My wife, my son, and I went into one of your locations yesterday around 1pm. There was only 1 rep that we could see (Melanie) and she was helping another guest. No problem there, we are very patient. I did find it odd that she did not at least acknowledge that we were there, but that's ok too. The problem lies in how she treated my 5 year old son. She does NOT have the right to yell across the store at my son! "Get your shoes off the bed!" My son quickly moved and began to cry, thinking he did something horrible. He wasn't jumping on the bed, he wasn't treating anything poorly. He just laid down on the side of the bed. Just like the guest that Melanie had been helping, she too laid on that exact bed, and YES, that guest had her shoes on too! Nevertheless if the policy is "no shoes on the bed" then your associate should treat ALL guests the same or have it Posted somewhere in the store. My little boy didn't deserve to get yelled at and scared by some random adult he doesn't know, especially when his parents are in visual sight of Melanie. I'm hoping this is an isolated event and that she doesn't treat all people bad. I won't be back to that store and like I said, I'm looking for a new company if this is how your reps are going to treat people.

Ashley just looked at me and smiled or smirked when I ask why she went through my bag. Abbey and Alexis were very helpful and understanding when I expressed my concern. Cody, the store manager was called to assist me with my concern but the expression that he had on his face as he walked up to great me gave off a negative feeling as if he was annoyed or bothered and did not want to assist. He willingly agreed to give me corporate telephone number or email address but said Jason is district or regional manager but he refused to give me Jason email address nor telephone number to reach Jason. He never offered to have Jason call me. He went to the back to get contact information for corporate and store email and left me standing at the front of the store at least 10 minutes and no update. I am very disappointed with my visit and Ashley behavior and unprofessional. I was so insulted, belittled and embarrassed. I did decline my purchase and ask the cashier to void my purchase. I refuse to shop with world market and ashamed that they condone such behavior!!! This was my last chance, if this wasnt going to work, I was giving up. I have really bad back issues, takes hours to fall asleep, i toss and turn, RLS, wake up in middle of the night and in the morning I am an aching zombie. So I came into Sleep First, met Teddy, I told him my story and we went from there. I spent 2 hours in the store (i wanted to take my time) we finally made a decision on a Sealy Hybrid. It was delivered the next day and friends, I have slept 3 nights straight in a row now. Fall asleep within 30 mins and sleep so sound. I even slept through a huge storm, which has NEVER happened, I didnt even believe it, I had to research the weather and rewind our security cameras, I am in absolute shock!!!! I am in tears over this, this past year has been a complete nightmare, I cant even really say that because that would require a deep sleep. Decided to allow them to do full height backsplash in kitchen and cover my fireplace to use up the extra materials. They never came to install the fireplace, kept my materials that I paid for, and I had to pay another company to finish their job. Would not recommend them for there lack of business ethics.

Installers tracked mud through my brand new flooring and then stated some of it was already there. No it was not! Counter tops are great and my sales person Jennifer was excellent, I just didn't care for the constant denial and the lack of common sense to put some boot covers on.
