    Please don't buy from here…read more I purchased a new 2026 Tesla Model Y on May 6 and have been dealing with defects and service issues almost immediately after delivery. Within days of taking delivery, the right rear passenger seat became stuck in the folded position and could not be used. Tesla acknowledged the problem, serviced the vehicle, and marked the repair complete. Less than six weeks later, the exact same defect returned. I was also told by a service advisor that similar seat actuator issues had existed on prior Model Y vehicles, which makes it even more frustrating that the same problem occurred on a brand-new vehicle. In addition to the repeat seat failure, I have an unresolved front light issue. My appointments have been repeatedly moved around. I was initially told one repair would be weeks away, then told I could be seen the following week, only to receive confirmation for a later date. Communication has been equally disappointing. I spent more than 30 minutes on hold with Tesla support while they supposedly contacted service centers to find an earlier appointment due to the safety concern. The call disconnected, nobody called me back, and I ultimately had to show up in person. More recently, I was informed on the morning of my appointment that no loaner vehicle would be available--after I had already rearranged multiple work meetings and travel plans. What is most disappointing is that this is a brand-new vehicle. I have not even made my first payment yet and I am already returning for a second repair attempt on the same defect. In over 30 years of owning vehicles, including several BMWs both new and used, I never experienced a major defect immediately after purchase or this level of difficulty obtaining service. I wanted to love this car, but between the repeat seat failure, unresolved lighting issue, scheduling confusion, lack of communication, and last-minute changes, I no longer feel confident in the vehicle or the service experience. The service advisors I met in person were polite, but the overall ownership experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what I expected when purchasing a new Tesla.

Thankfully, I am well informed about my car and have enough mechanical knowledge to sniff out BS. After 2 weeks, it got to a point to where I brought up misrepresentation of services and then the singular guy assigned to my car took a big step back as he could tell I was serious and not going to tolerate anymore. I mentioned the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and he went into damage control mode, fearing litigation. For the 2 weeks my car was there, all they did was do an easy install of a small sensor I asked about (hoping it would fix my electrical issues with my transmission). They also completed some kind of diagnosis that was propped up as being an internal mechanical teardown, when it was actually just checking the transmission fluid for metal shavings, using scanners for codes, and external inspection of sensors. That didn't stop them from claiming hours and hours of labor and other charges. Also did the usual dealership routine of suggesting every up-charged minute maintenance item in the book, regardless of the fact that those services were literally just done less than 4,000 miles ago. I just managed to get my car towed out of there to somewhere that'd respect my time, my wallet, and not leave me in the dark about my vehicle. Would not recommend this place if I was held at gunpoint.

They are the only used car salespeople in this city who I absolutely trust. They price everything to sell, and they inspect their inventory meticulously. They don't have a huge selection, but that's how they can do their work so well. They're focused. If you're someone who has a type of car in mind and see it on their page, do not hesitate to contact them for a test drive. I used to only pay cash for cars, and they were fine with this. There are seriously dealers who won't allow you to pay just with cash because they make more money with the financing. These guys leave it up to you. My only complaint is that they don't happen to work with my credit union for loans. I'm in the market for a used car again, and I'm trying to work with the places that work with my credit union. Problem is, the competition is not as good as this place! Honestly, most other used car salespeople scare me! They use high-pressure sales tactics and/or don't service their cars as well. When my husband and I got third-party inspections at Allstate (which I would recommend for anyone buying a used car), everything was already perfect and ready to buy. I may end up returning to Allstate for my next car, as they do have their own financing. At the very least, I wanted to write this review to let everyone else know that these guys are outstanding. I've seen just how rare it is to do business with a place this honest and skilled.

    Been coming here for years for vehicle service and complimentary car wash since I purchased my…read moreLexus. I've never had an issue, but today I was disappointed because my car came out of the wash still dirty and there were streak marks all over the windows, front and back windshields, making it difficult to see while driving fortunately, I pulled over in the lot across the street for further inspection and then came right back to the let them know about the issue. They did not even apologize and just asked if I wanted them to run it through the car wash again. I'm waiting to see if there is any improvement, but not happy about the incident. Update, when they brought my vehicle back from the wash, I got into my car and then noticed my key was not on the console where I left it when I returned for the 2nd car wash. They said that their policy was not to take the key from the vehicle and made it seem like I lost the key. They also said they were going to check the video footage to see if the keys were there when I left it the 2nd time. The dashboard stated 'no key detected' so I knew I didn't have it. Spent time looking in the vehicle and emptied my purse although I knew I didn't have it. They radioed Paco and he had the key in his pocket. They gave me my key back, but I spent almost an hour and a half here just to get my car washed when it wasn't even busy. I also didn't appreciate that they seemed to blame me for the missing key. They also didn't vacuum the car like they said they would. Anyhow, I will think twice before returning to this location due to my experience today.
