My first dog was a rescue and went through training with Lisa Marie, who did an excellent job. He ended up attending daycare almost every weekday of his life until he passed in 2022 at the age of 18. To this day I attribute his long life to the love (and the activity) that he was given by the staff at Four Paws on a daily basis. Since his passing I got a new puppy that has been attending daycare every weekday as well. She can't wait to go every day, and rushes to the front door when we arrive in the morning. You know that you are at a great place for your dog when the staff is as excited to see the dog as much as your dog is excited to see them. The prices at Four Paws are very reasonable, especially compared to other options nearby. I have temporarily tried other facilities (mostly due to the pandemic), but none stand up to the level of Four Paws. I've recommended them to other dog owners I know and they are now regular daycare attendees as well. If you bring your dogs to Four Paws both you and your dogs will not be disappointed!

Because of my telework schedule, I've been home when she comes to get my girl for her walk. My pup starts looking at the door and whining about 30 minutes before her arrival and goes crazy when she sees her buddy. I am so grateful I have someone trustworthy and fur baby approved for my girl. Amy is amazing! I adopted a 18 lb rescue Terrier Mix and was not prepared for keeping her home during the work days for two weeks while her vaccines kicked in. Amy jumped in to help. She is flexible to assist with last minute schedule changes. Being military, I appreciated Amy's military family background because she understands my unique challenges and also can get on base with no problem. She even brought a harness when my little escape artist needed it. I trust her completely and am bummed she won't be going with us when we move in January. My puppy loves her, too, and can't wait for Miss Amy to visit!

My absolute favorite doggy daycare. Make sure you take advantage of a referral. Let them know I…read moresent you ! If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd break Yelp's rating scale. This doggy daycare is the ultimate luxury retreat for pups--think canine country club with heart. From the moment I (Lexi the Bougie BT) strut through the doors, I'm treated like the royalty I am. The entire staff is amazing--genuinely loving, attentive, and totally in tune with every dog's personality. But the real stars of the show? Anthony and Michael, the owners, are top-tier, hands-on, always-on-site superheroes. They're there every single day--greeting us with love, making sure every detail is flawless, and creating an environment that feels like home... but better. But don't you worry, they even have cameras so that you can watch from home? And oh baby, the perks of this place: * Pool Days (yes, I splash with my squad) * Treat Parties * Photoshoots (hello, content!) * Outdoor Activities * My Boston Terrier crew--yes, I roll with a whole Boston gang! But that's not all... this place has a full-on doggy spa. * Nail trims * Ear cleanings * Teeth brushing * Luxurious baths and blowouts It's giving "spa day meets play day" and I'm absolutely here for it. And if you're traveling? No problem--they offer overnight accommodations so your pup can stay safe, comfy, and loved while you're away. No crates, no worries--just snuggles and structure. This isn't just doggy daycare--it's a lifestyle. A wellness center. A social club. A pampering palace. I go every day and I genuinely LOVE it. If you're looking for a place that will care for your pup like family, keep them active, clean, stylish, and social--this is it. I was skeptical at first,,, but after talking to Kat and Mikalia I was ready. They took time to explain the process and what I should expect from training; and daily updates would be provided. My primary concerns were her possibly becoming passive if the training was aggressive or overwhelming (because she is a very outgoing and happy dog), I was concerned about her jumping on people, pulling while walking, and overall ignoring me. Bella was projected to worked with everyone there Kat, Makila, Halie, and Atavia. Training : Week one Every day Bella was a happy girl! There's a weekly meeting with the trainer , pet and pet parents. I hadn't had my meeting yet however overall Bella would come home and sitting on her cot without being told. Bella was more calm and content with sitting on her cot/place. I was surprised because she always preferred the sofa. Week 2 Bella is still a very happy girl !! While dropping her off she was happy and walked away without looking back at me. I noticed our walks at home were much better and her pulling was much less.. Week 3 Everyday she is still my happy Bella. I couldn't take her to public places without the stress of her pulling and trying to say hi to everyone around her. By week 3 almost zero pulling on her leash during walks, we were going to the pet store and she is more focused. She did not stop to say hi unless someone said something to her and I also stopped... at the end of week 3 I took Bella to the beach... she sat in the wagon and never tried to jump out while I was pulling (this use to be a nightmare) . After we were settled Bella sat calmly on the blanket with my sister and I .... Several people actually stopped to say how well behaved she is... I wish I would have found K9 aholics in Norfolk VA sooner. But I'm happy to I finally did. Well worth it.. Bella is still in training , and she is doing great!!

He would bark, destroy things and literally make himself sick. I was on the brink of having to re-home him. Booker went to the 4-week board and train. Heather sent twice weekly updates on Bookers progress with videos (which helped with my separation anxiety ;). When he came home I was incredibly pleased and honestly a little surprised, knowing him from before, at how well he did. Now, when I leave, he goes in his crate, settles down, and doesn't bark (I have a video to watch and listen to him). He is a completely different dog. Heather has come back for follow- up visits (included with training) to work on leash walking and his reactivity to other dogs. In less than an hour, Heather showed Booker and me how to have an enjoyable walk together. I cannot recommend Duality K9 enough.

She also struggled on walks because of the constant pulling to the point we worried she would hurt herself. We decided to start with a private session with Kilo One where they came into our home and worked on walking on the leash with her. It was immediately clear they knew exactly what they were doing and saw progress after just one session! We ultimately decided on sending our pup for a 3-week board and train where she could get more practice to help her cement all the basics down. After coming home we have noticed a huge difference. She responds much more consistently to all her commands (sit ,stay, down, place, kennel, etc.) but also is doing much better on walks! We were hesitant at first sending her away for so long but Jon and Haley were great! We got so many updates and pictures/ videos along the way that put us at ease. We would truly recommend Kilo One to all our friends and family, it has been a game changer! We look forward to continuing our pups training with them!
