A week after that we were told they didn't have that color and were given a choice of 3 ugly colors. We refused and said we wanted to cancel the contract and have our deposit refunded. We were told this wouldn't be a problem and should have our check in about a week. That was February 28th and we still don't have our check. I have gone up the ladder talking to 4 different people with the last being the District Manager of the Southern Division of Home Depot who is the parent company of Statewide. On July 7th I was told the check would be overnighted to me and I still haven't received it. Do not do business with this company. They are liars and thieves and will steal your money!!

I stop by 7/8/26 and met Chelsea Coffman she made my transaction so easy and not complicated. Gave me my reward with out a problem. She very pleasant and I was able to stay calm through it all. My experience with the older blue hair woman was very stressful and the new younger girl were rude. Seem to be a big turn over of employees. I hope DSW will continue to keep Chelsea, she's very professional and does her best to satisfy DSW customers. I always get compliments on my shoes and will continue to be a referral to DSW.
