His customer service skills is above reproach and he consistently provides excellent customer service: i am a 30 year plus loyal customer of this facility. Jon sold me the vehicle and Robert approved the purchase. I left the dealership, and within 4-6 miles the car began to make a dragging sound. I pulled over at the VIA station and seen that my cars belly pan was dragging, cause the car to drive poorly. I informed Jon that I would return FEB 10, to correct this issue. I returned FEB 10, and left with no belly pan, because the current belly pan was destroyed due to me driving the car over 50 miles due to where my residence is located. Jon and I agreed I would return the following Tuesday (02/17/2026) I came on Thursday (02/19/2026) at 3pm at the request or Robert (Sales manager). I at this time had three issues. No belly pan which I was informed multiple times by Jon and Roberto that "belly pans aren't necessary " but they cost $296.00. The key fob battery was dying and the windshield wipers are bald. I was here on 02/17/2026 for 3.5 hours and left with a key fob battery and a full tank of gas after begging Jessie the VW manager to compensate for having come down here three separate times, spent a total of 7.5 hours at VW over the course of this issue, now having three current issues in 8 days, followed by three days of work missed, and unnecessary mileage added to my newly purchased vehicle. Jessie was rude, cold, unprofessional, and an overall disappoint as a manger. I had to call Corporate to get a belly pan, and windshield wipers. Today is 03/04/2026 I am here for a fourth time for a belly pan. I received my belly pan, simply because I involved corporate.

Can't speak for the sales aspect, but I would avoid the service department here like the plague…read more They'll act kind in person, but once you leave your car with them, they have no sense of urgency and their main goal seems to be "how can we do the least work possible while simultaneously charging the customer as much as possible?". Thankfully, I am well informed about my car and have enough mechanical knowledge to sniff out BS. After 2 weeks, it got to a point to where I brought up misrepresentation of services and then the singular guy assigned to my car took a big step back as he could tell I was serious and not going to tolerate anymore. I mentioned the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and he went into damage control mode, fearing litigation. For the 2 weeks my car was there, all they did was do an easy install of a small sensor I asked about (hoping it would fix my electrical issues with my transmission). They also completed some kind of diagnosis that was propped up as being an internal mechanical teardown, when it was actually just checking the transmission fluid for metal shavings, using scanners for codes, and external inspection of sensors. That didn't stop them from claiming hours and hours of labor and other charges. Also did the usual dealership routine of suggesting every up-charged minute maintenance item in the book, regardless of the fact that those services were literally just done less than 4,000 miles ago. I just managed to get my car towed out of there to somewhere that'd respect my time, my wallet, and not leave me in the dark about my vehicle. Would not recommend this place if I was held at gunpoint.

My work schedule is so hectic right now and I can't get to my regular dealership, I brought my car for an oil change. This time I needed a B17 tune up. They sent me a list of "repairs" of over $1,000 on top of my routine maintenance code. I made sure to inform the representative I had a discount and he said he would do it later. So when i paid, he didn't show me the receipt until after I made my payment. I looked it over and noticed there was no discount. Then he said I never told him and it was too late. I caught him in his lie, and he offered me a discount for my next oil change. I explained I wanted my money back and he said he could only offer a discount for future visit after I had made payment of over $400. Don't buy a car here or bring your car here. The employees have no shame in lying to your face. The salesman lied to use when we were buying our Honda and we ended up going to a different dealership to purchase it, then they lied to me about my brakes to up sell me. Now, they forget my discount, but it's my fault. Whatever, don't do business here. Another customer was there with me and shared her story, I hope she makes it public, they did her wrong too.

They are the only used car salespeople in this city who I absolutely trust. They price everything to sell, and they inspect their inventory meticulously. They don't have a huge selection, but that's how they can do their work so well. They're focused. If you're someone who has a type of car in mind and see it on their page, do not hesitate to contact them for a test drive. I used to only pay cash for cars, and they were fine with this. There are seriously dealers who won't allow you to pay just with cash because they make more money with the financing. These guys leave it up to you. My only complaint is that they don't happen to work with my credit union for loans. I'm in the market for a used car again, and I'm trying to work with the places that work with my credit union. Problem is, the competition is not as good as this place! Honestly, most other used car salespeople scare me! They use high-pressure sales tactics and/or don't service their cars as well. When my husband and I got third-party inspections at Allstate (which I would recommend for anyone buying a used car), everything was already perfect and ready to buy. I may end up returning to Allstate for my next car, as they do have their own financing. At the very least, I wanted to write this review to let everyone else know that these guys are outstanding. I've seen just how rare it is to do business with a place this honest and skilled.
