more of the food.

I arrived early to sample their Happy Hour where I got a Tommy Margarita which was one of four cocktail choices on the Happy Hour menu where the other choices are an Old Fashion, Lemon Drop Martini and a Black Manhattan. All of which I personally am a fan of. Relative to my Margarita, it was very well made with 2 full ounces of Blanco Tequila as the base and quite tasty. Definately a drink with a kick and not a watered down version you get at most other bars in the area. At $8 it's a pretty good deal in my opinion especially for a drink of this quality. Relative to Dinner my wife got the White Fish dinner and I got the Milanese Chicken. Both dishes were excellent where they were cooked to perfection and were delicious. Prices on the menu were a tad high in my opinion but the old adage that you get what you pay for applies here and is definately worth the cost in my opinion. Appetizer was the Calamari which was well made and quite tasty in its own right. Relative to staff and facility, the facility is very classy with a nice contemporary flair to it, Definately an upscale feel to it where both the bar and the dining area offer an elevated dining/drinking experience. Staff was super friendly with great follow up where the bar can be a tad slower as only one bartender was working while I was there but he did a fairly good job of keeping up with the orders and high marks for his efficiency. Overall a great classy restaurant with a nice Happy Hour makes this a destination restaurant worth the trip if you live outside this area.
