My absolute favorite doggy daycare. Make sure you take advantage of a referral. Let them know I…read moresent you ! If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd break Yelp's rating scale. This doggy daycare is the ultimate luxury retreat for pups--think canine country club with heart. From the moment I (Lexi the Bougie BT) strut through the doors, I'm treated like the royalty I am. The entire staff is amazing--genuinely loving, attentive, and totally in tune with every dog's personality. But the real stars of the show? Anthony and Michael, the owners, are top-tier, hands-on, always-on-site superheroes. They're there every single day--greeting us with love, making sure every detail is flawless, and creating an environment that feels like home... but better. But don't you worry, they even have cameras so that you can watch from home? And oh baby, the perks of this place: * Pool Days (yes, I splash with my squad) * Treat Parties * Photoshoots (hello, content!) * Outdoor Activities * My Boston Terrier crew--yes, I roll with a whole Boston gang! But that's not all... this place has a full-on doggy spa. * Nail trims * Ear cleanings * Teeth brushing * Luxurious baths and blowouts It's giving "spa day meets play day" and I'm absolutely here for it. And if you're traveling? No problem--they offer overnight accommodations so your pup can stay safe, comfy, and loved while you're away. No crates, no worries--just snuggles and structure. This isn't just doggy daycare--it's a lifestyle. A wellness center. A social club. A pampering palace. I go every day and I genuinely LOVE it. If you're looking for a place that will care for your pup like family, keep them active, clean, stylish, and social--this is it. If I could give The Ruff House more than five stars, I would! This place is a true godsend for me…read moreand my grand pup, Benji. He's family, and like many dogs, he's had separation anxiety--until we found this amazing team. Whether it's day care or boarding, I drop him off with complete peace of mind, knowing he's loved and cared for. After his recent 7-day "staycation," I was warmly greeted by Lane, who instantly knew I was there for Benji. Mari graciously checked me out, and Avery was an absolute delight--polite, professional, and kind. These three were wonderful! Benji looked happy and well-loved, but I was both glad and sad--glad he had fun, but sad he didn't seem ready to leave! That told me everything: The Ruff House is his second home. Special thanks to Ms. Taylor S. and Ms. Brit--your love and care mean the world to us. The Ruff House = professionalism + heart. Forever grateful!

*This review is for the Chesapeake (Greenbrier) location*…read more We've been taking our puppy pit to the Ruff house for about 4 months now and absolutely love it! I try to get our pup there at least once a week for day care, but this past weekend we boarded him for the first time. They have luxury state rooms that include a complimentary basic bath, play time, and room service! The staff is always friendly and greet us with respect/smiles each time. My pup loves going to daycare and is excited right when we pull into the parking lot. I've never had any issues with our pup getting sick or coming home with markings from other dogs. I love that the Ruff House conduct temperament tests to see if a dog is ready for group play.

Absolutely loved this groomer, and so did my babygirl Coco!!! First off, they do not crate your dog…read morewhile they wait, which is fantastic. I got a video update on how she was doing, which was reassuring. Her groomer Lyndsey took great care of her and was very patient and understanding, being that Coco is only 6 months old. She gave her a great groom. The shampoo they used smells amazing! Coco is still fluffy and smelling good (and it rained yesterday too!!) So take your fur baby here, and their paws are in great hands

Took my pit bull mix here for an all day daycare while I was at work. It was her first actual day…read more(aside from the temperament test which I was told she did fine) and was told that my dog was being an instigator with another small dog, which I understand because she can play rough, and that she had her ears pinned back (as a pit bull she always has her ears relaxed which is pinned back, giving them that seal look which can be seen as an example in the photos) and that she was "not a good fit for them." I asked why they had small dogs with the bigger dogs and was told "the small dogs are too rambunctious to be with the other small dogs." I was told that staff had to break up my dog and the small dog and she was put into a kennel for the rest of the day but the dogs had never gotten physical. I pick my dog up and she has scratches and bite marks on her tummy and no one had called and told me. I called them and they said that they had no idea but that my dog was still welcome to come back. Never coming back here again.
