My favorite Joint!!!! I've went to a few and really wasn't impressed. I was adjusted by this guy and he was absolutely great! Thank you!

My son danny first went The Joint for leg, foot, ankle and back issues from skateboarding. I like The Joint because the quick and easy service for relief of back, shoulder and neck problems. I like the concept of a reasonable monthly charge with several visit a month. I have gone to other chiropractic places which were fine, for the same cost for one treatment I get for 4 treatments there. I had the same doctor Dr. Roach every time, he is awesome. Within a month I was feeling better. read more

I am a child of Chiropractic and very particular about Chiropractors so when I relocated from PA to AZ I had to find a good Chiropractor to pick up where my dad and brother left off. I know a great deal about Chiropractic and grew up working in a Chiropractic office so when I tell you these guys are legit I am speaking the truth. I saw Dr. Twigg for my first visit and told her that I was looking for a new Chiropractor and was very educated about chiropractic, she was amazing, she spent time, she was very personable, made me laugh, gave me a fantastic adjustment and I have been a loyal patient since that moment, I go every week for my adjustment. I have also seen Dr. Nelson at that location and find him to also be a great Chiropractor. I would highly recommend The Joint Moon Valley and Drs. Twigg and Nelson!!!! I am also very fond of Peggy, she is super friendly, makes you feel comfortable, they couldn't have a better person at the front desk greeting patients. read more

When I first went to The Joint I was in so much pain I didn't know know if I was ever going to walk without pain again. I saw Dr. Palazzo. After the first couple of visits for adjustments the pinching pain was gone. It has been very inexpensive. I am very thankful for Dr Palazzo and the friendly staff at The Joint. read more

I love coming here! They always get me in quickly and are very thorough. The chiropractor really cares about helping my neck and back feel better. Nothing better than walking out and feeling good! read more

My co worker dragged me in after work today as a walk in. He's been going here for months and loves it! I've been living in chronic ache for years. My biggest problem area is my neck and shoulders. The doctor was extremely thorough and listened well to my needs. As I work retail and stand most of the day. I'm stiff and ache all over. I believe her name was Susan. I just have to say outstanding! She talked me through the session and even sent me home with a plan on getting me on a maintenance schedule. Will definitely be back! Initial visit was $29.99 and if I do a monthly package it will be around $60 for 4 monthly visits. read more

Great DR.'s but the wait can be crazy. Never understand when they have a room full of existing patients that take average 5 min to adjust, they choose to put new customers first and spend 45 min selling them on the program. You could easily prioritize the existing customers, adjust them, then have your sales pitch for the new people. But in the end it's a great adjustment! read more

The joint used to have a great reasonable rate of 49 dollars per month for a membership including 4 adjustments. They have increased their prices to 69 per month for the same service which is an increase of nearly 50 percent with no additional benefit added. If you have insurance this is now no longer competitive as you can go to a clinic that has more treatment options such as spinal traction for the same money. They had a good competitive model and corporate greed took over. read more

I am a big fan of this company in general. I have been using chiropractic care for a number of different reasons since I was ten years old. Mostly what I like about The Joint is that while chiropractors are all ending with the same results as far as adjusting you they take different approaches in doing so. So you can go to different locations and see different doctors at your convenience for the most part. I've only had one experience since using The Joint that I wasn't pleased with and that was the doctor's attitude but he still manipulated me to my satisfaction so I didn't care. While the doctors are great there is one specific that stands out to me. Dr. Nguyen is a doctor that fills in where needed and when I know she is on my side of town I adjust my schedule to see her. She doesn't rush and always seems to go over and above in conversation and manipulation to help me. I have had an issue with a hip that keeps slipping out of place for about a year and all the doctors have given me an honest perspective. All at a way lower price if I had a specific chiropractor. I appreciate "The Joint"!!! read more

We cancelled our membership, always a long wait and never enough providers working to accommodate a walk in schedule. Would not recommend them unless you have nothing but time to sit and wait! read more

I liked going there. Every one is great. The receptionist was fantastic. She helped me save a lot of money. Thx

I've been coming here for years and had different Dr's see me. Originally Dr roach was very good and his replacements after have treated me with the same respect and care for my back as he did. I've been to other joints and had no bad stories but this particular location is and will always be my favorite. The staff is professional and fun at the same time for something you wouldn't expect at a medical facility. Bottom line some people despise going a chiropractor but I love it. read more

So far so good. Great price great work! Always able to get me in quick. I always feel better after leaving. Dr Roach does a really good job.

I just started going to the Joint last week and have been only 2 times but the results have been amazing. I feel great and the place is very clean and they are extremely friendly and professional. I have been under chiropractic care for the past 8 months prior to this and I have to say I am so happy that I switched. The hours are convenient and now they are opening on Sundays which is wonderful! I would highly recommend them! read more

Dislocated a joint in my shoulder and I have never been to a chiropractor before but I was in SOO much pain one of the massage therapists i work with recommended I check this place out. I walked in to this location to see if the wait was long and it was all of 5 minutes. Sweet! I filled out all the paperwork and upon finishing was instantly called back. The amount of inflammation was insane, Dr. Palazzo (?) Was amazing!!!!!! He was very gentle but adjusted my back in the way it needed to be. Less then 6 hours later my pain level went from a 10 to a 4 and that's after 6 days of a pain level of 10! I signed up for their monthly membership, which is awesome. It's 59 dollars to get 4 adjustments a month. Also, if you sign up they give you this cute little ice/hot pack as a welcome gift. I love that you don't even have to check in with the front desk when you get there... You just have to scan your membership card! So quick, easy and efficient. From start to finish the longest I've been there is 30 minutes. I recommend EVERYONE comes here! Chiropractors are saints for people with back/neck/hip pain. read more

Dr. Roach is seriously the best. He always makes sure that adjustments you need are all taken care of which is a big deal when your joints frequently pop out of place. I travel all the time and I always stop by for an adjustment when I pass through Az. read more

Came here while I was in a lot of pain, had an awesome experience! Will be going back tomorrow for another adjustment!

Poor treatment. Don't explain anything. Tell you to come once a week but won't accept insurance because it's "cheaper." They're discount chiropractors charging a premium for bad care. read more

I would highly recommend The Joint 3rd St and Bell. Dr. Palazzo has really helped me, not only with adjustments, but also with providing information and suggestions how to help myself. read more

I saw Dr. Kurt Feifer yesterday for the first time after a recommendation to try him out. This was my first visit to The Joint and I was pleased with the ease of getting in and being taken care of in a timely manner. Dr. Feifer did multiple adjustments for my specific needs with great results. I have been going for regular chiropractic maintenance for years and am pleased I have found one close to work. read more

My dad was complaining of severe lower back pain that made it difficult for him to walk and had him doubled over from the pain. I brought him in to see Dr. Pallazzo. We have never been to The Joint, but it's the only place I knew that is open on a Sunday. There was no wait. We simply filled out forms and were able to see Dr. Pallazzo. Dr. Pallazzo was very caring and patient with my father. He even spoke to my father in Spanish to make him feel comfortable and so that he understood what was going on during the consult. My dad was able to walk out feeling better and was really impressed by the whole experience. Thank you Dr. Pallazzo for giving us a first class experience! read more

I saw Mark Palazzo as I have a tendency for my ribs to move out of place and it makes it extremely difficult to breathe. Mark not only adjusted me, but educated me on how to keep this from happening! I applaud Mark for educating his patients read more

Taylor is a great chiropractor. I will not go to anyone else or any other joint except the one on Tatum.

This place is great, and there's never a wait. I've been getting progressively better over the last two months; will definitely return!

Not worth mentioning. Just needed a bone popped back into place. They made me get an xray which showed the bone out of place. But they would not pop my bone back into place. They looked at each other like what do we do now. It was obvious to me they did not know what they were doing. read more

My husband and I walked in at exactly 10am and there was one single person ahead of us. I filled out the new patient information and the receptionist told me as soon as she entered my information I would be seen. She told me I was all set and would be next. One hour later and we still hadn't been seen. However every single walk in that came after us was seen immediately. We watched as 5 patients signed in and was called back right then. The one doctor working didn't even acknowledge us or apologize for the wait. Didn't even make eye contact. I finally went up to the receptionist because I figured I had given it enough time; I didn't want to seem impatient. She told me I was next after the current patient (a 30 minute wait). So I sat back down only for her to say, "Oh wait there are two more people after her then you." (another 30 minute wait). So we decided to walk out, to which she replied "ok sounds good". That was over an hour of my day off wasted. Don't waste yours. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more
