Despite a complete NIGHTMARE of an experience with the 3rd party company who was supposed to be servicing the appliance marked by; 1) x1 no show, 2) x2 total reschedules initiated by the service provider to already confirmed servicing dates, and 3) a phone call by the project manager of said company gaslighting us, Jessica - who again just so happened to be checking up on us - immediately escalated the claim without question. Literally that next morning, the home warranty agent belonging to the escalations department called apologizing and offered solutions and by the time I got onto my lunch, Jessica had already laid out alternative paths we could take to see our tankless water heater replacement.
