I have a friend that recommended the joint Chiropractic. She really enjoys it so I will have to definitely try it when I need an adjustment. I went with her and they get you in they get you out. And they have a monthly membership that you can join so yes, I might be joining that so that I can just go in once a week and get an adjustment. Always friendly. Although you never know which chiropractor you're going to get. But that's the way it goes with multiple chiropractors in an area or Office. She really likes it so I am definitely going to be trying it. read more

I drove my husband here after he twisted his back. We needed a Chiropractor fast after he was suffering to walk for a couple days. He was able to get right in without a reservation. He felt the Chiropractor was good and spent time with him. It was easy in and out and he had some improvement. The next day he was doing much better and almost back to normal. He can now get around without pain just some stiffness. He is doing some of the exercises at home to help get him 100%. He took advantage of the new patient special and was offered a package of so many weeks for future adjustments. Right now he wants to rest and relax and let his body heal but I am sure he will be back here again. He has a tendency to lift heavy things and so he has back issues. I have been going there for years. I've always been happy with the service but today I went in for a routine adjustment and had a terrible experience with the person at the front desk. She ( I think it was a girl) refused to let me see the doctor until I updated my information. I told her that I didn't have my reading glasses with me and asked if she could help me. She very rudely said no. I then asked if I could update my information on my next appointment when I had my glasses and she said that I could not see a doctor without updating my information. Apparently my information was 13 months old. I once again asked if she could let me know what I needed to update and she said she would not help me. She offered to print it out for me to fill out and I explained yet again that without my reading glasses I still can't see what she needs filled out. My work schedule is very difficult and this was the first day off that I've had in over 3 weeks. I really did not have the time to go home just to get glasses to fill out paperwork for information that has not changed in over 20 years. I waited about 15 minutes to talk with a doctor but she wouldn't let me go in the back and she wasn't about to help me. I eventually just left very upset. read more

I have been visiting the joint chiropractic since December 2024. I went in with an extremely painful neck injury that another provider couldn't help me with. The initial visit was lengthy, thorough and a bit painful as Dr Demint had to stretch the area. I continued weekly for 6 months and have switched to monthly. Neck is pain free. I was a bit skeptical when I saw a Joint Chiropractic location. So when they had a Grand Opening of this new location on Jan. 18, 2020 I decided to check it out. Not only did they have a New Patient Special which consisted of a Consultation, Exam and Adjustment which was free but now $29. I haven't gone to a regular chiropracror in several years and usually just get a massage every few months to help w/sore muscles. I was impressed by the treatment I received that I joined their Wellness Plan. This plan includes 4 visits to any of their locations nationwide and extra visits are only $10 each! That was a big selling point for me. I used to pay $30-40 co pay just to see a Chiropractor. Now it's less than $20 a visit for the same treatment. They also take FSA/HSA so it'll cost you less. And for those w/o insurance, it isn't necessary to get treated here. read more

For starters, Dr. Windsor and Dr. Wyatt are excellent! I hadn't been to the chiropractor in a few months. My old chiropractor dropped my insurance and it was going to be $60 per visit, so I just stopped going. I hadn't been sleeping well because of the pain I was in and I had a friend recommend checking out The Joint. And so I did and could not be more happy. The doctors really seem to care and are eager to help. I told Dr. Windsor that I had been in a motorcycle accident almost two years ago and unlike my previous chiropractor, he asked me to bring my medical records from the accident in the next time I visited so they could target the actual problem.
