I wandered around, thinking it wouldn't hurt to keep shopping, then I saw the 2-handled 3.5 quart Everyday Pan in Sea Salt blue. OMGOSH-the color is so beautiful! Sherry told me that this particular piece is her fav pan and thought I might like it better than a nonstick skillet (how ordinary). I was in love with the color and imagined I really would love it, so I changed my mind and bought this Everyday Pan instead. Since I bought it 5 days ago, this pan has hardly been put away! I made Marsala Chicken, omelettes, and grilled cheese sandwiches twice. The Marsala sauce reduced in about 1/2 the time it took my nonstick skillet the last time I made it. I spent MSRP on it (I think), but this piece is so beautiful and functional, I willingly paid for it because I got to leave with it the same day. I told Sherry the pan is so lovely I am going to name her! Thank you, Sherry! I love it!!

Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. There were three sales associates working while we were there, and not one acknowledged us or even greeted us. We had questions and were clearly interested in making a purchase, yet no one offered assistance or even basic customer service. It was surprising, especially seeing that they're hiring, because customer acknowledgment should be the bare minimum. What made it even more upsetting was that we felt completely ignored as customers of Asian descent while others seemed to receive attention. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling unwelcome. I had been really looking forward to purchasing my first Le Creuset piece and making it a special experience, but instead I left feeling disappointed and overlooked.

We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! I was shown around by a very nice man (Cesar) and found the perfect tile for our shower. He let me borrow the sample for the weekend which was incredibly helpful. I showed the sample to my wife and she loved it as well. On Monday I went in and purchased the amount of tile my installer recommended. On my excitement of buying I did not read and was not told that all sales are final. After finishing up our shower which by the way came out perfect, I called and asked if I could return one full box for a refund. No was the answer and I was out $75.00 and have a box and half of tiles that will never be used. My suggestion is be very certain of measurements because once you sign the invoice you have cross the road of literally no return. My shower looks fantastic I could not picked a better tile and my installer (FRG Tile Installation) did an excellent job, just be wary of the no return policy so your not overpaying with no option of a refund.

I said yes, they said they would have to. CALL ME BACK.. they called me back later that day and gave me a date that they would come out. I told them that did not work with my schedule. Could we pick another day? They said they would have to. CALL ME BACK.. a couple months later I received a voicemail message telling me they would be here the next day in the morning. By then I didn't need them. They apologized that they couldn't get to me sooner but they missed the whole point. Why did they not have a calendar with them at any time that they CALLED ME BACK? Why would a scheduler call without the schedule in front of him?

Other companies warned that tile damage was likely during removal. Pacific Stone approached it differently. Their crew removed the granite with remarkable precision and didn't crack a single tile. That alone exceeded our expectations. During installation, Moses caught a flaw in our brand-new sink before we did. Instead of proceeding, he suggested we exchange it and even offered to pause the job so we could do it that day. That level of care says a lot about how they operate. A few weeks after the project was completed, we changed out our rangetop. Pacific Stone came back and carefully modified the installed quartz to fit the new appliance perfectly. From start to finish, their team was detail-oriented, responsive, and respectful of our home. The finished product looks fantastic, and we would absolutely work with them again.
