I adopted a 18 lb rescue Terrier Mix and was not prepared for keeping her home during the work days for two weeks while her vaccines kicked in. Amy jumped in to help. Come the stay she shows up hours later than expected at 7pm. Stays for her overnight until around 840 pm when she sends goodnight messages and proceeds to leave the house. I messaged her asking if she was leaving for the night and she said she had allergies and was leaving till they calmed down. I tried to enjoy my evening but got barking notifications for HOURS until I got back to my hotel after midnight where I started messaging her to return. Finally one of her coworkers messaged me and said she'd help figure out where Keke was. After some time she said she got ahold of her and it sounded like she was sleeping. Which makes sense since it was now after 1am when she was supposed to be sleeping in our guest room with our pets. It still took Keke almost an hour to return. I ended up cutting my trip short by two days because I had so much anxiety my pets would be abandoned for hours at night again. She said she would refund me but only refunded a third of my stay. For overnight care you should be able to expect someone there for the entire evening. More than an hour and a half.
