We hired Orange cabinets after a bad experience with another company, and we are so glad we found them! We worked with Jill she was fantastic .Pedro did install and I can't say enough about his talent. There were some tight fits but he made everything to look totally custom. He had to modify some cabinets so in truth, it was a custom job! The cabinet and countertop selection at Orange cabinets was really good. We went with European style cabinetry, which was a longer lead time, but worth the wait. Just great looking! When we had questions, they responded, usually within an hour, even on weekends. We are so pleased with their work, their customer service, and their products.

It all happened pretty quickly, I had a flood beginning of June. I hired a contractor right away to help me restore the kitchen to not what is was. I took the opportunity to make it more functional and I decided to invest some funds into making my kitchen great. It used to be 40 years old and my drawers would hardly close and were very shaky. When I was on my way to eat lunch I passed by their shop and it was a blessing from above that I have. I talked to Jill, she came to my house the same day to bid me on some cabinets I already had in mind- she had in stock. Priced it on site I approved. From there everything was excellent. I received a very detailed 3D rendering the next day. I made some adjustments it didn't not effect the price which I liked. I had freedom to go with the configuration of Cabinets that seemed most functional to me. Delivery was at no cost and came two weeks later- when flooring was done. She said it would be ready in 2-3 days I had to push. Carlos- the installer- in Portuguese we say shappo. Great job! Very detailed very organized very polite and respectful of my space. It took him about 6 days to finish a dazzling install. I'm expecting my countertops to get installed next. Jill helped me select them her self and used her discounted rates at msi towards my order. I appreciate. The job still isn't finished- I'm so hyped that I had to give it out to this business. I'll be back with finished photos. Highly recommend orange cabinets!

We had nine closets to design, which could have easily become overwhelming, but Parker made the entire process feel organized, thoughtful, and even enjoyable. He didn't just "sell a system"--he took the time to truly understand how I live and what I needed each space to do. We met in person, had multiple detailed phone conversations, and what really stood out was that he came back a second time just to refine and perfect every detail. That level of commitment is rare. He was patient, meticulous, and genuinely invested in getting everything exactly right. Then came installation--and it exceeded expectations. The craftsmanship was flawless, the team was professional, and every single closet turned out beautifully. Everything feels intentional, functional, and elevated. Bottom line: this is what top-tier service looks like. If you're even considering a closet organization project, stop looking and go with them. I highly, highly recommend this company--and Parker in particular.

Master closet: This was more challenging just because it was hard to know what I wanted.. but they had on site 3d rendering and asked thoughtful q's, to which they would then make recos. I think we spent 1-2 hrs just going over the design and they were very patient throughout. The installation went without a hitch - pics attached! Pricing is also very reasonable.

I have posted the entire text chain and an image of an email clearly showing this. The date you're referring to says "Oct 21" as in Oct 21, 2024. Not 2021. It's very telling that you don't even remember a job from only a year ago that was over a week long. You couldn't even be bothered to look up the old invoice to see when this job was? Second of all, the messages in the text photos saying "following up on this" and "following up again" are from ME, not you. That was ME following up with YOU after I said I wanted to go ahead with the repair, and you not answering. So your statement that you have not heard from me is patently untrue. That was ME who hadn't heard from YOU. The text chain clearly shows this. Third, the damage was caused by a complete lack of caulk on the cabinet, not "debris in constant contact." There is no "standing water" and no debris in "constant contact." You're making that up, it simply is not the case. The other side is caulked and is still fine, as I pointed out in my texts. I am aware that paint and caulk can only do so much - but guess what? It can do nothing if you don't actually do it in the first place. I am aware of how wood reacts with water (and it's not wood, because you use mdf, which is far worse). The fact remains that the area was not caulked AT ALL and also that I followed up with you multiple times and received no answer. Do not gaslight me by acting like you "never heard back." I clearly stated that I wanted you to do the repairs and you never got back to me. It's all right there in the texts. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Sadly, I have to echo the other reviews on here about the owner ghosting people. I hired OC Kitchen Designs to reface our kitchen cabinets. They weren't the cheapest but they had good reviews. We experienced problems from the beginning. The job was quoted as going to take 3 days - it took more than a week. The painter took far longer than the 1 day it was supposed to take. He brought his whole family on a Saturday and had his wife and young kids helping - the young kids did not do a great job (they aren't pros and should not have been there). He should have come by himself. I found VERY obvious drips and runs on the main cabinet that gets used the most, right at eye level. Glenn said he would fix it. I asked him if he would spray it so it would look even with the rest and he said yes. When he came, he simply brushed over it, leaving very obvious brush marks and color difference. I could have done that myself!! There were so many issues, in fact, that Glenn ended up giving me $250 off, which was the price of the custom wine rack he put in, "because of all the problems." So I will give him credit for that. But... A while later we discovered that the painter had not caulked a major area right next to the stove. A whole corner hadn't been caulked at all, so moisture and liquid had gotten under it and it started to swell. Since he uses mdf and not actual wood, the swelling was pretty severe. I texted Glenn about it and he tried to indicate that it wasn't his fault because "there was probably caulk there, but it's a kitchen and we aren't responsible for water damage." I build furniture and have a woodworking shop and CNC machine. I know what I'm talking about. I've done major repairs to my home. I hired OC Kitchen Designs because I have two young kids and no time, not because I'm an idiot. I know when something has been caulked and when it hasn't. I told him if he came to see it he would clearly see that his painter screwed this up and didn't caulk it (and I have photos and videos). He said he could fix it for $200. I wasn't happy since I believe you should stand by your work, but I agreed to it. He said he could probably come out the next week, he just had to check on this other job (in line with the excuses he's given other people according to these reviews). I texted to follow up several times and no response. He ghosted me rather than come fix his company's mistake. He's a nice enough guy I guess, but I think he's overscheduled. In any event the ghosting is crazy unprofessional. Now I have to hire somebody else to come fix it.

Their quote was not too cheap, not too expensive, but reasonable. However, they use good materials and high-quality wood. Kevin's team was all very professional, kind, and polite. They were also very professional, thorough, and very detailed. The entire staff worked so hard, and they made our house very beautiful. I highly recommend everyone who needs to remodel their house or needs any woodwork. You will be happy like our family and friends did. Again, thank you so much and you guys did a fantastic job! When I called, I got sales guy Eric Motley and first impression; he's waaaay to laid back, came in shorts to appointment looked at cabinets explained very quickly the process of removing doors, painting original frames whatever color I wanted, replace with style doors I wanted (shaker style) with WOODEN doors. So don't expect them to be resistant to fire or dings or 100% smooth surfaces! Price to replace 22 doors and 9 drawers all with soft close was $6800. If you supply door knobs and pulls they will install. Price was too good to be true:: once the down payment was sent, Eric promised week later all would be done! Unfortunately some scheduling conflicts with another contractor replacing my floor tile, and countertops, interfered with Eric crew, so we moved it too following week. Long story short, painting consists of covering existing frames with tape and paper which took longer than expected, doors installed following week, but with a ton of mistakes! Door above microwave we're never ordered, doors to the right, were measured short, the drawers, same things measured incorrectly, panels under sink never relived had to remind Eric it was missed! After all was installed, some doors were crooked, or not closing properly. Eric promised a new cutting board, slab of thin treated wood under sink. And white doors were dirty or smudged with fingerprint!! You can imagine my fury! Postponed completion yet ANOTHER week! Almost 1 month later crew came in to retouch paint fix drawers hinges install missing pieces! Paid final balance yesterday, 11/15/18, that evening one drawer panel under sink fell off (see pic) and today the hallway door (see 2 pics) fell off hinges !! I've texted Eric and he's not very good to respond! He or his crew do have a checklist to go off of per Eric but apparently no one "checks" it!! My recommendation don't pay balance until you are 200% happy with every single. I will say Tyler and Kasey are the young contractors who installed doors/drawers very polite very respectful young men.
