I try to get our pup there at least once a week for day care, but this past weekend we boarded him for the first time. They have luxury state rooms that include a complimentary basic bath, play time, and room service! The staff is always friendly and greet us with respect/smiles each time. My pup loves going to daycare and is excited right when we pull into the parking lot. I've never had any issues with our pup getting sick or coming home with markings from other dogs. I love that the Ruff House conduct temperament tests to see if a dog is ready for group play.

Took my pit bull mix here for an all day daycare while I was at work. It was her first actual day…read more(aside from the temperament test which I was told she did fine) and was told that my dog was being an instigator with another small dog, which I understand because she can play rough, and that she had her ears pinned back (as a pit bull she always has her ears relaxed which is pinned back, giving them that seal look which can be seen as an example in the photos) and that she was "not a good fit for them." I asked why they had small dogs with the bigger dogs and was told "the small dogs are too rambunctious to be with the other small dogs." I was told that staff had to break up my dog and the small dog and she was put into a kennel for the rest of the day but the dogs had never gotten physical. I pick my dog up and she has scratches and bite marks on her tummy and no one had called and told me. I called them and they said that they had no idea but that my dog was still welcome to come back. Never coming back here again.

There was one incident when I had to take the feline to an emergency "same day" appointment back in March (2022), and they handled her so well, although it took a few days to get ahold of someone to discuss her results, it all got worked out. I would not take her (or any other future animal) anywhere else.

The hair cut was bad enough but to injure someone's beloved fur baby and NOT say anything is reprehensible and unconscionable! Not to mention unprofessional!
