After double checking everything I am satisfied with their cleaning and appreciate that they did fix the problem areas as soon as I mentioned it. They were very attentive the second time around so I do appreciate that and they made sure that I was happy with the service! I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. But overall a good experience. I would potentially use the In the future...it's just very expensive. My place does feel very clean though.

Do not be fooled by the positive reviews…read more They advertise a "21-point cleaning checklist," yet many basic items--things that had been cleaned previously during a regular cleaning--were not touched at all. We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are considering a deep cleaning or have valuable items in your home.

Called the manager, John, twice. Left messages. Never got a call back. Just called the number on the Groupon again today, the guy hung up on me. Lucky for me, Groupon's customer service is AWESOME. I reported the company and they gave me my money back. For those that are looking to book this company, I would say spend your money somewhere else. Since they only had week-day appointments I booked one and took a few hours off work to meet them at my house. Not only did they miss my appointment, but they didn't even call to let me know. I had to call them to find out that the "tech" assigned to my job (Mike is his name) was MIA that day. I rescheduled with the woman on the phone for two weeks later. That is today, at 9:30 am. It is 10:30 am as I write this review and it is not because they were late or because they didn't confirm my appointment, or because they don't have an answering machine or reply to any customer e-mails or concerns. This review is because the woman answering the phone hung up on me twice while I was trying to get an estimate ETA and when the tech Mike showed up after I had just canceled my appointment, he said to me: "shut the f_ck up and go to hell-you'll never get a refund" because he had made the trip to my house in vain. Dear Total Quality Cleaners--send your staff (or yourselves) to a business 101 class, customers are the heart and soul of your business and without them you are nothing. To be this rude to any customer (let alone one that you stood-up previously), is simply absurd. I would not recommend this "business" to anyone. Note: Groupon was apologetic and refunded my money along with a credit (sorry Mike). I wish I had never booked this deal. I will be more careful and skeptic of deals through coupon sites in the future.
